Lithium Sulfur Battery Cathode Comprising Different Types Of Conductive Materials, And Lithium Ion Secondary Battery Comprising Same
Abstract: The present invention relates to a lithium-sulfur battery cathode. The cathode comprises, as a cathode active material, a sulfur-carbon composite comprising a porous carbon material and sulfur (S), and comprises a first conductive material, which is fibrous and has an average diameter of 5 µm or less, and a second conductive material, which includes secondary particles in which two or more CNT primary particles are aggregated. A combination of novel conductive materials, according to the present invention, achieves the effects of improving the output characteristics of the battery and increasing the capacity thereof.
