Specification

Description:TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001]
The present invention mainly relates to a management apparatus for managing a yarn processing apparatus that winds a yarn to manufacture a package.

BACKGROUND ART
[0002]
Patent Document 1 is JP 2015-86057 A.
[0003]
Patent Document 1 discloses a setting management apparatus for setting or managing a plurality of spinning units. The setting management apparatus includes a display unit, and a monitoring screen is displayed on the display unit. The information displayed on the monitoring screen includes working data of the spinning unit.

SUMMARY OF INVENTION
[0004]
A plurality of items are displayed as working data on the monitoring screen according to Patent Document 1. Patent Document 1 does not describe the working data in detail, and it is unclear whether there is other information belonging to the working data. That is, Patent Document 1 does not disclose a manner of displaying working data having a multilevel structure.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of the circumstances described above, and a main object thereof is to provide a management apparatus capable of appropriately displaying information about a working history of a yarn processing apparatus when the information has a multilevel structure.
[0006]
The problems to be solved by the present invention are as described above. Next, the means for solving the problems and the effects thereof will be described.
[0007]
According to an aspect of the present invention, a management apparatus having the following configuration is provided. That is, the management apparatus manages a yarn processing apparatus that winds a yarn to manufacture a package. The management apparatus includes a display unit and a control unit. The display unit displays information relating to a working history of the yarn processing apparatus. The control unit controls a display content of the display unit. The control unit displays, on the display unit, a plurality of pieces of first information relating to the working history of the yarn processing apparatus, and when a piece of the plurality of pieces of first information is selected, displays second information belonging to the selected first information on the display unit. The control unit displays the first information and the second information belonging to the first information so that the first information and the second information do not overlap and are displayed on the same screen.
[0008]
Thus, the user can confirm the content of the second information belonging to the first information while confirming the first information. Accordingly, compared to a case where the first information is deleted from a display area of the display unit and then, the second information is displayed, the user can easily grasp the information relating to the working history.
[0009]
It is preferable that the management apparatus has the following configuration. That is, the display unit includes a first area, a second area, and a third area, which are areas not overlapping with each other. The control unit displays the first information in the first area, displays the second information in the second area, and displays, in the third area, an individual graph relating to one of the first information or the second information.
[0010]
The user can simultaneously confirm the first information, the second information belonging to the first information, and the graph relating to the first information or the second information. Therefore, the user can grasp the information relating to the working history in detail.
[0011]
In the above-described management apparatus, the yarn processing apparatus includes a plurality of winding units that manufacture the package. When selection of the first information or the second information displayed on the display unit is made, the control unit displays, on the same screen as the first information and the second information, an individual graph whose horizontal axis represents time and whose vertical axis represents a value of the selected first information or the selected second information for each time, and/or an individual graph whose horizontal axis represents the plurality of winding units and whose vertical axis represents a value of the selected first information or the selected second information for each winding unit.
[0012]
This allows the user to see at a glance the first information or the second information over time or the first information or the second information of each winding unit.
[0013]
In the above-described management apparatus, the horizontal axis of the individual graph represents the plurality of winding units. The control unit displays, at a position different from the individual graph, information specifying the winding unit of the plurality of winding units for which the value of the selected first information or the selected second information does not satisfy a reference.
[0014]
This allows the user to understand the winding unit that does not satisfy the reference, by visually confirming information displayed at a position different from the individual graph.
[0015]
In the above-described management apparatus, the horizontal axis of the individual graph represents the plurality of winding units. When a part of the individual graph being displayed is selected, the control unit selects the winding unit having the worst value of the first information or the second information among winding units of the plurality of winding units positioned within a predetermined range from a position of the selected part.
[0016]
This allows the user to easily select the winding unit having the worst value of the first information or the second information within the predetermined range.
[0017]
In the above-described management apparatus, the yarn processing apparatus includes a plurality of winding units that manufacture the package. When a winding unit is selected, the control unit further displays an auxiliary graph of the first information or the second information on the display unit. A horizontal axis of the auxiliary graph of the first information represents time, and a vertical axis represents the first information of the selected winding unit and an average value or a total value of the first information of the plurality of winding units. A horizontal axis of the auxiliary graph of the second information represents time, and a vertical axis represents the second information of the selected winding unit and an average value or a total value of the second information of the plurality of winding units.
[0018]
This allows the user to easily compare the first information (or the second information) of the selected winding unit with the average value or the total value of the first information (or the average value or the total value of the second information) of a plurality of other winding units.
[0019]
It is preferable that the management apparatus has the following configuration. That is, the control unit displays a time ratio of each operating state of the yarn processing apparatus on the display unit as the first information. The control unit displays more specific details of the time ratio of each operating state of the yarn processing apparatus on the display unit as the second information.
