"Method And Device For Charging Sintering Machine With Raw Material"
Abstract: A method of charging a raw material into a sintering machine which effectively suppresses an avalanche phenomenon or undercharge phenomenon and enables stable segregation of a sintering material by granularity even when the distribution of granularity of the sintering material changes is provided. The method feeds a sintering material 8 from a top end of a slanted slit chute 1, has coarse grains 4 slide down from a bottom end on to an ore transfer car 9, and has fine grains 3 which pass through the slit chute 1 slide down through a deflector chute 2 arranged slanted below that onto an ore transfer car 9 for charging the raw material. The method constantly monitors a level of fine grains 3 deposited on the deflector chute 1 and adjusting a position of the deflector chute 2 with respect to the slit chute 1 so as to maintain a suitable level. That is, when there is a fluctuation in level of the fine grains 3, the deflector chute 2 is moved away from the slit chute 1, while when it is stable at a position lower than the suitable level, it is moved closer to it.
