Now a days, technology dominates and makes people’s task in different domains. Yet rag pickers still struggle every day for living. No such technology has been developed for the rag pickers. Rag pickers used traditional method for rag picking; they walk several km. and pick up the garbage with bare hand and foot, they carry the bag full of garbage on the back. The rag pickers sometime while collecting rags from the garbage dumps comes in contact with rags which are toxic, corrosive, flammable, explosive, etc. and these substances are hazardous in nature. Bio- Medical waste, such as needles, syringes, old medicines and soiled bandages etc. are very dangerous to the rag pickers who pick them up from the garbage dumps and can cause respiratory, skin or other lethal diseases.
Musculoskeletal conditions include conditions that affect joints, bones, muscles, spine such as back, shoulder, neck pain etc. In India, like many developing countries, rag picking requires repeated heavy physical activity such as lifting, carrying, pulling, and pushing. Rag pickers walk several kilometers carrying a bag on their shoulders and go for rag picking. Most of the rag pickers pick up garbage in the cold summer and rainy seasons without slippers and other safety instruments, due to which their feet get injured. They pick up all kinds of garbage with bare hands without any safety equipment, which often contains many harmful, dangerous and sharp substances, because of the desperate and filthy conditions that they live and work in, it is common for the rag pickers to develop worms, anemia and respiratory problems, as well as a host of other health related problems.
The rag pickers are involved in very dangerous work in the polluted environment searching certain recyclable items out of hazardous waste dumped by people. They are often exposed to medical or chemical waste and to noxious fumes. There is a high prevalence of disease among rag pickers due to their exposure to hazardous and toxic materials such as bottles and containers with chemical residues, contaminated needles, and heavy metals from batteries. Some of the common problems of the rag pickers are adverse environment, poor working posture, walking long distances on foot and often pulling heavy carts as they collect and separate waste. It was found during survey that majority of the rag pickers respondents suffer from ergonomic problems such as musculoskeletal or postural discomfort and health injuries while collecting the waste. During survey, it was observed that rag pickers were the most vulnerable group. Thus on the basis of information collected from the rag pickers and observation, it was decided to make a device for the rag pickers to overcome these problems. This device has multiple features, with the use of stick and its adjustable height the waste can be picked up easily. Also they do not need to pick up the garbage directly and with bare hands. Simply press and release the trigger to close or open the two independent jaws and with the help of silicon suction gripper waste can be picked up and put it in to garbage bag. An emergency kit has been installed in this stick so that the rag pickers can keep their required material in it and a torch has also been installed so that they can go to pick up the garbage without any hassle even during the night.
The garbage bag is portable and can be expanded and collapsed according to need, so can easily store it anywhere when not in use and because of its light weighted rag pickers can easily lift it and take it whenever go for rag picking. With the help of its three strong wheels, the garbage bag can be easily carried from one place to another. This bag has enough space for putting the garbage in to it and has zip on the top to prevent the garbage from coming out. The developed tool is easy to operate. The ergonomic and other health related problems of the rag pickers will be solved and their work will be done comfortably. Therefore the quality of life of the rag pickers will be automatically enhanced.

OBJECTIVE OF THE INVENTION

The principal objective of the present invention is to provide kit for rag pickers comprises multifunctional rag picking stick and garbage bag .

Before the present systems and methods, are described, it is to be understood that this application is not limited to the particular systems, and methodologies described, as there can be multiple possible embodiments which are not expressly illustrated in the present disclosure. It is also to be understood that the terminology used in the description is for the purpose of describing the particular versions or embodiments only and is not intended to limit the scope of the present application.
The present invention mainly cures and solves the technical problems existing in the prior art. In response to these problems, the present invention discloses kit for rag pickers comprises multifunctional rag picking stick and garbage bag .
As one aspect of the present invention is to presents “a Kit for Rag picker, wherein the kit comprises: a multifunctional rag picking stick; and a garbage bag”.
As another aspect of the present invention “the multifunctional rag picking stick comprises: an adjustable handle, having a long litter gripper, used for grabbing any waste materials which is hard to reach even in places like drains etc. and adjustable handle is configured to adjust the height according to need; a small bag, configured to connect with the multifunctional rag picking stick, wherein the small bag has an emergency kit (small bag/pouch) made from polyester material; a flashlight (torch), is installed multifunctional rag picking stick and it can be turned on and off according to the need of the user; a trigger, is used pressing the trigger one can grab the waste and simultaneously when free the trigger one can release the waste in to the bag very easily; and a suction grippe, wherein the suction gripper is used for grabbing the waste, wherein there is no need for bending for pick up the waste.

The Kit (100) for Rag picker, wherein the kit comprises a multifunctional rag picking stick (10) and a garbage bag (20).
The multifunctional rag picking stick (10) comprises an adjustable handle (1), a small bag (2), a flashlight (torch) (3), a trigger (4) and a suction gripper (5).
The Adjustable handle (1) having a long litter gripper (11), used for grabbing any waste materials which is hard to reach even in places like drains. Adjustable handle (1) is configured to adjust the height according to need.