[0020]
This allows the user to see at a glance the time ratio and the details of each operation of the yarn processing apparatus.
[0021]
In the above-described management apparatus, when the first information or the second information is selected, the control unit preferably displays, on the display unit, a collective graph whose horizontal axis represents time and whose vertical axis represents a summary of time ratios with respect to the operating state of the yarn processing apparatus.
[0022]
This allows the user to see at a glance information relating to the plurality of pieces of first information or the plurality of pieces of second information.
[0023]
In the above-described management apparatus, the control unit preferably displays, on the display unit, a displayed object indicating a correspondence relationship between the first information and the second information.
[0024]
This allows the user to see at a glance to which first information the second information being displayed belongs.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS
[0026]
Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. First, a general configuration of an automatic winder (a textile machine) will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2.
[0027]
The automatic winder 1 illustrated in FIG. 1 includes a yarn processing apparatus 2 and a management apparatus 50. The yarn processing apparatus 2 and the management apparatus 50 are arranged side by side. The yarn processing apparatus 2 includes a plurality of winding units 10 arranged side by side and a doffing truck 40.
[0028]
Each of the winding units 10 includes a yarn supplying unit 11, a yarn unwinding auxiliary device 12, a tension applying device 13, a yarn splicing device 14, a yarn quality measuring device 15, a cradle 16, a winding drum 17, and a housing 18.
[0029]
The automatic winder 1 is provided with a conveyor that conveys a tray to which a yarn supplying bobbin 21 is attached. The yarn supplying unit 11 supports the tray conveyed by the conveyor. The yarn unwinding auxiliary device 12 prevents a yarn unwound from the yarn supplying bobbin 21 from being excessively swung around as a result of being swung around by the centrifugal force and coming into contact with a portion (balloon) swelling outward, and enables unwinding of the yarn with a constant tension. The tension applying device 13 applies a predetermined tension to a running yarn. The yarn unwound from the yarn supplying bobbin 21 and the yarn in a package 22 are respectively guided to the yarn splicing device 14. The yarn splicing device 14 splices the guided yarns. The yarn quality measuring device 15 measures the quality of the running yarn (for example, yarn thickness or the amount of variation in the yarn thickness) with an optical sensor or the like.
[0030]
A winding bobbin is attached to the cradle 16. The winding drum 17 rotates in contact with the winding bobbin or the package 22 to traverse the yarn and wind the yarn on the winding bobbin. The package 22 is manufactured as a result of winding of the yarn on the winding bobbin by the winding drum 17.
[0031]
A unit controller 19 illustrated in FIG. 2 is provided inside the housing 18. The unit controller 19 includes a CPU, a RAM, a storage, and the like. The storage is, for example, an HDD, an SDD, or a flash memory. Various types of programs and control data are stored in the storage. The CPU reads a program stored in the storage to the RAM to execute the program. In this way, the unit controller 19 controls the winding unit 10.
[0032]
The doffing truck 40 can run along a direction in which the winding units 10 are arranged. Specifically, a rail is formed above the winding units 10 along the direction in which the winding units 10 are arranged, and the doffing truck 40 runs along the rail. When the package is fully wound in a certain winding unit 10, the doffing truck 40 runs up to the winding unit 10 and stops. The doffing truck 40 removes the fully wound package from the winding unit 10 and supplies the winding unit 10 with a new winding bobbin without any wound yarn.
[0033]
Specifically, the doffing truck 40 includes a yarn drawing arm 41, a cradle opening arm 42, and a chucker 43. The yarn drawing arm 41 can be extended and retracted by an actuator such as an air cylinder (not illustrated). A suction type yarn catcher is attached on the tip of the yarn drawing arm 41 to draw a yarn from the yarn supplying bobbin 21. The cradle opening arm 42 performs a doffing operation of operating the cradle 16 to open it and remove the fully wound package 22 from the cradle 16. The chucker 43 grips a new winding bobbin held in a bobbin stocker (not illustrated) to supply it to the cradle 16.
[0034]
The management apparatus 50 manages the yarn processing apparatus 2. The yarn processing apparatus 2 of the present embodiment includes the winding unit 10 and the doffing truck 40. Note that the doffing truck 40 may be excluded from the yarn processing apparatus 2. That is, the doffing truck 40 may or may not be managed by the management apparatus 50. The yarn processing apparatus 2 to be managed by the management apparatus 50 may further include a bobbin preparation device. The bobbin preparation device conveys, to the winding unit 10, a tray to which the yarn supplying bobbin 21 is attached, and prepares to wind a yarn onto the yarn supplying bobbin 21. As illustrated in FIG. 2, the management apparatus 50 includes a control unit 51, a display unit 52, an operation unit 53, and a communication unit 54.
