Mechanical Advantage Based Apartment Lifts, Escalators, Fork Lifts And Similar Weight Lifting Systems

Abstract: 8. Abstract In this method of invention double impact clutch system is used to convert positive energy for lifts, escalators, forklifts and similar weighting lifting systems. This system named as "Samhitha Robotic Weight lifting System". In this system any quantity of weight ranging from 200 Kgs to 10 tons can be lifted manually or using ultra low power consuming battery based DC motors. With the help of intelligent automated control system counter weights used in conventional lifts can be completely avoided.

3. Preamble to the description:
Complete Specification:
Summary:
This invention describes a electricity free weight lifting system which operates on mechanical advantage principle and it is driven by compressed air engine or effluent gases emitted by any device like diesel generator set, boiler and also will be operated with Brushless DC (BLDC) motors made up of permanent magnets made up of neodymium magnets doped with nano particles of samarium and lanthanum and other rare earth elements.
This system has 3 types of mechanical advantage systems.
Unidirectional Pulley and Rope system
• Lift cabin which accommodates persons or goods will be guided vertically by the slider bars.
• Slider bearings are attached to the lift on the left and right side of the cabin and in turn slider bearings will be guided by the slider.
• Lift movement will be provided by the unidirectional pulley system which is driven by compressed air engine gear.
• This makes the vertical flow of the lift smoother.
• The same mechanism applied over horizontal axis is used for bag conveyors, material conveyor systems in various industrial applications.
• In case of conveyor belts, the slider bearings are guide horizontally which results in rotatory motion.
Positive Displacement system
• Lift cabin which accommodates persons or goods will be guided vertically by the slider bars.
• Slider bearings are attached to the lift on the left and right side of the cabin and in turn slider bearings will be guided by the slider.

• The vertical flow of the lift will be smooth.
• Lift movement will be provided by the screw rod system which is driven by compressed air engine gear.
• The same mechanism applied over horizontal axis is used for bag conveyors, material conveyor systems in various industrial applications.
• In case of conveyor belts, the slider bearings are guide horizontally which results in rotatory motion.
Rack and Pinion system
• Lift cabin which accommodates persons or goods will be guided vertically by the slider bars.
• Slider bearings are attached to the lift on the left and right side of the cabin and in turn slider bearings will be guided by the slider.
• Lift movement will be provided by the rack and pinion system which is driven by compressed air engine gear.
• The same mechanism applied over horizontal axis is used for bag conveyors, material conveyor systems in various industrial applications
• In case of conveyor belts, the slider bearings are guide horizontally which results in rotatory motion.

4. Description
Lift is a force acts perpendicular to the oncoming flow direction. It is the force generated by propellers and wings to propel object and keep them in the air. Commercially, lifts are used for transporting people or goods to vertical distances.
In Industrial applications material handling and transport is major task which involves Induction motors whose rpm is reduced with gear box, to rotate rollers which carries heavy weights from one end to other end and called as conveyor belts.
The present invention relates to weight lifting systems which operates based on mechanical advantage principle. The present invention relates to a device and method for physical conditioning and, more particularly to a device and method for physical conditioning by lifting weights.
An optical encoder is attached to the positive displacement system or guiding system to measure the displacement with high accuracy. This encoder is connected to servo motors made up of permanent magnets made up of neodymium doped with nanoparticles of samarium and lanthanum and other rare earth elements.
Background of invention
Counter weight based weight lifting systems like commercial or domestic lifts, escalators, forklifts are widely under usage across the globe in imparting easiness for the end users. This system uses induction AC motors and consumes higher wattages of electricity. In these systems major energy consumption is utilized in managing the counter weight only. Due to frequent power cuts, shortage of electricity the only possible solution is running the generator by burning the fossil fuel. Entire these efforts are causing an enormous threats to environment and responsible for global warming.
This invention describes electricity free weight lifting system which works on the principles of mechanical advantage and is driven by compressed air engine or effluent gases emitted by any device like DG set, boiler etc. and also will be operated with Brushless DC (BLDC) motors made up of permanent magnets made up of neodymium magnets doped with nano particles of samarium and lanthanum and other rare earth elements.

6. Brief description of drawing:
• Lift cabin is slided vertically using linear guides and linear bearings.
• Lift is lifted using unidirectional positive displacement system
• Positive displacement system connected to a pulley wrapped with rope.

7. Claims
This invention of weight lifting and weight handling systems are primarily meant for complete elimination of electricity, fossil fuel, DG set power or minimisation of such powers using methods mentioned in the invention. Based on this invention we claim that
1. These systems are used for replacing conventional induction motors, rotary vein motors and other motors in lifts, escalators, material lifting in constructions industry, fork systems in malls, cold storages, warehouses, ports etc.
2. This method of invention is used in conveyor belts which carries heavy weights over rollers in various industries like mines, food processing, baggage conveyors and any other similar motion which needs accurate control also.
3. This method of invention is used in earth moving equipments where positive displacement is used for material handling.
4. This method of invention is used in reducing the power in heavy machines like lathes, granite handling etc.
5. This method of invention is used for transport of passenger carriers in rope ways, roller coaster.
6. This method of invention is used in transporting coal, other materials like mining materials and any other similar system where rollers are used for material transport.
7. This method of invention is used CNC lathe system
