Laser Abulated Nano Slicing Of Required Nanometer Lengths

Abstract: In this method of invention, nano materials to be produced are continuously heat with laser diodes emitting pulsed laser beams. The entire system is placed in a vacuum system. During the ultra low time intervals laser ablations subjected to the target or stage materials, required nano metric lengths of products can be synthesized.

Preamble to the description:

Complete Specification:

Summary:
In this method when solution dissolved with material to be converted into nano particles is taken in pan surface with lasers diodes emissions, solvent undergoes evaporations leaving the traces of materials. When laser diode is pulsed in femto second intervals, nano sized or micro sized droplets of solution undergo evaporation due to the heat generated, leaving corresponding nano particles. Different nano meter sizes of particles can be produced by changing the pulse intervals. At the end of experiment entire solvent undergo evaporation leaving only nano particles size of material targeted.

Description

In this method of proposed invention, a novel method of nano particles synthesis is discussed. The material which is to be converted into nano particles will be dissolved in a volatile solvent solution and evaporated in vacuum suction system. This solution will be taken in a pan with maximum surface area and kept in vacuum chamber. Exactly right over the opposite direction to the solution taken into the pan, a femto second precise pulsed laser of variable wavelengths are arranged depending on nature and properties of materials converted to be nano particles

The solvent will be collected through vacuum suction into another vessel for recycling purpose.

Background of invention:

There are various methods of nano material synthesis available to scientific community but found to be very expensive and cannot be sliced to the required nano meter lengths. Chemical methods of extracting nano particles from their corresponding salts is not always suitable or viable with lot spectrum of materials. Hence there is a need for a universal nano meter slicing of material chosen with inexpensive way of production.
For Eesavyasa i'ecnnologies Pvt. Ltd.
