Abstract: The present invention relates to a recliner revolving chair (100) containing LC700 mechanism that possess capability of transforming the shape of the seat and back which literally envelopes the person and gives the body support in all the right places with minimum efforts. The present invention comprises an associated seat part (2, 12, 14, 15), an associated back rest (1, 10, 11, 13), an associated arm support (3, 4, 9), an associated base part (5, 6, 7) and an associated mechanism part (8, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20). In the present invention, the mechanism structure (8) holds all parts along with movement in up-down and tilt -glide the chair as per user’s requirement and the tension springs (19) interconnected with the mechanical structure (8) and seat slider rod (15) for holding or locking the required position or releasing or moving back to the original position without any effort. Also, the ball bearing (16), bearing covers (17) and back stoppers (18) provide the smooth gliding of the seat ply (2) without noise. The technical advancement of the present invention is the mechanism assembly for pivoting, fitting and interconnection of the associated parts to provide smooth, noiseless and jerk free working.
Description:FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is related to office furniture, office work space and office comfort seatings and more particularly relates to a recliner revolving chair containing LC700 mechanism that possess capability of transforming the shape of the seat and back which literally envelopes the person and gives the body support in all the right places with minimum efforts.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

There is a need for a recliner office revolving chair for transforming the shape of the seat and back which literally envelopes the person and gives the the body support in all the right places with minimum efforts.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION
The main object of the present invention is to provide a recliner revolving chair to possess capability of transforming the shape of the seat and back which literally envelopes the person and gives the body support in all the right places with minimum efforts.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a recliner revolving chair that enables users to effortlessly transition between the functionalities of seat, back and arm with smooth noiseless reclining movement for various activities and moods.
Further, the object of the present invention is to provide easy operational with minimum body effort for jerk free, stressless and painless seating comfort on a recliner revolving chair.
Furthermore, the object of the present invention is to provide a recliner revolving chair with comfortable neck support for adjusting at various heights.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a recliner revolving chair to adjust sitting posture automatically with the body’s tiniest movement.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a recliner revolving chair that prioritizes maximum comfort and minimizes the risk of discomfort or pain even during prolonged periods of sitting.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The recliner revolving chair (100) containing the LC700 mechanism that possess capability of transforming the shape of the seat and back which literally envelopes the person and gives the body support in all the right places with minimum efforts. The recliner revolving chair comprises an associated seat part (2, 12, 14, 15), an associated back rest (1, 10, 11, 13), an associated arm support (3, 4, 9), an associated base part (5, 6, 7) and an associated mechanism part (8, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20).
In one embodiment, the seat ply (2) is interconnected in upward direction to the back ply (1) and handle structure (4) by pivoting the seat pivot brackets (12) on both the side; and the seat ply (2) is interconnected in downward direction to seat slider road (15) by pivoting the seat slider brackets (14) on both the side.
In other embodiment, the back ply (1) is interconnected to seat ply (2) by pivoting the back ply Lower pivot brackets (11) on both the side and back ply (1) is interconnected to the handle by pivoting the back ply Upper pivot brackets (10) on both the side. Also, the back ply spacer (13) is interconnected to the handle frames (9) on both the side for equally adjusting the gap of the handle and the back ply (1).
In other embodiment, the arm pad ply (3) is interconnected to the handle structure (4) on both the side; handle structure (4) is interconnected to the seat, back and mechanism structure (8) for holding the arm rest, handle metal frame (9), gas lift (5) and lever knob (20) ; and handle metal frames (4) are the hollow pipe frames pivoted to the handle structure (4) which holds and pivots the back ply (1) and allows the seat ply (2) to glide in proper direction.
In one another embodiment, the base (6) is interconnected in upward direction to the gas lift (5) and downward direction to the casters (7) for providing the stability of the chair.
In one another embodiment, mechanism structure (8) interconnected with a gas lift (5) and the handle structure (4) for holding all parts along with movement in up-down and tilt -glide the chair as per user’s requirement. The tension springs (19) are interconnected with the mechanical structure (8) and seat slider rod (15) for holding or locking the required position or releasing or moving back to the original position without any effort. The ball bearings (16) are interconnected to the seat slider rod (15) for providing the smooth gliding of the seat ply (2) and the bearing covers (17) are outer layer of the ball bearings for noiseless movement. Also, the back stoppers (18) are pivoted on the handle frame on both the side for preventing the seat gliding movement without noise.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

