Mask

Abstract: [Problem] To provide a mask capable of ensuring good contact with the face of a wearer. [Solution] A mask 1 comprises: a filter part 2 that is formed of an air-permeable sheet material and covers at least the nose part and the mouth part when the mask 1 is worn; an almost annular face contact body 3 that is joined to the filter part 2 and is in contact with at least the periphery of the nose part and the periphery of the mouth part on the face when the mask 1 is worn; and a hook string 4 that is hooked around either the head part or the ear part so that the filter part 2 and the face contact body are put on the face. The mask 1 is configured such that at least a part of the face contact body 3 is provided with projections 8d, 8d that abut at least on the periphery of the nose part on the face when the mask 1 is put on the face and press the filter part 2 to form a three-dimensional shape, allowing the filter part 2 to fit the recesses and projections on the face.
