Memristors
Abstract: ABSTRACT MEMRISTOR CROSSBAR ARRAYS Memristor crossbar arrays for performing in-memory computing operations are described. In one example, the memristor crossbar array may include a plurality of memristor element rows. Each memristor element row may include a plurality of parallelly connected input memristor elements and an output memristor element coupled to the plurality of parallelly connected input memristor elements. The input memristor elements may be embedded with a set of decisional conditions corresponding to and defining a logical operation. During processing of the logical operation, an input may be provided to an input terminal of any one of the input memristor elements. The output state may be written to the output memristor element and determined in a single time step based on the set of decisional conditions.
