More specifically to the improved liquid container that stores the powdered constituent/ingredient and water/liquid ingredient in separate compartments wherein they can be mixed and dispensed as required.

Background of invention
The liquids such as milk, fruit juice, protein shakes etc are stored in containers for selling. These liquids stored in such manner however have shorter shelf life due to the continuous degradation with increasing storage time. Various techniques have been utilized to increase the shelf like adding of preservatives which only adds to the use of more chemical constituents that may be harmful for consumer.
Some bottle design have been constructed for the pharmaceutical formulations as in US patent US20070193894A1 wherein the powdered counterpart and liquid formulation are stored in different compartments that are mixed in middle compartment before dispensing.
Also US patent US5419445A describes the baby nipple bottle design that facilitates the mixing of water and milk powder before use which is stored in different compartments before use.
However the prior art fails to suggest the bottle design that can be used for multiple liquid formulations that will prolong their shelf life.

Summary of the present invention
The present invention pertains to the container/bottle that is constructed to store the liquid constituent and powder constituent of the liquid formulation in different compartments that are mixed before use. Such arrangement or construction of the container prolongs the shelf – life of the milk or any other liquid content.
The present invention serves the purpose of longer use of the liquid constituent as the stability of the ingredients is increased as they are not mixed and remain in the inactive form until constituted together. This not only increases the shelf-life but also keeps the freshness of the liquid content intact during the consumption by the consumer. The present invention mainly is utilized for commercial volume sale wherein the bottle container mechanism is for one time use only.
The bottle in the present invention mainly comprises of four parts that facilitates the storage of the liquid constituent for longer time. These are, base liquid bottle 1, base liquid cap 2, counterpart cum powder storage 3, counterpart cap 4, base seal/plastic string 5.
The counterpart/powder storage 3 is contained within the housing7. The counterpart cap 4 has a plastic seal string 9 attached at its rim which ensures the sealing of the container before use and prevents tampering. The housing 7 contains the counterpart/powder storage 3 that hold the powder constituent that is thus stored in its dried form. The base liquid cap 2 has breakable internal seal 6. The seal is however irreplaceable and is for one time use only. Lower end of the base liquid cap attaches to the upper open end of the base liquid bottle 1. The base seal/plastic string 5 is at the lower end of the housing 7 of the counterpart storage 3 that is to be removed before use.
The material used for making bottle parts is HDP(High density polyethylene) plasticwhich is crack resistance and is immune to leaching which thus protects the food component stored inside from any undesirable reactions. The food grade silicone that is environmental friendly, odorless and non-toxic is used in base liquid cap 2 for complete sealing to avoid any tampering. The invention also makes use of the anticaking agent and nitrogen flushing thus preventing the caking of dry powder component inside the counterpart storage 3.
The invention works with removal of base seal/plastic string 5 before use. After removal of base seal 5, the bottle is pushed from the uppermost end. This causes the breaking of the internal seal 6 of the base liquid bottle cap 2. With breaking of the internal seal 6 the liquid from the counterpart/powder 3 storage falls into the base liquid bottle 1 containing the liquid constituent. The base liquid bottle is then subjected to shaking that facilitates the proper mixing of the liquid and powder constituent that forms the original liquid formulation eg. Mixing of water and milk powder through this process will form the milk which can then be utilized by the consumer in fresh form.

Detail Description of the invention
The liquid food products are stored in the container for sell. The shelf -life of such liquid foods is however limited as the reactivity of the various constituents in the liquid contributes to its fast degradation and thus shorten shelf-life.
The present invention provides the solution to these limitation with facilitating the storage of dry and liquid component of the liquid product in different compartments within the same container. The bottle/container of the invention is constructed such that the two components are mixed just before the consumption. This facilitates the increased stability and low reactivity during storage which thus prolongs the shelf life.
The bottle container of the present invention also uses the high quality material of the food grade silicone which has high dimensional stability and is non-deformable. This also ensures the safe storage of the components for prolong time without any toxic reaction inside the bottle container.
Referring to the FIG 1, it is shown that the present invention includes a base liquid bottle/storage 1 at the lower portion of the bottle container that stores the liquid component 28 like water. The base liquid bottle 1 has a closed end base 9 for standing in an upright position and a slightly reduced diameter neck portion 10 and upper open end 11, upper open end 11 has external connecting threads 12 which attaches to the base liquid cap 2.
