Abstract: METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR DETERMINING AT LEAST ONE SITE FOR LOCATING A FINANCIAL TRANSACTION TERMINAL ABSTRACT The present invention relates to a method and system for determining at least one site for locating a financial transaction terminal by a location determination system. The location determination system receives a target area for locating a financial transaction terminal from a user, extracts information of a plurality of Point of Interest (POI) associated with the target area from a database, assigns a priority for each of the plurality of POI based on the information and pre-determined parameters comprising demographic data, financial transaction terminal transaction data of plurality of service providers, transaction type data and transaction data of plurality of service providers and determines at least one site for locating the financial transaction terminal based on the priority. A method for determining at least one site for locating a financial transaction terminal, the method comprising: receiving, by a location determination system (101), a target area for locating a financial transaction terminal from a user; extracting, by the location determination system, (101) information of a plurality of Point of Interest (POI) associated with the target area from a database; assigning, by the location determination system (101), a priority for each of the plurality of POI based on the information and pre-determined parameters comprising demographic data, financial transaction terminal transaction data of plurality of service providers, transaction type data and transaction data of the plurality of service providers; and determining, by the location determination system (101), at least one site for locating the financial transaction terminal based on the priority.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the information of the plurality of POI comprises at least one of location type, location coordinates and type of each of the plurality of POI.
3. The method as claimed in claim 2, wherein the location type comprises at least one of a landmark location, traffic signal junction and an intersection point.
4. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the demographic data comprises census details, Human Development Index (HDI) details, literacy rate, demographic preferences, preferences and lifestyle of population around the target area and banking population around the target area.
5. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the transaction data of the plurality of service providers comprises information about transaction details for each user associated with a service provider of the plurality of service providers, in the target area.
6. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the transaction type data comprises information about at least one of withdrawal transactions and deposit transactions associated with a service provider of the plurality of service providers in the target area.
7. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the financial transaction terminal data of the plurality of service providers comprises location details and number of the financial transaction terminal in the target area.
8. A location determination system (101) for determining at least one site for locating a financial transaction terminal, comprising: a processor (113); and a memory (111) communicatively coupled to the processor (113), wherein the memory (111) stores processor instructions, which, on execution, causes the processor (113) to: receive a target area for locating a financial transaction terminal from a user; extract information of a plurality of Point of Interest (POI) associated with the target area from a database (105); assign a priority for each of the plurality of POI based on the information and pre-determined parameters comprising demographic data, financial transaction terminal transaction data of plurality of service providers, transaction type data and transaction data of the plurality of service providers; and determine at least one site for locating the financial transaction terminal based on the priority.
9. The location determination system as claimed in claim 8, wherein the information of the plurality of POI comprises at least one of location type, location coordinates and type of each of the plurality of POI.
10. The location determination system as claimed in claim 9, wherein the location type comprises at least one of a landmark location, traffic signal junction and an intersection point.

The location determination system as claimed in claim 8, wherein the demographic data comprises census details, Human Development Index (HDI) details, literacy rate, demographic preferences, preferences and lifestyle of population around the target area and banking population around the target area.
12. The location determination system as claimed in claim 8, wherein the transaction data of the plurality of service providers comprises information about transaction details for each user associated with a service provider of the plurality of service providers, in the target area.

TECHNICAL FIELD The present subject matter is related in general to site determination and more particularly, but not exclusively to a method and system for determining at least one site for locating a financial transaction terminal. BACKGROUND Over the years, the financial and other banking sectors have seen a great amount of competition in terms of gaining popularity and expanding business. One of the important aspects of gaining popularity in these sectors is by having a hold on potential customers and by providing user-friendly and market driven services. In addition, one of the crucial aspect is identifying a customer centric potential site for providing services. With ever-increasing business and strong competition around each corner, selection of a potential site for setting up any financial transaction terminal is very crucial. Existing techniques determine location for setting the financial transaction terminal mainly based on withdrawal trends of the users and limited factors which influences these trends. At present, functionalities of the financial terminals have increased from making digital transfer of payments, cash deposits, paying utility bills and the like. Considering such varied usage of the financial terminals, the existing techniques do not consider factors which may influence such kinds of usage for locating the financial terminals. In addition, existing techniques assess sites for locating financial transaction terminal based on limited factors. Thus, in the existing techniques, providing a location without deposit transaction data of the location and considering only limited factors may not lead to accurate outcomes in determining sites for setting financial transaction terminals. The information disclosed in this background of the disclosure section is only for enhancement of understanding of the general background of the invention and should not be taken as an acknowledgement or any form of suggestion that this information forms the prior art already known to a person skilled in the art. SUMMARY In an embodiment, the present disclosure relates to a method and system for determining at least one site for locating a financial transaction terminal. The method comprises receiving a target area for locating a financial transaction terminal from a user, extracting, information