[0035]
Similarly to the unit controller 19, the control unit 51 includes a CPU, a RAM, a storage, and the like. The storage is, for example, an HDD, an SDD, or a flash memory. Various types of programs and control data are stored in the storage. The CPU reads a program stored in the storage to the RAM to execute the program. In this way, the control unit 51 performs control for managing the yarn processing apparatus 2.
[0036]
The display unit 52 is a display device capable of displaying information. The display unit 52 is, for example, a liquid crystal display or an organic EL display. The display unit 52 displays a screen generated by the control unit 51. In the description below, the “screen” is a displayed object including tables, graphs, photographs, illustrations, input fields, or icons for the purpose of displaying information about the yarn processing apparatus 2 or changing settings of the yarn processing apparatus 2. Specifically, a setting screen for confirming or changing a setting of each of the winding units 10, a working history screen showing information about the working history of each of the winding units 10, a setting screen for confirming or changing a setting of the doffing truck 40, a working history screen showing information about the working history of the doffing truck 40, and the like are displayed on the display unit 52.
[0037]
The operation unit 53 is a hardware device operable by a user. The operation unit 53 is, for example, a hardware key or a touch panel. The touch panel is configured integrally with the display unit 52, and when the user touches the screen of the display unit 52, the touch panel detects a position touched by the user. The control unit 51 may also detect that a predetermined operation (tapping, double-tapping, dragging, pinching-in, pinching-out) is performed, based on the history of the position touched by the user. The “user” is a term including not only an operator assisting working of the automatic winder 1 but also an administrator managing the automatic winder 1.
[0038]
The control unit 51 performs processing according to a command issued by the user operating the operation unit 53. For example, when the user operates the operation unit 53 to issue an instruction for displaying the working history screen that displays the working history, the control unit 51 displays the specified working history screen. Further, when the user operates the operation unit 53 to issue an instruction for changing a yarn winding condition, the control unit 51 reflects the change of the yarn winding condition.
[0039]
The communication unit 54 is a wired communication module or wireless communication module for communicating with another device. The communication unit 54 is capable of communicating with the plurality of winding units 10 and the doffing truck 40.
[0040]
Next, a processing flow for displaying the working history screen and changing a display content according to an instruction by the user will be described with reference to FIGS. 3 to 7. The processing is described in the flowchart of FIG. 3. The flowchart of FIG. 3 illustrates processing performed by the control unit 51 of the management apparatus 50. The working history is a history regarding the processing performed by the yarn processing apparatus 2 in the manufacturing of the package 22. The working history may simply indicate the processing performed by the yarn processing apparatus 2, or may statistically process and indicate the processing performed by the yarn processing apparatus 2.
[0041]
The control unit 51 determines, based on an operation performed to the operation unit 53, whether an instruction to display the working history screen is issued (S101). The instruction to display the working history screen is issued, for example, by operating a first menu bar 61, a second menu bar 62, and a third menu bar 63 illustrated in FIG. 4. The first menu bar 61 is displayed at all times, and a plurality of icons are displayed on the first menu bar 61. The second menu bar 62 displays icons representing subordinate items of the icon selected on the first menu bar 61. That is, icons displayed on the second menu bar 62 change according to the icon selected on the first menu bar 61. The third menu bar 63 displays icons representing subordinate items of the icon selected on the second menu bar 62. In the example illustrated in FIG. 4, when an operation is performed to select an icon for displaying the working history screen from the icons of the second menu bar 62, items for selecting a target of the working history are displayed in the third menu bar 63. In the example illustrated in FIG. 4, a working history relating to the mechanical efficiency (work efficiency) of the yarn processing apparatus 2 is selected. Note that the above-described instruction to display the working history screen is an example, and the instruction to display the working history screen may be issued without using the first menu bar 61, the second menu bar 62, and the third menu bar 63.
[0042]
The working history screen illustrated in FIG. 4 displays a first area 70, a second area 80, and a third area 90. The first area 70 and the second area 80 are arranged side by side in a left-right direction (a longitudinal direction of the screen). The third area 90 is arranged below the first area 70 and the second area 80. The layout of the first area 70, the second area 80, and the third area 90 illustrated in FIG. 4 is an example, and can be changed as follows, for example. That is, the first area 70 and the second area 80 may be arranged side by side in an up-down direction. Further, the first area 70, the second area 80, and the third area 90 may be arranged side by side in the same direction. Alternatively, the third area 90 may be arranged above the first area 70 and the second area 80. Note that the third area 90 is not an essential display element and may be omitted.
