Abstract: Embedded system consists of Mechanical Enclosure that houses various electronic circuitries such as Power Supply Module, Processor Board, Mother Board etc and facilitates effective installation/removal on/from vehicle like aircraft. The enclosure is located on aircraft using 02 Locating Pins & subsequently fastened on aircraft.
FIELD OF INVENTION
Present invention refers to Mechanical adaptation for embedded system more specifically
for mounting purposes. It is the significant feature of the invention that installation & removal
of the system is done easily from vehicle like aircraft.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Removal and installation of embedded system from aircraft is done frequently for various
reasons like periodical inspection etc. If the installation & removal is not easy then it can be
time consuming and expensive to carry out required periodic inspection. It has been
observed if the installation is difficult, it will required more skilled individual in performing the
removal & placement of system in aircraft.
The present invention is particularly concerned with easy & safe installation & removal of
embedded system.
SUMMARY OF PRESENT INVENTION
In accordance with one aspect of present invention, embedded system consists of
Mechanical Enclosure that houses various electronic circuitries such as Power Supply
Module, Processor Board, Mother Board etc and facilitates effective installation/removal
on/from vehicle like aircraft.
In accordance with second aspect of present invention is to provide smaller enclosure.
In accordance with another aspect of present invention is to provide lighter enclosure.
In accordance with yet another aspect of present invention is to provide a more rigid
enclosure.
In accordance with yet another aspect of present invention is to provide an enclosure that
can be properly and effectively installed on the vehicle like aircraft by lesser skilled
individuals.
In accordance with yet another aspect of present invention is to provide an enclosure that
can be quickly, properly and effectively fastened to the vehicle like aircraft.
In accordance with yet another aspect of present invention, the enclosure is fabricated using
Aluminium Alloy & is qualified against harsh climatic conditions like vibration, shock,
acceleration etc.
In accordance with yet another aspect of present invention is to provide an enclosure that
can be Interchangeable of systems of same type on the vehicle like aircraft.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
Embedded system consists of Mechanical Enclosure that houses various electronic
circuitries such as Power Supply Module, Processor Board, Mother Board etc and facilitates
effective installation/removal on/from vehicle like aircraft.
Present invention refers to Mechanical adaptation of one type of system on vehicle like
aircraft that facilitates effective, firm & easy installation of embedded system. The system is
firstly positioned on the vehicle using 02 nos. of Locating Pin (101) which is provided on
system & subsequently embedded system is mounted on aircraft using 02 nos .of fasteners
(102). The system can be properly and effectively installed on the vehicle like aircraft by
lesser skilled individuals.
The system can be quickly, properly and effectively fastened to the aircraft. The system is
designed is rigid, smaller in shape & lighter in weight.
The enclosure is fabricated using Aluminium Alloy & is qualified against harsh climatic
conditions like Acceleration, vibration of 1 Hour at each axis at 0.04g2 per Hz from 15Hz to
1000Hz & falling off @ 6db/octave from 1000Hz to 2000 Hz, three Operational shocks of
15g half sinusoid 11msec duration in six directions.

1. The system according to claim 1, comprising an arrangement:
- To mount the Enclosure on vehicle like aircraft using various fasteners.
- To locate the enclosure on vehicle like aircraft.
- That houses various Electronic Circuitry & various modules.
2. The system according to claim 1, is to provide a Mechanical Enclosure that facilitates effective installation/removal on vehicle like aircraft.
3. The system according to claim 1, & 2, is to provide rigid, smaller & lighter enclosure.
4. The system according to claim 1, 2 & 3, can be properly and effectively installed on the vehicle like aircraft by lesser skilled individuals.
5. The system according to claim 1, 2, & 3, can be quickly, properly & effectively fastened on the vehicle like aircraft.
6. The system according to claim 1, 2 & 3, is fabricated using Aluminium Alloy & is qualified against harsh climatic condition like vibration, shock, acceleration, Salt fog etc.
