Specification

This invention relates to a loop stitching machine with wire
automatic loop stitches
BACKGROUND & PRIOR ART IN THE MARKET
In the initial stage stitching works of books, copies & magazines etc were done by Thread. After that, by passage of time, the wire stitching machines, came into the existence, for center 85 side Stitching. Which are still continued in the market. These machines were/ are having "Single Head" providing "Single Stitch" at a once time stroke. We have developed 8& modified the "Wire Stitching Machines" for stitching of books. Copies 8s magazine etc. our developed models called "Double head wire stitching Machine," are having "Double Head," Which provides two stitches, just at a once time stroke only.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION
For filing any catalogue or important papers for record, it is necessary
that a machine therefore should make loop stitch along with staple
(Single loop in single head 8& two loops at once time in double head). The object of this invention is to provide a new technology, to file directly after loop stitch, any catalogue 85 important paper, without punching it, with punching machine.
In this machine, a "cam, in the machine head, actable by rotating shaft is provided. This cam is adopted to perform the various functions, which finally leads to (single loop stitch in single head 85 two loop stitchs in double head, just at a once time) on catalogue or papers, on which it is required.
These various functions are of wire drawing, cutting into size
formations of loop stitches .Shaped staple, release of staple,
hammering there of into the papers for loop stitching shaped, loop stitches
And at last, backward travel upto its first position (single loop in single head & two loops in double head) the cam in the head of machine, whose function matter, most for actual. Loop stitching is the rotory camor head of machine along with its moving parts. The proposed machine, so provides that in one revolution of the cam, all the six operation may be performed once after the other. The nature of the invention, will be more clear from the description given herewith the reference to accompany drawings in which :-

The invention relates to a rotary cam head for a loop stitching machine by wire stapling magazine, catalogue, calander, & fine note book.
In magazine, catalogue it is necessary that a machine therefore should staple from center with two loop for filing purpose and copy & calander needs loop stitch for hanging purpose.
The object of this invention is to provide rotary cam head means for drawing wires and as improved loop stitching machine by stapling. In the proposed machine a rotary cam head, actuable by a rotating or driven shaft is provided. This cam head is adapted to perform the various function which finally lead to stitching, hereafter referred as stapling of the catalogue, magazine, calander & Note Book.
These various function are wire drawing, cutting the wire into size, formation of Shaped staple, release of staple, hammering thereof into leaves or the like for stitching catalogue, magazine & note book like for stitching and backward travel after stitching.
In the cam head the part whose functions matter most for actual stapling is the rotary cam head. The proposed machine so provides that in one revolution of the cam all the operations may be performed one after the other.
The cam head is, therefore provided with cutting, staple forming & hammering means which constitute a stapling unit. It should at the same time be able to draw one or more number of wires from a drum or the like to be guided under the stapling unit for necessary cutting etc. A retractable former is also preferably included in the cam head.
According to this invention thus, there is provided in and for a loop cum normal stitching machine. Rovary cam in the head of machine complete the stitching circuit like drawing of wire
cutting of wire making i 1 and hammering by the driver in the former after pressing the wire in the papers it bends from bottom with the help of clincher unit of the machine and all unit return to there initial position
The rotary cam in head in the machine further includes means for drawing one or plurality stand of wire from the spool or spools by the help of HDH 104 in single head and HDH 104 & 104 A in double head loop stitching machine which moves with the help of a brass lever HDH29 in single head & HDH29 & 29A in double head. The retractable former is associated
with the stapling unit, so that when r i staple is formed by further cam moment after the cutting
of wire it is adopted to be pushed out of the way from the mouth of loop bar. That
Is pushed by the hammer part called driver HDH 55 into the papers and then with the help of
clincher liver and clincher ram clinchers bends the legs of the ~ from the bottom.
The main driving unit for the machine is advantage ously and electric motor which may be mounted on vertical column (Iron or steel)of machine frame work through a balancing wheel and a clutch operated shaft the power from the motor may be transmitted to the rotary shaft of the cam directly required tension in belts connecting motor shaft and pully with main shaft can be provided by having arrangement to change the degree of inclination of the motor.
A foot operated pedal through a rod and spring machanism can be used to oprate the clutch .
The invension is described below with reference to the drawings accompanying the provisional & complete specification. In the drawings:-
FigNo. 1 Cam
Fig No. 2 Anvil Bar
Fig No. 3 A, B, C Detail of staple former driver(complete)
Fig No. 4 Other parts (Former, Driver, Driver Head Cam, LoopBar, ect.)
Fig No. 5 Entire parts of machine
Fig No. 6 Show complete cycle of performed by rotary cam.
Reffering to the drawing the loop stitching machine in single or double head has main rotary cam HDH 69 rotateable by a shaft HDH 70 with the help of electric motor through a v. belt which drives a pully. JIDH 17 along with clutch parts clutch pal HDH 121 clutch spring HDH 124 on pressing the clutch paddle HDH 117 clutch unlock and one rotation of rotary cam complete. Pin HDH 71 with help of roller HDH 34 in main cam drive driver slide HDH 21 and former slide HDH 22 moves with help of pin and roller through groove in main cam in double head loop stitching machine.
One out part of main cam HDH 70 move the slide. HDH 19 up and down and with the help of slide HDH 19,feed lever of left & right side 29 & 29A respectively draw the wire from the spools with the help of feeders HDH 104 & HDH 104A according to the requirement of length of wire as we set it. Drawn wires goes in the mouth of loop bar HDH 59 in single head & loop bar HDH 59 & 59A in double head .
Former HDH 49 & HDH 49A comes down with help of former slide & makes Loop on the loop bar on both sides right and left. Driver HDH 55 & HDH 55A both comes downwards with the help of driver slide & press loops in the papers with the help of drivers HDH 55 & HDH 55A.
In fig. Anvil bar HDH 8 (Covered with table plate HDH 18) with the help of its member parts. Clincher 91 & Clincher lifter 91 A, Clincher ram HDH 10 on right & left sides bends the wire from the bottom to make stitching perfect. Table can be tilted for side & center stitch purpose.
