Abstract: The present invention addresses the problem of providing a medicinal composition for the treatment and/or prevention of cancer. The present invention provides a medicament for the treatment and/or prevention of cancer in cancer patients who have a past history of another cancer treatment, said medicament being characterized by containing a combination of a pyrimidine drug and carboplatin with an antibody or a fragment thereof having an immunological reactivity with a CAPRIN-1 protein, either separately or in a combined form.
