"Method And Device For Sterilizing Beverage Supply System Pipeline"
Abstract: Hot water or heating steam is sent to a beverage supply system pipeline (7) for sending a beverage simultaneously to a plurality of filling nozzles (2a) F values are calculated while the temperatures of a predetermined portion of the beverage supply system pipeline and all of the filling nozzles (2a) are detected at intervals of a predetermined time while the hot water or heating steam is being discharged from all of the filling nozzles and when the smallest F value thereof reaches a target value a sterilization step is ended. Consequently the beverage supply system pipeline can be rapidly sterilized.
