Abstract: ABSTRACT MULTI ENTRY SAFETY DEVICE The present subject matter relates to a safety device and lockout/tagout device and in particular, relates a multi entry safety device (100) for controlling the release of hazardous energy during maintenance operations. The multi entry safety device (100) comprising a vertical housing (102) having a top plate (126) and a bottom plate (124), the housing comprising a vertical hollow tube (128) inside a body of the housing (102); and rectangular brackets (120a, 120b) extending vertically between the top plate (126) and bottom plate (124); a sensor stem (106) sensing dog (104), the sensor stem (106) being inserted into the vertical hollow tube (128) of the housing (102); and one or more keys (110) configured to be inserted into the rectangular brackets (120a, 120b) of the housing (102).
