the combustion chamber comprises of a compartment to burn the waste material
with fire , an air blower (202) is configured at the top of the combustion
chamber(201), another air blower (203) is configured at the bottom of the
combustion chamber, a gas cylinder(204);
8
combustion chamber is connected to the smoke collector(301) on one side and to
the ash collector(401) on the other side;
the smoke collector (301) comprises of a collector chamber (302), a duct (303), a
water tank (304), a water pump (305), plurality of water sprinklers (306);
5 the ash collector(401) comprises of a crusher (402) and a sieve plate (403);
the assembly of abovementioned components is mounted on a trolley (501) wherein
the trolley (501) comprises plurality of wheels (502) carrying a means (503)to hold
abovesaid assembly.
In an embodiment of the present invention the machine is connected to the tractor
10 with the help of PTO shaft.
In an embodiment of the present invention as the tractor moves the machine starts
operating.
In an embodiment the said integrated stubble burning machine cuts the stubble from
the field and shred it into small pieces which are lifted to a height of about 3 feet
15 and transferred into the combustion chamber. The conveyor belt is in
communication with the chamber chain and chamber wheels.
In another embodiment the waste material is allowed to pass through the
combustion chamber under the air flow to prevent back fire of the waste material
outside the combustion chamber.
20 Yet in another embodiment from the feeder chamber, the stubble is carried into the
combustion chamber wherein the stubble is burnt to ashes and the smoke formed is
collected in the smoke chamber.
Very little amount of fuel is required for initial ignition , later on the waste material
itself act like combusting material and burn to ashes. To prevent fire to blow out
25 air flow is maintained with the help of air blower for continuing the burning process.
9
In another embodiment the smoke passes through the smoke collector chamber
wherein the smoke collector chamber consisting of a duct integrated with the water
sprinklers, the smoke is passed under the water showers from water sprinklers.
Most of the smoke constituents get dissolved in water and may be sprayed on the
5 field.
In another embodiment of present invention the ashes collected in the ash chamber
is passed through the crusher wherein any wooden piece or coal are powdered. The
powdered ash obtained is spread into the field.
The following examples are given by way of illustration of the working of the
10 invention in actual practice and should not be construed to limit the scope of
the present invention in any way.
Example 1: Burning Stubble after rice harvesting
The said stubble burning machine was used to burn stubble in the field after rice
15 harvesting. The machine is attached to the tractor and as tractor moves in the field
the machine cuts the stubble in the field, the cut stubble is shredded and lifted into
the furnace. The straw is burnt and smoke passes through smoke chimney under
high pressure water shower. Smoke eliminates in the form of water drops, falls on
the ground. The burnt remains are collected in ash chamber, crushed and sieved ash
20 powder falls on the ground that never spoils the field. Combustion chamber used
LPG for burning. With the LPG consumption of 0.5kg per hour and water consumed
being 500-600 Liters per hour, the said stubble burning machine burns 2-3 acer per
hour.
Example 2: Machine Used For Burnig City Waste Garbage
25 The said machine was used to burn city garbage. Machine lifts garbage by conveyor
belt and put it into fire box. When waste material burns it fall as wax and ash on
device (sift) which separate ash and wax by air. Wax may be collected and used
again. The waste material burns and smoke passes through smoke chimney under
10
high pressure water shower. Smoke eliminates in the form of water drops. The burnt
remains are collected in ash chamber, crushed and sieved ash powder is collected.
LPG consumption of 5kg per hour and 500-600 Ltr water required per hour.