[0043]
If the control unit 51 determines that an instruction to display the working history screen has been issued, the control unit 51 displays a plurality of pieces of first information in the first area 70 of the display unit 52 (S102). The first information is information about the working history of the yarn processing apparatus 2. When the mechanical efficiency of the winding unit 10 is selected, as illustrated in FIG. 4, the first information includes working time details of the winding unit 10. The working time details include a time ratio for each operating state of the winding unit 10. The time ratio of one operating state corresponds to one piece of first information.
[0044]
A first item 71 of the first area 70 illustrated in FIG. 4 displays, as the working time details, "working time ratio (mechanical efficiency)", "yarn splicing cycle time ratio", "yarn splicing wait stop time ratio", and "full bobbin stop time ratio". Each of these time ratios corresponds to the first information. The working time ratio is the time ratio during which the winding unit 10 winds the yarn. The yarn splicing cycle time ratio is the time ratio during which the winding unit 10 splices the yarn. The yarn splicing wait stop time ratio is the time ratio during which the winding unit 10 is in a state where splicing is required and is waiting for the splicing to start. The full bobbin stop time ratio is a state where manufacturing of the package 22 is completed and the package 22 is waiting for a doffing operation.
[0045]
In a second item 72 of the first area 70, abbreviations of the information indicated in the first item 71 are described. As will be described later, the first item 71, the second item 72, and a third item 73 also serve as buttons operable by an operator. Further, in the uppermost cell of the second item 72, the character string "ALL" indicating that all pieces of first information are summarized is displayed. When the working history screen is first displayed, ALL is already selected. In the third item 73 of the first area 70, the actual time ratio corresponding to the working time details described on the same line is displayed.
[0046]
The first information is displayed in the first area 70, as described above. Note that these pieces of first information are only examples, and the first information may be information about the working history from another perspective. For example, the first information may be working time details of the doffing truck 40. Further, the first information is not limited to the working time details, but may be details of an alarm generated in the winding unit 10, for example. The details of the alarm include information indicating the ratio of the number of alarms for each type of alarm.
[0047]
The control unit 51 performs a process of displaying the first information in the first area 70, and further displays a first information collective graph 91 in the third area 90 of the display unit 52 (S103, FIG. 4). The first information collective graph 91 is a graph collectively showing all (the plurality of pieces of) the first information. Specifically, the horizontal axis of the first information collective graph 91 represents time, and the vertical axis represents the working time details (first information). That is, one bar graph of the first information collective graph 91 represents the time ratio of each working state during a predetermined length of time. Note that the horizontal axis of the first information collective graph 91 may represent the winding unit 10. Thus, the time ratio of each working state for each winding unit 10 can be shown in a graph. Note that, as information specifying the winding unit 10, the number of the winding unit 10 can be used as a value on the horizontal axis. The number of the winding unit 10 is a number assigned to each winding unit 10 along the direction in which the winding units 10 are arranged side by side with reference to a predetermined position. In this case, one bar graph of the first information collective graph 91 indicates the time ratio for each working state of one winding unit 10 during a predetermined length of time.
[0048]
As described above, in the present embodiment, when the working history screen is first displayed, ALL is already selected as the second item. In other words, all the pieces of first information are selected by default, so that the control unit 51 displays the first information collective graph 91 in the third area 90 without waiting for an instruction by the user. Alternatively, the control unit 51 may display the first information collective graph 91 in the third area 90 after detecting that the user performs an operation to select ALL as the second item.
[0049]
Next, the control unit 51 determines whether the first information in the first area 70 is selected, based on the operation performed on the operation unit 53 (S104). As mentioned above, the second item 72 in the first area 70 is selectable by the user. In the present embodiment, the control unit 51 determines that the first information is selected when the first item 71, the second item 72, or the third item 73 is selected. Furthermore, the control unit 51 identifies the first information corresponding to the selected second item 72, and determines that the identified first information is selected.
[0050]
If the control unit 51 determines that the first information in the first area 70 is selected, the control unit 51 displays, in the second area 80 of the display unit 52, second information belonging to the selected first information (S105, FIG. 5). The second information is information related to the first information and indicates the first information in more detail. In other words, the second information corresponds to subordinate information of the first information. In the present embodiment, the second information is information that more specifically classifies the time ratio indicated by the first information. In FIG. 5, the “yarn splicing wait stop time ratio” is selected as the first information, and “yarn splicing wait stop time ratio details” which is the second information belonging thereto is displayed in the second area 80. Specifically, in a first item 81 of the second area 80, "tray supply stop time ratio", "full conveyor time ratio", "conveyor tray clogging time ratio", and "tray level control time ratio" are displayed as the yarn splicing wait stop time ratio details. Each of these time ratios corresponds to the second information. The tray supply stop time ratio is the time ratio during which yarn splicing is being awaited, due to a stop in the supply of the tray for supplying the yarn supplying bobbin 21 to the winding unit 10. The full conveyor time ratio is the time ratio during which yarn splicing is being awaited, when the conveyor is full of trays and the trays cannot be discharged. The conveyor tray clogging time ratio is the time ratio during which the conveyor for supplying the tray to the winding unit 10 is clogged. The tray level control time ratio is the time ratio required to control a tray level.
