Abstract: The purpose of the present invention is to provide a mandrel that is flexible while maintaining heat resistance, releasability, and recyclability capable of tolerating a thermal history of repeated use, which are characteristics of 4-methyl-1-pentene polymers. The present invention relates to a mandrel formed from a resin composition (X) containing 50-90 parts by mass of a 4-methyl-1-pentene polymer (A) that satisfies specific requirements, 5-40 parts by mass of a propylene polymer (B), and 5-30 parts by mass of a 4-methyl-1-pentene/a-olefin copolymer (C) that satisfies specific requirements (where the total of (A), (B), and (C) is 100 parts by mass).