EXAMPLE
Rag pickers carry bags full of garbage on their shoulder and back, they walk several kilometers to collect the waste. They did not have any safety gear. On the basis of information collected from rag pickers and after careful observation, we developed a tool called PIKEZEE PRO that would be fulfilling the purpose of providing comfort and safety to the rag pickers while collecting the waste. This tool is more user friendly, easy to operate and for carrying around. There is no need to bending over, stretching or squatting again and again to pick up the waste; long litter gripper can grab, pick or hold the waste very perfectly and strongly. With the use of trigger handle without contacting or touching the waste, waste can be picked up. This stick has one emergency kit for keeping essential items and torch helps in picking up garbage at night and seeing and protecting poisonous creatures. This garbage bag can be made bigger or smaller via zipper as per requirement. Do not feel uncomfortable or pain while carry the garbage bag on the back, because it’s wide, strong and long straps will not make you feel uncomfortable and painful. It also gets sturdy wheels so that the garbage bag can be pulled easily when it becomes heavy. There is enough space in the bag to keep the garbage and one zip on the top to prevent the waste from coming out.
The kit is divided into two parts. I. Multifunctional rag picking stick and ii. Bag to carry the rag.

. This stick is made from light weighted aluminum frame, stainless steel cable and spring and the weight of the whole stick is 350 grams.
A. Adjustable handle: The length of stick is 25 inch so one can easily extend its reach by nearly 25 inch; long litter gripper makes it perfect for grabbing any waste materials which is hard to reach even in places like drains etc. One can also adjust the height according to need (16 inches). This stick is portable.
B. Emergency Kit (Small bag): This stick has an emergency kit (small bag/pouch) made from polyester material. Rag pickers can keep their essential items such as mobile, keys, medicines and other items during collecting the waste. The item will be kept safe.
C. Torch: A flashlight (torch) has been installed in this stick and it can be turned on and off according to the need of the user. When the rag pickers go to collect the garbage during the night, then with the help of this torch they can easily pick up the garbage in the dark, apart from this, if any poisonous animal is found while collecting garbage in the dark, then it can also be avoided with the help of torch.
D. Trigger handle: Padded and anti-slip trigger matches the natural shape of hand for comfortable and pain free use. After pressing the trigger one can grab the waste and simultaneously when free the trigger one can release the waste in to the bag very easily.
E. Strong silicon suction gripper: This stick has strong silicon suction gripper for grabbing the waste. 8 inches width of silicon gripper can easily grab the waste such as paper, plastic, glass or other materials and holds it without slipping. There is no need for bending for pick up the waste; one can pick up the waste without resulting in a backache.
i. BAG TO CARRY THE RAG
This bag is made of durable and thick polyester material, water resistant and can be washed as well. The weight of the whole bag is 550 grams.
A. Expandable: This garbage bag can also be folded into three different sizes via zip. Two zips are attached for expanding and collapsing the bag. The overall length of the bag is 59 inches and when collapsed it becomes 52 inches and 45 inches. The overall width of the bag is 28 inches. After collection of waste, you can fold and store it easily. The bag is easy to moving and carrying around.
B. Wide, strong and comfortable strap: The bag has wide, strong and comfortable strap made of stretchable nylon material. The bag is carried in two ways, either carrying the garbage bag on the back or can drag accordingly. Weight is equally distributed as the bag is equipped with wider straps supporting the shoulder and back.
C. Smooth pull: The bag can be easily pulled on the road. You don't even have to work hard to pull it off. It can be pulled smoothly by a single hand.
D. Durable zip: This bag has enough space for rag picking and has zip on the top to prevent the garbage from coming out. When the garbage bag is completely filled, then close the bag with the help of zipper, neither the garbage will come out and nor the smell of garbage.
E. Stand up stably: The bag is made from thick material, when dumping the waste in to the garbage bag, it stands up stably. Due to which the rag pickers do not have any problem in putting the garbage in to the bag.
F. Strong wheels: Rag pickers carry the bag full of garbage on their shoulders and back, Since this bag has three strong wheels for dragging, there is no need to carry this bag on the shoulder and back. One can easily drag it on the road without any effort.

Claims:1. A Kit (100) for Rag picker, wherein the kit comprises:
a multifunctional rag picking stick (10); and a garbage bag (20).
2. The Kit for Rag pickers as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the multifunctional rag picking stick (10) comprises:
An Adjustable handle (1) , having a long litter gripper (11), used for grabbing any waste materials which is hard to reach even in places like drains etc. and Adjustable handle (1) is configured to adjust the height according to need;
A Small bag (2), configured to connect with the multifunctional rag picking stick (10), wherein the small bag (2) has an emergency kit (small bag/pouch) made from polyester material;
A flashlight (torch) (3), is installed multifunctional rag picking stick (10) and it can be turned on and off according to the need of the user;
A Trigger (4), is used pressing the trigger one can grab the waste and simultaneously when free the trigger one can release the waste in to the bag very easily; and
A suction gripper (5), wherein the suction gripper (5) is used for grabbing the waste, wherein there is no need for bending for pick up the waste.