[0051]
The display screen of the display unit 52 is divided into the first area 70 and the second area 80. The first information is displayed in the first area 70 and the second information is displayed in the second area 80. In other words, the first information and the second information are displayed on the same screen. Thus, the first information and the second information do not overlap, and thus, the user can simultaneously confirm the first information and the second information.
[0052]
In a second item 82 of the second area 80, the abbreviations of the information indicated in the first item 81 are described. As will be described later, the first item 81, the second item 82, and a third item 83 also serve as buttons operable by an operator. Further, in the uppermost cell of the second item 82, the character string "ALL" indicating that all pieces of the second information are summarized is displayed. In the third item 83 of the second area 80, the actual time ratios corresponding to the yarn splicing wait stop time ratio details described on the same line are indicated.
[0053]
Note that these pieces of second information are pieces of information belonging to the "yarn splicing wait stop time ratio". If another piece of first information is selected, a different piece of second information belonging to the selected first information is displayed in the second area 80. For example, when the "full bobbin stop time ratio" is selected as the first information, the second information includes details of the full bobbin stop time ratio. For example, the second information includes the time ratio during which the doffing truck 40 operates another one of the winding units 10, the time ratio from when the doffing truck 40 starts moving until the doffing truck 40 reaches the winding unit 10, the time ratio during which the doffing truck 40 is stopped due to another error, and the like. Further, when the first information is constituted by details of an alarm generated in the winding unit 10, the second information includes more specific details of the alarm.
[0054]
As illustrated in FIG. 5, a link bar 79 is displayed on the working history screen at a position spanning between the first area 70 and the second area 80. The link bar 79 is a displayed object used for clarifying to which piece of first information the second information belongs. The link bar 79 extends from one piece of first information (the piece of first information selected by the user) displayed in the first area 70 and is connected to the first item 81 of the second information displayed in the second area 80. Thereby, the user can confirm the currently selected piece of first information and can intuitively understand a correspondence relationship between the first information and the second information. Note that a displayed object used for clarifying to which piece of first information the second information belongs is not limited to the link bar. For example, the color of a frame line of the selected first information may be the same as the color of a frame line of the table indicating the second information. In this case, the frame lines of the same color correspond to displayed objects indicating the correspondence relationship between the first information and the second information.
[0055]
Next, the control unit 51 displays, in the third area 90, a first information individual graph 92 of the selected first information (S106, FIG. 5). After deleting the first information collective graph 91 from the third area 90, the control unit 51 displays the first information individual graph 92 in the third area 90. The control unit 51 creates the first information individual graph 92 based on the selected piece of first information. The first information individual graph 92 is a graph showing a content of the selected first information. That is, the first information individual graph 92 is a graph obtained by hiding a part other than the selected piece of first information from the first information collective graph 91. Specifically, the horizontal axis of the first information individual graph 92 indicates the winding units 10, and more specifically, each of the winding units 10 is indicated by using a number assigned to the winding unit 10. The vertical axis of the first information individual graph 92 indicates a value of the selected piece of first information. In the example illustrated in FIG. 5, the “yarn splicing wait stop time ratio” is selected as the first information, and thus, the yarn splicing wait stop time ratio for each of the winding units 10 is shown as the first information individual graph 92. Furthermore, when a plurality of pieces of first information are selected, the control unit 51 creates the first information individual graph 92 including the plurality of pieces of first information. In this case, only the second information corresponding to the uppermost piece of first information among the plurality of pieces of first information may be displayed in the second area 80, or the second area 80 may be scrollable to display the pieces of second information corresponding to all the selected pieces of first information in the second area 80.
[0056]
Further, in a case where a reference is set for the value of the first information, the control unit 51 displays the reference in the first information individual graph 92. Furthermore, the control unit 51 differentiates between the display mode of the winding unit 10 that satisfies the reference and the display mode of the winding unit 10 that does not satisfy the reference in the first information individual graph 92. Differentiating between the display modes means providing different ways of displaying, and specifically, different display colors, presence/absence of blinking, presence/absence of highlighting, and the like. This makes it possible to highlight the winding units 10 that do not satisfy the reference. Note that the horizontal axis of the first information individual graph 92 is not limited to the number of the winding unit 10 and may represent the time. In this case, the yarn splicing wait stop time ratio for each predetermined time length is shown. Further, a graph with a horizontal axis representing the number of the winding unit 10 and a graph with a horizontal axis representing time may be simultaneously displayed in the third area 90.
