Abstract: An apparatus and method for utilizing user feedback of a user device. The method includes obtaining usage data of a user device using an application programming interface (API) and creating a data file based on the obtained usage data. The data file is uploaded from the user device to an external server device where data analysis of the data file is performed and a result of the data analysis is generated.
