Field of Invention
The present invention relates to a manifold RPM increasing gearbox which when attached to Bullock/Solar Panel or any other source of mechanical energy, will lead to efficient Electric Generation Device for generating green and clean energy at a very nominal cost and the complete process thereof.
Background art
This is well known from various sources that currently, approx. 75% of energy generation is happening through non-renewable/ fossil fuel sources like coal power, nuclear power, Diesel etc. and these sources are even harmful for the environment and the cost of electricity produced is high. There is a growing awareness on using renewable for energy generation and hence lots of focus is being put on solar power, windmill as sources of energy. Though windmill is considered as a source of clean energy yet it has some drawbacks such as noise produced by the turbine, people live nearby blame turbines for various health problems such as sleep deprivation, anxiety, high blood pressure. Its rotating blades may kill the birds and bats, and if there is no wind flow there will be no electricity generated at all. Coming to Atomic energy/ nuclear energy, the threat of its leakage cannot be ignored.

Summary
An object of the present invention and its process is to provide an efficient, low cost, green source of Electricity.
The invented device, and the process involved in the electricity generation with its help, is a step further in the field of green and clean energy wherein it uses a very small amount of mechanical energy generated through Bullock / Animal/ Solar Panel or any other source of mechanical energy as input, to generate the electricity mainly by increasing the RPM manifold with the help of Invented Device i.e. Lever Operated Gearbox, connected with an alternator with it. In this process the input mechanical energy of Bullock / Animal/ Solar Panel or any other source of mechanical energy is passed through the devices invented by following the proper process and is converted into cost effective and efficient electricity.

Detailed description and method
As depicted in figure 1, there are Solar panels and /or Bullocks/ or any other animal can be used to rotate the Lever Operated Gear Box through the levers attached to the Bullocks at one end and to the Lever Operated Gear Box on another end; further the Lever Operated Gear Box has an alternator attached to it to generate current/ Electricity. Enumerated below are the various components being used in this device:

All the Components are set in a particular fixture and pattern and when process starts it starts to efficiently generate the electricity.
The present invention will be best understood upon going through the following detailed description of embodiments, while referring to the appended drawings, wherein:
Main Invented device is the Lever Operated Gear Box - Figure 2, the levers are placed at the top of the device and connected with the Lever Operated Gear Box with the help of a Hub.
Lever Operated Gear Box comprises of three types of Gears placed in a cylindrical container.
i. Spur Gear/Helical Gear - is used to increase the RPM
ii. Bevel Gear- is used to convert the Vertical movement into Horizontal movement
iii. Ring Gear- is used to give Torque.
These gears are made of plates and rings.
Lever Operated Gear Box is the main device through which cost effective electricity is generated as it increases the input RPM of 2 RPM to 1500 RPM. It is made of steel and assembled in a particular pattern designed by the Inventor.

The Lever Operated Gear Box comprises of vertical and horizontal shafts, a cylindrical container, planet gears, Sun gears, Ring gears, Bevel gears, balancing wheels, Carrier plates, Steel pins, bearings.
The Input levers are placed on the top of the Lever Operated Gear Box and connected with the help of a vertical shaft (having hubs at a particular distance) with the Lever Operated Gear Box.
There are three gear units in the box as the main components of the Lever Operated Gear Box.
The gear units (Figure 3) comprise of three planet spur/helical gears, one Sun gear as shown in the said figure. The sun gear will be in the centre and fixed to the bottom plate of the gear unit and, other three Planet gears are placed around the Sun gear with the help of their teeth. All three planet gears are attached with the carrier plate (a triangle carrier plate shown in the figure but it can also be circular) through steel Pins, containing bearings facing the Planet gear. The upper side of the pins are fixed in the carrier plate and all three planet gears placed between the ring gear, move the Sun gear, this gives more power.
This Lever Operated Gear Box comprise of three gear units placed at a particular distance, so they all can move and increase the RPM to the desired level of generating electricity. The number of Gear units can be more than three depending on RPM requirement for generating electricity.
When number of Gear units are decreased the RPM will go reduce, and when number of Gear units are increased the RPM will increase. This Lever Operated Gear Box shown in the figure is having three (3) number of gear units to carry out the experiment to produce sufficient electricity to run all mechanical / electric system.
Number of gear plates in the Lever Operated Gear Box can be increased as per the requirement of amount of electricity to be generated.
Even the size of gears can also be decreased or increased.
There are two gear boxes in the device:
One is set up with the Bulls, will be known as small gear box and other one is setup in the central part of the device and is called as Lever Operated Gear Box.
Both gear boxes are set in Vertical position but these can be set horizontally as well.
The role of gearbox is to increase RPM. And it can increase the RPM from 2 or less input RPM to 1500 RPM.
Solar Panels in Figure 1-viii are used in this model to serve three objects
i. To produce electricity as a very small part of this device
ii. To provide shade to the bullocks/ animals
iii. To keep process running when Bullocks/ animals stop.
They are arranged on the Lever connected with the Hub.