[0057]
A specific winding unit 93 is displayed at a different position from the first information individual graph 92 in the vicinity of the first information individual graph 92, specifically above the first information individual graph 92. The specific winding unit 93 is composed of the numbers of the winding units 10 that do not satisfy the reference and the values of the first information of these winding units 10. As the specific winding unit 93, the numbers of up to five winding units 10 are displayed in ascending order of the values of the first information. Note that if there is no winding unit 10 that does not satisfy the reference, the number of the winding units 10 is not displayed as the specific winding unit 93. The number of the winding units 10 to be displayed as the specific winding unit 93 is not limited to up to five, and may be a number other than five. Alternatively, all the winding units 10 that do not satisfy the reference may be displayed as the specific winding unit 93. The list of the numbers of winding units 10 displayed as the specific winding unit 93 may be displayed in a scrollable manner. This allows the user to confirm the numbers of all the winding units 10 even when the numbers of many winding units 10 are displayed. Further, the order for displaying the winding units 10 is not limited to the ascending order of the values of the first information, and may be a numerical order of the winding units 10. Note that the value of the first information may not be displayed. Alternatively, the specific winding unit 93 may not be displayed.
[0058]
In the third area 90, an auxiliary graph 94 is further displayed. The auxiliary graph 94 is a graph that assists the first information individual graph 92, and is a graph from another viewpoint regarding the first information. The third area 90 is divided into an area in which the first information individual graph 92 is displayed, and an area in which the auxiliary graph 94 is displayed. In other words, the first information individual graph 92 and the auxiliary graph 94 are displayed on the same screen of the display unit 52.
[0059]
In the example illustrated in FIG. 5, the horizontal axis of the auxiliary graph 94 represents time, and the vertical axis represents the first information. The auxiliary graph 94 shows the average value of the first information of the plurality of winding units 10. Note that, instead of the average value, a graph showing the total value of the pieces of first information of the plurality of winding units 10 may be displayed. The auxiliary graph 94 is an example. For example, if the horizontal axis of the first information individual graph 92 represents time, the horizontal axis of the auxiliary graph 94 may represent the winding units 10. Alternatively, the auxiliary graph 94 may not be displayed.
[0060]
The display screen of the display unit 52 is divided into the first area 70, the second area 80, and the third area 90. Therefore, the graphs in the third area 90 (the first information individual graph 92, the auxiliary graph 94, and a second information collective graph 95 which will be described later) are displayed on the same screen as the first information and the second information. Therefore, the user can confirm the graphs in the third area 90 while viewing the first information and the second information.
[0061]
Further, the user can use the operation unit 53 to perform an operation of selecting the first information individual graph 92 displayed in the third area 90. The control unit 51 determines, based on the operation performed on the operation unit 53 (S107), whether a part of the first information individual graph 92 is selected.
[0062]
If the control unit 51 determines that a part of the first information individual graph 92 is selected, the control unit 51 selects the winding unit 10 having the worst value of the first information within a selected range (S108). Specifically, when a part of the first information individual graph 92 is selected, the control unit 51 identifies graphs of winding units 10 positioned within a predetermined range from a position of the selected part, and selects the winding unit 10 having the worst value of the first information. For example, in a case where first information having a lower value is better, such as for the yarn splicing wait stop time ratio, the control unit 51 selects the winding unit 10 having the highest value of the first information. Conversely, for example, in a case where first information having a higher value is better, such as for the working time ratio (mechanical efficiency), the control unit 51 selects the winding unit 10 having the lowest value of the first information. For a user who wishes to know the information of the winding unit 10 having the bad value of the first information, the above-described processing can reduce the work load of the user.
[0063]
In the example illustrated in FIG. 6, the vicinity of the winding unit 10 having number 30 is touched (selected) with a finger, and the winding unit 10 having number 30 that does not satisfy the reference is positioned within a predetermined range (for example, a range corresponding to two or three bars of the graph) from the touched position. Therefore, the control unit 51 selects the winding unit 10 having number 30.
[0064]
In the present embodiment, the control unit 51 selects the winding unit 10 having the worst value of the first information within a predetermined range. However, the winding unit 10 closest to a position touched by the user may be selected. Accordingly, the graph forming the auxiliary graph 94 is not limited to the graph having the worst value of the first information. In the present embodiment, the winding unit 10 is selected by using the first information individual graph 92. However, the winding unit 10 may be selected by using another method (for example, a method in which the user inputs the number of the winding unit 10).