The present invention is related to a recliner revolving chair (100) to possess capability of transforming the shape of the seat and back which literally envelopes the person and gives the body support in all the right places with minimum efforts. This works on LC700 mechanism that possess capability of transforming the shape of the seat and back which literally envelopes the person and gives the body support in all the right places with minimum efforts. The recliner revolving chair (100) comprises an associated seat part (2, 12, 14, 15), an associated back rest (1, 10, 11, 13), an associated arm support (3, 4, 9), an associated base part (5, 6, 7) and an associated mechanism part (8, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20).
In one embodiment, an associated seat part (2, 12, 14, 15) is with the interconnection of a seat ply (2), the seat pivot brackets (12), the seat slider rod brackets (14) and a seat slider road (15). In that, the seat ply (2) is interconnected in upward direction to the back ply (1) and handle structure (4) by pivoting the seat pivot brackets (12) on both the side; and the seat ply (2) is interconnected in downward direction to seat slider road (15) by pivoting the seat slider brackets (14) on both the side. The seat ply (2) can be in different shape and size like curved ply for supporting the user body. The seat pivot brackets (12) are made up of Mild Steel PC finished bend brackets for pivoting the seat ply (2) from one point with respect to the back. The seat slider rod (15) is made up of Mild Steel PC finished rod for holding the ball bearing (16) with the seat ply (2). The seat slider rod brackets (14) are made up of Mild steel PC finished bend brackets for holding the slider rod (15) with the seat ply (2).
In one embodiment, an associated back rest (1, 10, 11, 13) is with the interconnection of a back ply (1), the back ply upper pivot brackets (10), the ply lower pivot brackets (11) and the back ply spacer (13). In that, the back ply (1) is interconnected to seat ply (2) by pivoting the back ply Lower pivot brackets (11) on both the side and back ply (1) is interconnected to the handle by pivoting the back ply Upper pivot brackets (10) on both the side. The back ply spacer (13) is interconnected to the handle frames (9) on both the side for equally adjusting the gap of the handle and the back ply (1). The back ply (1) can be in different shape and size like curved and straight shaped ply for supporting the user body. The back ply upper pivot brackets (10) are made up of Mild Steel PC finished bend brackets for pivoting the back ply (1) from point with respect to the handle. The back ply lower pivot brackets (11) are made up of Mild Steel PC finished bend brackets for pivoting the back ply (1) from one point with respect to the seat. As the back ply spacer (13) is made up of teak wood covered by fabric/ rexine /leather for seat and back for equally adjusting the gap of the handle and the back ply (1).
In one embodiment, an associated arm support (3, 4, 9) is with the interconnection of the arm pads ply (3), the handle structures (4) and the handle metal frames (9). In that the arm pad ply (3) is interconnected to the handle structure (4) on both the side; handle structure (4) is interconnected to the seat, back and mechanism structure (8) for holding the arm rest, handle metal frame (9), gas lift (5) and lever knob (20); and handle metal frames (9) are the hollow pipe frames pivoted to the handle structure (4) which holds and pivots the back ply (1) and allows the seat ply to glide in proper direction. The arm pad ply (3) can be in different shape and size like bend ply for supporting the user body. The handle structure (4) is made up of cavity type veneer and wood melamine finished structure for holding the arm rest, handle metal frame (9), gas lift (5) and lever knob (20). The handle metal frame (9) is made up of Mild Steel PC finished square Hollow pipe frame and used for holding and pivoting back ply (1) and allow the seat ply (2) to glide.
In one embodiment, an associated base part (5, 6, 7) is with the interconnection of a gas lift (5), a base (6) and minimum six numbers of casters (7). The base (6) is interconnected in upward direction to the gas lift (5) and downward direction to the casters (7) for providing the stability of the chair. The gas lift (5) is having 60mm lifting capacity and made up of stainless-steel body operated via pneumatic principal for lifting up and down the chair with the user body. The base (6) is made up of Aluminum die casted five leg base (6) for providing the stability of the chair. The casters (7) are having 60 mm Twin casters (7) and made up of nylon material for easy travelling from one place to another place.
In one embodiment, an associated mechanism parts (8, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20) is with the interconnection of a mechanism structure (8), the ball bearings (16), the bearing covers (17), the back stoppers (18), the tension spring (19) and a lever knob (20). The mechanism structure (8) is made up of Cold rolled close annealed finished metal structure and interconnected with a gas lift (5) and the handle structure (4) for holding all parts along with movement in up-down and tilt -glide the chair as per user’s requirement. The tension springs (19) are made up of music wire in helical type nitride form interconnected with the mechanical structure (8) and seat slider rod (15) for holding or locking the required position or releasing or moving back to the original position without any effort. The deep groove ball bearings (16) are made up of stainless steel which is interconnected to the seat slider rod (15) for providing the smooth gliding of the seat ply (2); and the bearing covers (17) are made up of nylon material which are outer layer of the ball bearings (16) for noiseless movement. The back stoppers (18) are made up of 6mm to 8 mm thick rubber and are pivoted on the handle frame on both the side for preventing the seat gliding movement without noise. The lever knob (20) is made up of plastic molded spring and wire operated like rotate type lever for movement of the chair in up and down direction.
In one other embodiment, the movement of revolving chair comprising the following steps: Sitting the user on the chair by leaning the body to the back rest and start moving back with little effort; Gliding the seat in forward direction and forms the hinge effect without any noise and jerky movement; Holding the back rest of the chair by mounted helical spring as per user’s comfort; Releasing the body effort from the backrest and moving back the backrest to the original position due to tension force of spring; Rotating the lever knob (20) in a clockwise to push the gas lift (5) without seated in the chair for increasing the height of the chair; and Rotating the lever knob (20) in a clockwise while seated in the chair for decreasing the height of the chair due to the bodyweight.
EXAMPLE:
When the person sits in the chair and lean the body on the backrest; the chair starts moving the back with little effort. The chair’s backrest forms the hinge effect with the seat and starts gliding in forward direction without any noise and jerky movement. And the same position is hold back by the mounted helical spring as per user comfortness. Also, if the body is released from the chair backrest, the seat will go back due to the tension force of spring with change the comfortness of the user or get original position. And, at the same time the knob placed into the right side of the handle of users will be rotated to adjust (increase) the height of the chair.

