Abstract: A compound expressed by general formula (1) in which R1 shows a hydrogen atom, a 1-4C alkyl group, a 2-4C alkenyl group, a 2-4C alkynyl group, a 1-4C perfuluoroalkyl group, or a halogen atom; R2 shows a hydrogen atom, a 1-4C alkoxy group, a 1-4C alkoxy group having a substituent, or a halogen atom; R3 shows a methyl group, or a phenyl group; M shows a cation of an alkali metal or alkalline earth metal is manufactured, and also, a compound expressed by general formula (2) is manufactured by using the compound expressed by general formula (1).