[0065]
The control unit 51 displays, in the third area 90, a graph relating to the selected winding unit 10 (S109). Specifically, the control unit 51 adds, to the auxiliary graph 94, a graph indicating the value of the first information of the selected winding unit 10. This allows the user to compare the first information of the selected winding unit 10 with the average value or the total value of the pieces of first information of a plurality of other winding units 10. Note that the control unit 51 displays the graph relating to the selected winding unit 10 not only when the first information individual graph 92 is touched, but also when it is detected that the number of winding units 10 described as the specific winding unit 93 is selected.
[0066]
The control unit 51 determines, based on an operation performed to the operation unit 53, whether an instruction to display the second information collective graph 95 is issued (S110). In the present embodiment, if ALL is selected as the second item 82 of the second area 80, all pieces of second information are selected, so that the control unit 51 determines that an instruction to display the second information collective graph 95 is issued. However, the instruction to display the second information collective graph 95 may be issued by another method (for example, selection of the first item 81 or the third item 83).
[0067]
If the control unit 51 determines that an instruction to display the second information collective graph 95 is issued, the control unit 51 displays, in the third area 90 of the display unit 52, the second information collective graph 95 (S111, FIG. 7). After deleting the first information individual graph 92 and the auxiliary graph 94 from the third area 90, the control unit 51 displays the second information collective graph 95. The second information collective graph 95 is a graph collectively showing all (the plurality of pieces of) second information. Specifically, the horizontal axis of the second information collective graph 95 represents the time, and the vertical axis represents the yarn splicing wait stop time ratio details (the plurality of pieces of second information). That is, one bar graph of the second information collective graph 95 indicates the time ratio of the cause of yarn splicing wait stops occurring during a predetermined length of time. Note that the horizontal axis of the second information collective graph 95 may represent the winding unit 10. In this case, one bar graph of the second information collective graph 95 indicates the time ratio of the cause of yarn splicing wait stops occurring in one winding unit 10 during a predetermined length of time.
[0068]
In the second information collective graph 95, the user can see at a glance the plurality of pieces of second information displayed in the second area 80. Note that the function of displaying the second information collective graph 95 is not essential and may be omitted.
[0069]
In the present embodiment, when the first information is selected, the first information individual graph 92 is displayed in the third area 90. Instead of or in addition to this process, a second information individual graph may be displayed in the third area 90 when the second information is selected. The description relating to the first information individual graph 92 also applies to the second information individual graph. Further, in the present embodiment, when the winding unit 10 is selected, the auxiliary graph 94 of the first information is displayed in the third area 90. Instead of or in addition to this process, the auxiliary graph 94 of the second information may be displayed in the third area 90 when the winding unit 10 is selected. The description relating to the auxiliary graph 94 of the first information also applies to the auxiliary graph 94 of the second information.
[0070]
As described above, the yarn processing apparatus 2 that winds the yarn to manufacture the package 22 is managed. The management apparatus 50 of the present embodiment includes the display unit 52 and the control unit 51. The display unit 52 displays information about the working history of the yarn processing apparatus 2. The control unit 51 controls a display content of the display unit 52. The control unit 51 displays, on the display unit 52, a plurality of pieces of first information relating to the working history of the yarn processing apparatus 2, and when a piece of the plurality of pieces of first information is selected, displays second information belonging to the selected piece of first information on the display unit 52. The control unit 51 displays the first information and the second information belonging to the first information so that the first information and the second information do not overlap and are displayed on the same screen.
[0071]
Thus, the user can confirm the content of the second information belonging to the first information while confirming the first information. Accordingly, compared to a case where the first information is deleted from a display area of the display unit 52 and then, the second information is displayed, the user can easily grasp the information relating to the working history.
[0072]
In the management apparatus 50 of the present embodiment, the display unit 52 includes the first area 70, the second area 80, and the third area 90, which are areas that do not overlap with each other. The control unit 51 displays the first information in the first area 70, the second information in the second area 80, and the first information individual graph 92, which is a graph relating to the first information, in the third area 90. Note that, instead of the first information individual graph 92, a second information individual graph may be displayed.
[0073]
The user can simultaneously confirm the first information, the second information belonging to the first information, and an individual graph relating to the first information or the second information. Therefore, the user can grasp in detail the information relating to the working history.