Bullocks and Solar- Bullocks/ Solar are used to produce mechanical energy required to generate the electricity through the Lever Operated Gear Box (We can use any animal/ motor and any other mechanical energy source in the place of Bullocks).
DC/AC Motor-DC/AC motor in this device is used to run the system through Solar Panel.
Lever- is made of Steel and is the main connecting device through which Bullocks will be attached with the Lever Operated Gear Box and will also be used to hang the Solar Panel.
Wheels
There are two types of wheels used in this invented device:
One is moving on the C Channel Ring attached with the Bullocks to rotate the lever attached with the HUB at the centre, and the other one is attached with the Lever Operated Gear Box and will act as a balancing wheel.
C-Channel Ring
C- Channel ring is an iron track embedded in the earth or surface on which wheels will move.
Track is developed in circular path, but it can be made in ZIG-ZAG, cross or any other motion as well.
Hub
Hub is attached in the Lever Operated Gear Box body and is used for the movement of the Lever Operated Gear Box through levers.
Alternator
To generate Power, through the Mechanical energy received as input from the Lever Operated Gear Box.
Air Compressor: for energy storage and will have a four way shaft to use the generated electricity for various purposes.
The Method of performing and Generating Electricity
There is a circular path of C - Channel Ramp Figure 1-x on which Bullocks/Animals are moving Figure 1-iunder the Solar Panels (Optional) Figure 1-viii linked to the levers Figure 1-iiattached to them and a Small Gearbox Figure 1-iii, DC Motor Figure 1-iv and an Iron wheel Figure 1-xi which is connected with the Lever Operated Gear Box Figure 1-vi at the centre position of the device with the help of levers.
The Lever Operated Gear Box is set at a perched position and is attached to an alternator Figure 1-vii, balancing wheel. This Gear box is attached with a lever system HUB Figure 1-xi to connect the Lever Operated Gear Box with the Bullocks through levers.
When Bullocks/Animals start walking in a Circular path on the C- Channel Ramp Figure 1-x, the Levers, connected with the Bullocks/ Animals on the one end and connected with theLever Operated Gear Box at the other end through a HUB, starts moving the HUB and the Lever Operated Gear Box,

in turn, the Lever Operated Gear Box increases the RPM of the input mechanical energy, manifold, produced by Bullocks/ Animal and/or Solar Panel or any other mechanical energy source.
Once Lever Operated Gear Box starts functioning, then alternator, attached with the Lever Operated Gear Box, starts running to produce/ generate electricity.
An Alternator is attached with the Lever Operated Gear Box which is used for generating electricity, which is further stored in compressor / battery, and ends in a four way shaft as depicted in Figure 4:
The energy stored in Compressor can be used for any purpose; few are to run Atta Chakki, Water Pump, Air compressor from generated electricity.
Result of Experiment Carried out:
An experiment has been carried out with the Invented device and the process and it has generated the electricity as stated in the claim. The Description of the Experiment is hereunder:
The Components used are as follows:
Four (4) Levers of 7 meters each from the centre hub
Three gear Units of 470 mm diameter approx.
Nine Planet gears of diameter approx 204 mm teethed
Three Sun gear of diameter approx 108 mm teethed
Solar Panels of 8 Kilowatt
• A pair of Bulls working for 8 hours generate 20 Kilowatt per hour
• The Quantum of Electricity depends on the size of the lever. If lever is short then torque will be reduced, and if on the other hand lever is of a bigger size, then production of electricity will be increased.
• Lever Operated Gear Box can be made Horizontal
• Track / Ring can be made / set up in any direction other than circular
• If we use electric power instead of using Bulls, this will also increase the output drastically
Novelty:
1. It's the Only Lever Operated Gear Box
2. Input can be electric, bull, solar or any other mechanical energy source
3. Sun gear used to increase RPM
4. We are using more than one mechanical power/ Solar Power as input
5. Lever Operated Gear Box increases the RPM from low to high, as of now no gear box is available to do this job.
6. Efficiency of the Invented device i.e. Lever Operated Gear Box is 70-85 % increase in RPM

Advantageous Effects of Invention:
The present invention can generate efficient and low cost green resource electricity without posing a threat to the scarce natural resources and without polluting the environment and ensures its continuous availability at a very affordable price so this device will be a revolution in solving the problem of electricity in India and rest of the World, without putting a threat on the scarce natural resources and without posing a nuclear radiation reaction accident threats.
Stray Bullocks and ox has become a national issue and governments want to solve this issue as soon as possible, so this model mainly uses Bullocks for input energy so it will solve the problem of Astray Bullocks/ Bulls which has become a national issue.

6. Process/method for generating electricity from input mechanical energy by increasing the RPM manifold by Lever Operated Gear Box operated with lever system as shown in Figure 1.
