Specification

Technical field [0001] The present invention may be a display, an illumination device, a light emitting element used in the taillight of an automobile. Background technique [0002] High contrast, thin, as a next generation displays or luminescent devices available to the lighting device or the like which is suitable for weight reduction, an organic light emitting diode (OLED) is known which uses an organic electroluminescence (EL). OLED is on a transparent substrate, an anode, wherein the organic light emitting layer, and a cathode in this order, by applying a voltage to the electrodes, holes from the anode, electrons are supplied to the respective organic light emitting layer from the cathode, again organic molecules by binding to emit light by excitation. To use in a display device or a lighting device emitted light, it is necessary to develop techniques to extract the light efficiently on the surface of the device from the organic light emitting layer. [0003] Patent Document 1, by a transparent substrate for each emission unit is formed in a convex shape, more challenges raised conventional organic EL element light extraction efficiency, i.e., the convex structure substrate and an air interface in view of the disadvantage of not being able to prevent the total reflection, the organic light emitting device not employing the convex structure it has been proposed. Specifically, substrate and an organic EL element having a light emitting portion, and a lens, the area of the plane parallel to the substrate surface of the light-emitting portion is smaller than the area that is attached to the lens substrate, the light emitting and normal to the direction of the substrate surface toward the substrate from the unit, an organic light emitting device has been proposed angle formed between the straight line connecting the end portions of the lens of the light-emitting portion is not less than 60 degrees. Patent Document 2, in order to improve the luminous efficiency, the substrate and, on its inside, a diffraction grating made of a concavo-convex layer, a transparent electrode, an organic layer having a luminescent layer, and sequentially laminating a metal electrode, the back side of the substrate in an organic EL device having a hemispherical lens, the element that the uneven layer with a specific structure has been proposed. The organic EL element described in this document, the light-emitting layer in the organic layer is patterned, since its shape is a square shape, a sufficient light-emitting area of the hemispherical lens surface provided on the back side of the substrate it is difficult, further improvement of luminous efficiency has been desired. CITATION Patent literature [0004] Patent Document 1: Laid-open Publication No. 2011-054407 Patent Document 2: Laid-open Publication No. 2013-127844 Summary of the invention Problems that the Invention is to Solve [0005] An object of the present invention can be taken out the light emitted from the light emitting portion to the outside with high efficiency, light emission area also is to provide a light emitting device capable of sufficiently ensured. Means for Solving the Problems [0006] According to the present invention, the light-transmitting substrate, concavo-convex structure layer having a concave-convex pattern on one surface having a first and a second surface opposite the first electrode layer, organic light-emitting layer having a light emitting portion, the second electrode layers, and the diameter including the lens member is D1 is, the concave-convex structure layer, the first electrode layer, the organic light emitting layer, and the second electrode layer, stacked in this order from the first surface side of the substrate body is formed, and the uneven pattern is in the first electrode layer side of the concavo-convex structure layer, wherein the substrate has the lens member on the second surface, the light emitting portion, the first and second electrodes diameter becomes a layered region is D2 in the organic light emitting layer interposed layer, the center of the light emitting portion is located on the center concentric with said lens member, and the diameter D2 of the light emitting portion of the lens member ratio, 0.7
