Lithium Secondary Battery

Abstract: The present invention relates to a lithium secondary battery, and a battery module and a battery pack comprising same, the lithium secondary battery comprising: a cathode; an anode; a separator provided between the cathode and the anode; and an electrolyte, wherein the cathode comprises a cathode current collector and a cathode active material layer provided on the cathode current collector, the anode comprises an anode current collector and an anode active material layer provided on the anode current collector, the cathode active material layer comprises: a cathode active material, which includes nickel, cobalt, and manganese, includes, in an amount of 80 mol% or more but less than 100 mol%, nickel from among metals that exclude lithium, and includes a lithium composite transition metal compound, which is in the form of single particles; and a conductive material which includes multiwalled carbon nanotubes, and the anode active material layer comprises an anode active material including a silicon-based oxide.
