Abstract: In the present work of this project, we use the turbine blade to dig soil, which loosens the soil to put the fertilizers to the banana tree. The main purpose of this machine is used for digging the soil. And also not only banana tree, this machine can be applicable for Coconut tree, Guava tree etc., for put the fertilizers. The Project aims at design and development which would be modified to overcome all the shortcomings of the existing machines. The project will be useful to provide a solution for low cost and comparatively safe way which can be completely used by one person. This project will provide farmers with a cheap and safe alternative to use for plantation or other.purposes.
TECHNICAL FIELD
The main theme of the invention is based on Agriculture.
PRIOR ARTS OF INVENTION
In our country, now a day's farming a land is very difficult. Because, farmers can be live with many tears like Rent, water shortage, Prize of crops etc., so, we can design a machine for fertilizing the land. This machine can dig the soil, and put the fertilizer to the crops. This machine can be applicable for fertilizing the banana tree. Here we can discuss about the machine and how to run the machine and finally this machine can be run in the land.
PROBLEM STATEMENTS
The previous machine which is a Narrow channel cutter digs in a straight path but this machine digs in a curve linear path.
The previous design was fully based on fuels which causes pollution and harms the environmental surroundings and manual operation which causes more time and slows the working time.
The previous design has only one static wheel which has no degree of freedom and fixed wheel for guiding curve.
The imbalance between the wheels causes tipping over which makes the machine to vibrate a lot. Fertilizer feed rate can be adjusted while digging the soil and can be controlled whenever it is needed.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The number of rollers has increased to two with all degrees of freedom so it can be moved around easily.
The static wheel at the guiding curve is replaced by rollers with all degrees of freedom so that it can be moved forward and backward easily.
The machine can be runs by electric motor by using battery and solar power is also conventional.
Chain drive mechanism can be used for supply power that can be rotate the chain from motor.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING
Fig 1 is the isometric view of the machine
DETAILED DESCRIPTION
It works by rotation of a cutter which digs up the soil and loosens up to use some fertilizers, It digs up to a 0.5 feet with the help of hydraulics attached to the cutter and uses an electric motor to run the cutter, therefore an electric engine is placed on the slab which is mounted on arm bar and a sprocket and chain is connected to the cutter by the rotating of crank on the motor, cutter also rotates as it is connected to a chain drive and hence it dugs up soil to put some fertilizers.
The operations of farming for which machines are used are diverse. For crop production they include handling of residues from previous crops primary and secondary tillage of the soil; fertilizer distribution and application, seeding, planting. and transplanting, cultivation, pest control harvesting, transportation, storage. premarketing processing, drainage irrigation and erosion control, and water conservation.
CLAIMS
We claim
1. An agricultural machine comprising: a battery;
a conventional power which is a unique method for the source of power; at least one roller with all degree of freedom; and, a conventional rotating arms for the arc of cutting.
