Manual Operated 360 Degree Flexible Drilling Machine

Abstract: Drills have become a staple in every industry. Drilling holes in parts, sheet metal, wood and structures is a normal industrial process. Perfect and well-planned drilling requires large sections of metal or workpieces that cannot be drilled due to minimal space between the table and the workpiece. In such cases, we have to use hand drills, but hand drills have alignment problems when drilling. As a result, it is suggested that a Manual Operated 360-degree flexible Drilling Machine be used to drill horizontal or vertical workpieces with complex parts and surfaces. That is why we use articulated and connecting connectors with motor mount and support structure to design and manufacture the mini 360-degree drill for easy drilling.

Specification

Title
Manual operated 360 Degree Flexible Drilling Machine
Field of invention
The present invention belongs to the technical field of the drill, and solves the problems that the existing drill is simple in structure, low in processing accuracy, and inconvenient in processing. In a conventional drill, the drill head is fixed and the table can move. However, the flexibility of a regular drill is not very good. Perfect and well-planned drilling requires large sections of metal or work pieces that cannot be drilled due to minimal space between the table and the work piece. More specifically, the invention relates to the use of a 360-degree flexible drill for drilling work pieces with complex horizontal or vertical parts and surfaces.
Background of invention
A drill bit is used to perform drilling operations in sheet metal, wood and other materials such as steel. The machine used for drilling is called a drill. Drilling operations can also be performed on a standard horizontal lathe. The workpieces are held between the tailstock and the headstock. The most common drill used in a lathe is the twist drill. It is the simplest and most accurate machine used in production. The workpieces are held stationary by clamping in place while the drill rotates to create the hole. In a conventional drill, the drill head is fixed and the table can move. However, the flexibility of a regular drill is not very good. A drill is attached to the drill head of the drill. Drills can be made as a universal drill or a radial drill. In addition to drilling, various operations such as threading, threading, boring, etc. The method is not as energy-intensive as massive drilling. The tread is never machined around the entire diameter, but a ring on the circumference. Instead of all the material being removed as chips, a core is left around the center of the hole
Summary of the invention
The current invention has a place with the specialized field of the drill, and tackles the issues that the current drill is straightforward in structure, low in handling precision, and badly designed in handling. All the more explicitly, the innovation connects with the utilization of a 360-degree adaptable drill for boring work pieces with complex even or vertical parts and surfaces. In this invention, the strength of the base plate is of essential worry for vibration perception during penetrating. Shaft revolution can be accomplished by mounting a strong shaft in a hollow shaft. Because of the revolution of the shaft, a force happens. Upper base plate is mounted on a hollow shaft and turns 360 degrees. The essential arm holds the optional arm, which has a 360° turn, and is communicated from the plate to the auxiliary arm to move the drill head at a point. It associates the arms with pivoted joints. It is utilized to hold the hand drill which is utilized to penetrate an opening on a level plane or in an upward direction.

Detailed description of the invention
Figure. 1 shows a schematic representation of the present invention in an assembled state. Finally, the stability of the base plate (1) is of primary concern for vibration observation during drilling. Shaft rotation can be achieved by mounting a solid shaft in a hollow shaft (2). As a result of the rotation of the shaft, a torque occurs. Upper base plate (3) is mounted on a hollow shaft and rotates 360 degrees. The primary arm (4) holds the secondary arm (7) which has a 360° rotation and is transmitted from the plate to the secondary arm to move the drill head at an angle. It connects the arms with hinged joints (5) and (6). Drill supporting frame (8) is used to hold the hand drill (9), which is used to drill a hole horizontally or vertically. The diameter of drill bits usually ranges from 6 mm to 66.5 mm. The speed of the hand cultivator is 3600 rpm.