an associated back rest (1, 10, 11, 13) with the interconnection of a back ply (1), one or more back ply upper pivot brackets (10), one or more back ply lower pivot brackets (11) and one or more back ply spacer (13);
wherein the back ply (1) is interconnected to seat ply (2) by pivoting the back ply Lower pivot brackets (11) on both the side and back ply (1) is interconnected to the handle by pivoting the back ply Upper pivot brackets (10) on both the side;

the back ply spacer (13) is interconnected to the handle frames (9) on both the side for equally adjusting the gap of the handle and the back ply (1);
an associated arm support (3, 4, 9) with the interconnection of a plurality of arm pad ply (3), a plurality of handle structure (4) and a plurality of handle metal frame (9);
wherein the arm pad ply (3) is interconnected to the handle structure (4) on both the side; handle structure (4) is interconnected to the seat, back and mechanism structure (8) for holding the arm rest, handle metal frame (9), gas lift (5) and lever knob (20); and handle metal frames (9) are the hollow pipe frames pivoted to the handle structure (4) which holds and pivots the back ply (1) and allows the seat ply (2) to glide in proper direction;
an associated base part (5, 6, 7) with the interconnection of a gas lift (5), a base (6) and at least six numbers of casters (7);
wherein the base (6) is interconnected in upward direction to the gas lift (5) and downward direction to the casters (7) for providing the stability of the chair;
and
an associated mechanism parts (8, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20) having LC700 mechanism with the interconnection of a mechanism structure (8), one or more ball bearings (16), one or more bearing covers (17), one or more back stoppers (18), one or more tension spring (19) and a lever knob (20);
characterised in that
the mechanism structure (8) made up of Cold rolled close annealed finished metal structure and interconnected with a gas lift (5) and the handle structure (4) for holding all parts along with movement in up-down and tilt -glide the chair as per user’s requirement;
the tension springs (19) made up of music wire in helical type nitride form interconnected with the mechanical structure (8) and seat slider rod (15) for holding or locking the required position or releasing or moving back to the original position without any effort;

wherein the seat ply (2), the back ply (1) and the arm pad ply (3) are made up of ply with different shapes as per design for supporting the user body.
3. The recliner revolving chair (100) as claimed in claim 1;
wherein handle structure (4) is made up of cavity type veneer and wood melamine finished structure for holding the arm rest, handle metal frame (9), gas lift (5) and lever knob (20);
wherein gas lift (5) is made up of stainless-steel body operated via pneumatic principal for lifting up and down the chair with the user body;
wherein base (6) is made of aluminum die casted with at least five leg bases (6) for providing stability to the chair; and
wherein the casters (7) are made up of nylon material for easy travelling from one place to another place.
4. The recliner revolving chair (100) as claimed in claim 1;
Wherein the back ply upper pivot brackets (10) are made up of Mild Steel PC finished bend brackets for pivoting the back ply (1) from point with respect to the handle;
Wherein the back ply lower pivot brackets (11) are made up of Mild Steel PC finished bend brackets for pivoting the back ply (1) from one point with respect to the seat;
Wherein the seat pivot brackets (12) are made up of Mild Steel PC finished bend brackets for pivoting the seat ply (2) from one point with respect to the back;
Wherein the seat slider rod (15) is made up of Mild Steel PC finished rod for holding the ball bearing (16) with the seat ply (2); and
Wherein the seat slider rod brackets (14) are made up of Mild steel PC finished bend brackets for holding the slider rod (15) with the seat ply (2).
5. The recliner revolving chair (100) as claimed in claim 1;
Wherein the back ply spacer (13) is made up of teak wood covered by fabric/ rexine /leather for seat & back for equally adjusting the gap of the handle and the back ply (1).
6. The recliner revolving chair (100) as claimed in claim1;
Wherein the lever knob (20) is placed on the handle structure (4) for movement of up-down the chair as per user’s requirements.
7. The movement of revolving chair (100) as claimed in claim1; comprising the steps of:
Sitting the user on the chair by leaning the body to the back rest and start moving back with little effort;
Gliding the seat in forward direction and forms the hinge effect without any noise and jerky movement;
Holding the back rest of the chair by mounted helical spring as per user’s comfort;
Releasing the body effort from the backrest and moving back the backrest to the original position due to tension force of spring (19);
Rotating the lever knob (20) in a clockwise to push the gas lift (5) without seated in the chair for increasing the height of the chair; and
Rotating the lever knob (20) in a clockwise while seated in the chair for decreasing the height of the chair due to the bodyweight.
