Mechanism For Loading And Unloading Of Lpg Cylinder From Vehicle

Abstract: A currently handling of LPG cylinder loading and unloading from vehicle by manually at distributor godown or outside of the refilling plant, in this handling of LPG cylinder may be damage or while loading and unloading LPG cylinder accident may occurs, it is handling by human ergonomically poor efficiency. The proposed mechanism is not only ergonomically better; the new mechanism for loading and unloading of LPG cylinder is developed mechanism system, in this system structure of horizontal beam it is connected with vertical beam with the help of pin, base is used for support the whole system and balancing the counter weight. The gear mechanism is used to transmission rotary motion to screw drive, a sprocket and bevel gear are mounted on the same shaft and perform rotary motion with the help of pedal operated chain drive. Screw drive used for to move horizontal beam downwards direction in which V type threads are used. This system manually operated to loading and unloading of LPG cylinder, it has been also observed that there is no scientific method of designing is adopted in existing system, so in the system we have taken care of technical design aspects, has LPG cylinder handling system for transportation. An innovative mechanism is to developed using mechanical engineering technique, the simplified mechanism is planned to be developed which will be attached with the back door of the trailer for loading and unloading of LPG cylinder for vehicle. FIELD OF THE INVENTION:
This invention relates to the field of machine design in Mechanical engineering.
This invention is associated with mechanism for loading and unloading of LPG
cylinder from the vehicle.
Particularly, this invention relates to mechanism for loading and unloading of LPG
cylinder to operate manually.
More particularly, this invention relates to handling system for LPG cylinder layer
wise loading and unloading from the vehicle at distributor's godown.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION:
Traditional LPG cylinders are handling by human for the loading and unloading from the vehicles. The human loading and unloading of LPG cylinder widely used in distributor's godown outside of the refilling plant, in this handling of LPG cylinder may be damage or while loading and unloading LPG cylinder accident may occurs, it is handling by human are not used effectively due to this problem particularly. The problems in present handling of LPG cylinder from the vehicle for the loading and unloading in particular include the following:
1. The handling of LPG cylinder may be damage by throwing from the vehicle at the time loading and unloading.
2. The LPG cylinders loading and unloading from the vehicles by using its Palla or Wood Strip in slope position.
Therefore to overcome all above problems it was failed that the low cost mechanism should be developed. The present innovation is designed keeping in view the need of operated.
PRIOR ART:
According to the prior observation, the presently loading and unloading of LPG cylinder from the vehicles by human or wood strip in slope position. The LPG cylinders layers loading and unloading by human being only at the distributor godown or outside of the refilling plant.

OBJECTIVE OF THE INVENTION:
The primary objective of the invention is to the help delivery of right amount of
cylinder safely and in reduced time period.
Another objective of the analysis the problem face by distributors such as labour
challenges, explosion of cylinder, change in dimension of cylinder, delay in time during
loading and unloading of vehicle.
Yet another objective of an innovative mechanism is proposed to be developed using
mechanical engineering techniques. The simplified mechanism is planned to develop
which will be attached with the back door of the vehicle.
SUMMARY OF INVENTION:
According to this invention, the mechanism is provide for easy work on the loading and unloading of LPG cylinder from the vehicle. The mechanism contain screw drive which adjust the height for loading and unloading of LPG cylinder from vehicle.
The machine comprises of:
- Machine consists of various components such as horizontal beam, base, screw
drive, bevel gear, sprocket, chain drive and vertical beam,
Screw drive connected between horizontal beam and vertical beam by pin.
- In the vertical cylindrical rod, gear box fitted with chain drive.
- The shaft from gear box, attach with screw drive to transmit the rotary motion. Due to this rotary motion screw drive perform motion and help to horizontal beam to perform a operation of loading and unloading of LPG cylinder.
Typically said, horizontal beam move with the help of screw drive and hook is
attached the free end of horizontal beam for lifting of LPG cylinder.
Typically said, the vertical cylindrical rod fitted gear for the movement of screw drive
for the lifting of LPG cylinder.
Typically said, rotary motion to the screw from the bevel gear and bevel gear rotates
from the chain drive.
Typically said, base plate is used to this mechanism stand on it and shift from one
place to another place at the time of loading and unloading of LPG cylinder from
vehicle.

The invention will now be described in relation to the accompanying drawings, in
which:
Figure illustrates a mechanism installed on a LPG cylinder loading and unloading
system from the vehicle.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE ACCOMPANYING DRAWINGS:
According to this invention, this mechanism is provided for rotating the bevel gears through sprocket - chain -freewheel by screw drive.
The present innovation relates to screw drive rotated by human powered mechanism. The principle components of the machine are bevel gears and sprocket - chain -screw drive.
In the Figure 1 the number indicates. Reference numeral 1 relates to Horizontal beam Reference numeral 2 relates to Screw drive Reference numeral 3 relates to Hook Reference numeral 4 relates to Vertical beam Reference numeral 5 relates to Sprocket Reference numeral 6 relates to Bevel gear Reference numeral 7 relates to Chain drive Reference numeral 8 relates to Base Plate
The novel features include:
- A machine for the rotating of the screw drive by human power.
- A machine in which screw drive and its rotating mechanisms are fitted with frame.
- A machine in which the following mechanisms are used: screw drive, bevel gears, sprocket, chain, horizontal beam.
- A machine where rotating the screw drive will be easier.

CLAIM: We claim:
1. A machine which makes it easier for lifting of LPG cylinder for loading and
unloading from vehicle in different ways comprising of:
- Manually operated mechanism of machine consists of screw press mechanism. In this mechanism, all the linkages are hinge supported and connected by different pins.
- This design is completely foldable, screw press mechanism, connected with upper link and inclined link
- The movement of screw press, chain drive mechanism is used and there is a two chain drive mechanism for clockwise and anticlockwise rotation.
These chain drive mechanism handle by manually and fit inside the vertical rod, where the screw press mechanism can be handle.
For holding a cylinder, hook connected with upper horizontal link. Bearing is attached between vertical rod and base for 360 degree rotation.

3. A machine as claimed in claim 1 wherein, all the linkages are hinge supported and
connected by different pins.
4. A machine as claimed in claim 1 wherein, screw press mechanism, connected with upper link and inclined link. The movement of screw press, chain drive mechanism is used and there is a two chain drive mechanism for clockwise and anticlockwise rotation.
5. A machine as claimed in claim 1 wherein, holding a cylinder, hook connected with upper horizontal link. Bearing is attached between vertical rod and base for 360 degree rotation.