[0074]
In the management apparatus 50 according to the present embodiment, the yarn processing apparatus 2 includes a plurality of winding units 10 for manufacturing the packages 22. When selection of the first information displayed on the display unit 52 is made, the control unit 51 displays, on the same screen as the first information and the second information, the first information individual graph 92 in which the horizontal axis represents the time and the vertical axis represents the value of the selected first information for each time, and/or the first information individual graph 92 in which the horizontal axis represents the plurality of winding unit 10 and the vertical axis represents the value of the selected first information for each winding unit 10. Note that, when the second information is selected, the control unit 51 may display a second information individual graph instead of or in addition to the first information individual graph 92.
[0075]
This allows the user to see at a glance the first information or the second information over time or the first information or the second information of each winding unit 10.
[0076]
In the management apparatus 50 of the present embodiment, the horizontal axis of the individual graph (the first information individual graph 92 or the second information individual graph) represents the plurality of winding units 10. The control unit 51 displays information specifying the winding unit 10 for which the value of the selected first information or second information does not satisfy the reference at a position different from the individual graph.
[0077]
This allows the user to understand the winding unit 10 that does not satisfy the reference, by visually confirming information displayed at a position different from the individual graph.
[0078]
In the management apparatus 50 of the present embodiment, the horizontal axis of the first information individual graph 92 represents the winding unit 10. When a part of the first information individual graph 92 is selected, the control unit 51 selects the winding unit 10 having the worst value of the first information among the winding units 10 positioned within a predetermined range from a position of the selected part. Note that, when the second information individual graph is displayed by the display unit 52, the control unit 51 performs a similar process to select the winding unit 10 having the worst value of the second information.
[0079]
This allows the user to easily select the winding unit 10 having the worst value of the first information or the second information within the predetermined range.
[0080]
In the management apparatus 50 according to the present embodiment, the yarn processing apparatus 2 includes the plurality of winding units 10 for manufacturing the packages 22. When the winding unit 10 is selected, the control unit 51 further displays the auxiliary graph 94 of the first information or the auxiliary graph of the second information on the display unit 52. The horizontal axis of the auxiliary graph 94 of the first information represents the time, and the vertical axis represents the first information of the selected winding unit 10 and the average value or the total value of first information of the plurality of winding units 10. The horizontal axis of the auxiliary graph of the second information represents the time, and the vertical axis represents the second information of the selected winding unit 10 and the average value or the total value of second information of the plurality of winding units 10.
[0081]
This allows the user to easily compare the first information (or the second information) of the selected winding unit 10 with the average value or the total value of the first information (or the average value or the total value of the second information) of the plurality of other winding units 10.
[0082]
In the management apparatus 50 of the present embodiment, the control unit 51 displays the winding units 10 for each operating state of the yarn processing apparatus 2 on the display unit 52 as first information. The control unit 51 displays more specific details of the winding unit 10 of each operating state of the yarn processing apparatus 2 on the display unit 52 as second information.
[0083]
This allows the user to see at a glance the time ratio and the details of each operation of the yarn processing apparatus 2.
[0084]
In the management apparatus 50 of the present embodiment, when the first information or the second information is selected, the control unit 51 displays, on the display unit 52, the first information collective graph 91 in which the horizontal axis represents the time and the vertical axis represents a summary of the time ratios with respect to the operating states of the yarn processing apparatus 2. Note that, when the second information is selected, the control unit 51 may display the second information collective graph.
[0085]
This allows the user to see at a glance information relating to a plurality of pieces of first information or second information.
[0086]
In the management apparatus 50 of the present embodiment, the control unit 51 displays the link bar 79 indicating a correspondence relationship between the first information and the second information on the display unit 52.
[0087]
This allows the user to see at a glance to which first information the second information being displayed belongs.
[0088]
Although preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the above configurations may be modified, for example, as follows.
[0089]
The flowchart described in the above embodiment is an example, and some of the steps of the process may be skipped, the contents of some of the steps of the process may be changed, or a new step of the process may be added. For example, the process of displaying the first information collective graph 91 in the third area 90 in response to issuance of an instruction to display the working history screen may be omitted, and the first information collective graph 91 may be displayed in the third area 90 in response to a separate instruction from the user.
[0090]
In the above embodiment, an example has been described in which the present invention is applied to the management apparatus 50 provided in the automatic winder 1. However, the present invention can also be applied to a textile machine other than the automatic winder 1 (for example, a spinning machine).
[0091]
Although the management apparatus 50 and the yarn processing apparatus 2 are arranged side by side in the above embodiment, the management apparatus 50 may be arranged at a position away from the yarn processing apparatus 2. Also, a higher-level management apparatus (external device) that manages one or more management apparatuses 50 may perform the above-described processes relating to the first information or the second information. Examples of the external device include a storage device provided in the factory in which the automatic winder 1 is located, and a data server connected to the management apparatus 50 via a wide area network.
