DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0014] The present invention is provide the evidence that Agriculture

Residue waste has the dominant raw material for manufacturing pulp, paper and board industry. For this reason, agricultural residues are termed non-woods. Both wood and non-woods are fibrous plants i.e. plants rich in fibers. Paper and board are composed mainly of fibers. All over the world all plants containing a reasonable amount of fibers can be used as a raw material for pulp and paper production. In practice, this is not the case. Besides the abundance of the plant, a steady supply and many other requirements are necessary. The fiber content of the plant is important. The plant contains in addition to fibers, many non-fibrous cells e.g. parenchyma cells. Fibers themselves vary much in different plants regarding their length, width, fine or microstructures, as well as their chemical composition. In one and the same plant there are different types of fibers. The same fiber type is not equal in dimension but contains a spectrum of different dimensions. After the prulping process, The length of the fiber is one of the most important parameters affecting paper strength
[0015] Manufacturing of hand Made from Different Agriculture Residue and cotton Textile waste which is mixed variety of different material wastes like Jute, Jute Bag, paddy, Rice husk, wheat straw, jute, rags, cotton rags, hosiery cuttings cotton linter, tailor cuttings, Sugar Cane leaves, fibers, cotton stalks, grasses, card board, corrugated boxes waste etc
[0016] Handmade paper making equipments : Sorting, Grinding, Rag Chopper, beaters;. Pulp Tanks, Calendar machine, Agitator, Hydraulic press, cylinder mould, Vat power drives machine, Cabinets and other required tools and equipments.
[0017] In the present invention, pulp of different raw material and paper are diversified. It is using many types of raw materials to produce very different kinds of paper by different methods in mills of all sizes. Pulp and

paper are manufactured from raw materials containing cellulose fibers, different wood, recycled paper, agricultural residues, bagasse, cereal straw, bamboo, reeds, esparto grass, jute, flax, and sisal. [0018] In the Present Invention of paper manufacturing process has several stages: .1. raw material preparation and handling, pulp manufacturing, pulp washing and screening, chemical recovery, bleaching, stock preparation, and papermaking.
[0019] The Paper production is manufacturing in two processing Steps, with different raw material which is first step into pulp, and then the pulp is converted into paper. The Agriculture residue Waste is first processed so that the fibers are separated from the unusable fraction of the wood, the lignin. The making process of Pulp by mechanically or chemically process. The Mechanical process of pulp is processed, depending on the type and grade of paper, can be manufactured. At last paper is dried and Calendering to make clean, soft and high grade quality.
Process:
[0020] Step 1 : The Step one in paper manufacturing process is to produce pulp from different agriculture residue waste. Bamboo Chips, Banana Tree Fibers or wood chip, cotton textile waste. The chips size must be small or grinding in small fibre shape. The grinding process makes the pulping process easy. Most of time pulp, which is the raw material of paper, can be manufactured using two methods: chemical pulping or mechanical pulping.
[0021] Step 2 : In the second process we use two method for breaking fibre of Raw Material by Chemical Process and Mechnical Process. The first one involves breaking down the chemical structure of lignin into a liquid using different chemicals, including sodium hydroxide and sodium sulfide. With the help of digester Cooking liquor is a by-product of the

production in specified air pressure, which is washed from cellulose fibers to produce pulp. Chemical pulping is used to produce higher quality paper with more expensive production cost than that of mechanical pulping. [0022] Step 3 : In step 3, our present invention develop Mechanical pulping process, which can further be classified into two subgroups, namely ground pulping and thermo-mechanical pulp. It not remove lignin from the fibers in contrast to chemical pulping. In both methods chips are simply fed into a. refiner to disintegrate and to convert the material into fiber bundles. Then we have refining Process, which are consisted of steam-heated rotating steel discs having different types of profiles. The final product of Mechanical Pulp is unbleached, dark pulp with short-length fibers. The main advantage of this kind of pulp is it has a higher yield than that of chemical pulping. The second one is a more commonly used method to produce paper with low strength properties. [0023] Step 4 : In fourth Step of Manufacturing process, the paper machine is extensively used to form the fiber mat for production of various types of papers, such as writing and drawing papers, printing and newspaper, wrapping and tissue paper, and other special papers. Mechanically process made paper production involves two main processes: the treatment of raw material, which includes converting chip into pulp, washing and bleaching, refining, beating, sizing, coloring of the fibers, and later to form paper sheet in a machine. [0024] Step 5 : In fifth step of manufacturing process, A conical refiner is a widely used machine to improve pulp quality. Pulp flows on the screen with water is drained away with the help of a series of vacuum boxes and other equipmentbefore a thin sheet of fiber mat is formed. Speed of the sheet in the machine range. After making of paper, it is wet and in form of sheet. To reduce moisture Paper dried in machine or under sun shine (open Air dry).

[0025] Step 6 : In sixth Process After drying process, Paper is seizing with guar gum / starch / Alum / other material for smooth finish and Anti absorbing feature in Paper. After seizing process paper press through Calendering machine. Which make it smooth and clean finish. Calendering is a process to enhance both physical and mechanical properties of paper as it passes through a specially designed series of drum type rolls as a result of friction. Application of coats of various types of chemicals applied to the surface of the paper make it extra shiny for special applications, such as art papers. In general, coated papers are classified into three groups: matte, semi matte and glossy. [0026] Step 7 : Seventh process is required only when Paper is used in different product where paper quality required anti absorbing. Anti absorbing means Paper utilize as Tableware, Dona Patal, Disposibles for Food Serving. This type of paper required coating features where our invented technology has developed food grade material for Coating of
Paper, which make paper hard and anti absorbing quality, Paper will not
■ -1-absorb water or any other moisture. It is food grade and easy to mold in
any shape like plate, spoon, bowl and other tableware items.
