Metal Surface Treatment Agent
Abstract: To provide metal surface treatment agents with excellent adhesion to metal surfaces. A metal surface treatment agent comprising first silane compound containing a functional group that chemically bonds to the metal surface and a functional group that chemically bonds to the coating film, second silane compound containing a functional group that chemically bonds to the metal surface and a functional group that provides rust inhibiting properties to the metal, and a solvent mixture of organic solvent and water.
