Abstract: The present disclosure relates to protein-drug conjugates. The present disclosure specifically relates to the protein-drug conjugates, wherein the protein is a lectin protein having amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1; or lectin protein having at least 70% sequence identity to SEQ ID NO: 1. The disclosure further relates to process and composition of protein-drug conjugates and method of use thereof.
