Layered Nonwoven Fabric And Sanitary Material

Abstract: The present invention addresses the problem of providing a layered nonwoven fabric having an excellent water absorption speed and sufficient quick-drying properties in order to maintain comfort in a member in which a nonwoven fabric for a hygienic material is used. The present invention is a layered nonwoven fabric obtained by layering nonwoven fabric layers comprising thermoplastic resin fibers. In a nonwoven fabric layer (A) having the smallest average single fiber diameter from amongst the nonwoven fabric layers, the size Ra (µm) of gaps between fibers, calculated by equation (1), is 200 µm or less. Equation (1): Ra = (100 × Ta × da)/(Wa × Da) - Da, wherein Ta: thickness (µm) of the nonwoven fabric layer (A) da: fiber fineness (dtex) of the thermoplastic resin fibers constituting the nonwoven fabric layer (A) Wa: basis weight (g/m2) of the nonwoven fabric layer (A) Da: average single fiber diameter (µm) of the thermoplastic resin fibers constituting the nonwoven fabric layer (A).
