Method And Apparatus For Accessing In An Equipment Of A Communication Network
Abstract: A method of accessing in an equipment of a communication network is proposed in the invention. The method comprises the steps of: receiving a message 2 from a base station the message 2 being used for an assignment of resource to transmit a message 3 the assigned resource corresponding to N HARQ RTTs where 1=N=8; and transmitting the message 3 only in part of the N HARQ RTTs. With the scheme of the invention a MTC device selectively transmits the Msg3 in one/some HARQ RTT and maintains silence in another one/some HARQ RTT thus the possibility of the occurrence of access collision with other UEs may be backed off such that other UEs particularly human to human UEs may transmit the Msg3 normally. And the possibility of the occurrence of collision is reduced from the viewpoint of the user equipments in a network reducing entirely the possibility of an access delay and access failure.
