Led Bulb With Direct And Indirect Light Source

Abstract: A bulb for selective direct and indirect lighting comprises a base cap, an enclosure, a separator plate, an LED driver, a first set of lighting units, and a second set of lighting units. The base cap is connectable to a mounting surface and the enclosure extends from the base cap. The separator plate is positioned horizontally proximal to a middle section of the enclosure and the LED driver drives multiple lighting units. The first set of the lighting units are positioned below the separator plate, where light emitting from the first set of lighting units is directed downward for the direct lighting. The second set of the lighting units are positioned above the separator plate, where light emitting from the second set of lighting units is directed upward and reflected from the mounting surface to facilitate the indirect lighting.