of a plurality of Point of Interest (POI) associated with the target area from a database, assigning a priority for each of the plurality of POI based on the information and pre-determined parameters comprising demographic data, financial transaction terminal data of plurality of service providers, transaction type data and transaction data of plurality of the service providers and determining at least one site for locating the financial transaction terminal based on the priority. In an embodiment, the present disclosure relates to a location determination system for determining at least one site for locating a financial transaction terminal. The location determination system comprises a processor and a memory communicatively coupled to the processor, wherein the memory stores processor executable instructions, which, on execution, may cause the location determination system to receive a target area for locating a financial transaction terminal from a user, extract information of a plurality of Point of Interest (POI) associated with the target area from a database, assign a priority for each of the plurality of POI based on the information and pre-determined parameters comprising demographic data, financial transaction terminal data of plurality of service providers, transaction type data and transaction data of plurality of the service providers and determine at least one site for locating the financial transaction terminal based on the priority. The present disclosure relates to a method and location determination system for determining at least one site for locating a financial transaction terminal. In some embodiments, the present disclosure relates and covers all services related to financial transaction. In order to select a site for locating the financial transaction terminal, optimized selection of a Point of Interest (POI) around a target area is performed. In some embodiments, the POI are geographic points around the chosen target area, derived from a database. The selected POI is assigned with a priority based on several pre-defined parameters. The selected POI in series of highest priority are provided to users for locating the financial transaction terminal. Prioritization of the POI increases accuracy and speed of computation in locating site for financial transaction terminal. Fig.1 illustrates an exemplary environment for determining at least one site for locating a financial transaction terminal in accordance with some embodiments of the present disclosure. As shown in Fig.1, the environment 100 comprises a location determination system 101 connected through a communication network 107 to a service provider 1031, a service provider 1032, …………………………and a service provider 103N (collectively referred as plurality of service providers 103). The location determination system 101 is also connected to a database 105. In some embodiments, the database 105 may be connected to the location determination system 101 through the communication network 107. In some embodiments, the database 105 may be configured within the location determination system 101. In some embodiment, the plurality of service providers 103 may include, but are not limited to, banks, financial institutions and other financial service providers. The plurality of service providers 103 provide services associated with financial transactions. The location determination system 101 determines sites for locating a financial transaction terminal. In some embodiments, the location determination system 101 determines location for relocating existing financial transaction. In some embodiment, the financial transaction terminal may include, but is not limited to, a mobile and portable Automated Teller Machine (ATM), and kiosk, Standalone ATMs, Point of Sale (POS), e-payments, mobile banking solutions etc. In an embodiment, the financial transaction terminals may also include smart card readers and smart card kiosk which may be used for providing payment solutions for any financial transactions. A person skilled in the art would understand that any other type of financial transaction terminal which are not mentioned explicitly may also be used in the present disclosure. In some embodiments, the location determination system 101 may include, but are not limited to, a laptop, a desktop computer, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), a notebook, a smartphone, a tablet and any other computing devices. To locate a site for financial transaction terminal, the location determination system 101 receives a target area from a service provider of the plurality of service providers 103. In some embodiments, the target area comprises multiple locations for locating the financial transaction terminal. In some embodiments, the service provider of the plurality of services providers 103 may provide exact target location within a target area. The database 105 comprises information about a plurality of pre-determined Point of Interest (POI) associated with every target area. On receiving the target area, the information of the plurality of POI associated with the target area is extracted from the database 105. In some embodiments, the information of the plurality of POI comprises location type, location coordinates and POI type. The location type for the POI comprises at least one of a landmark location, traffic signal junction and an intersection point etc. A person skilled in the art would understand that any other location type, where the probability of identifying presence of users is more may also be used in the present invention. In some embodiments, the POI type may include, but is not limited to, shops, malls, theatres, schools etc. A person skilled in the art would understand that the POI type may also include any other type of establishments for the present disclosure. The location determination system 101 determines at least one site for locating the financial transaction terminal based on a priority assigned for the plurality of POI. The plurality of POI is prioritized based on the location coordinates, location type and the type for the plurality of POI and pre-determined parameters. The pre-defined parameters comprise demographic data, financial transaction terminal data of plurality of service providers 103, transaction type data and transaction data of the plurality of the service providers 103. The information associated with the pre-defined parameters are stored in the database 105. In some embodiments, the data stored in the database 105 may be stored in the memory of the location determination system 101. The location determination system 101 comprises an I/O Interface 109, a memory 111 and a processing unit 113. The I/O interface 109 may be configured to receive the target area from the plurality of service providers 103. The received information from the I/O interface 109 is stored in the memory 111. The memory 111 is communicatively coupled to the processing unit 113 of the location determination system 101. The memory 111 also stores processor instructions which cause the processing unit 113 to execute the instructions for determining at least one site for locating a financial transaction terminal. Fig.2 shows a detailed block diagram of a location determination system in accordance with some embodiments of the present disclosure. Data 200 and one or more modules 211 of the location determination system 101 are described herein in detail. In an embodiment, the data 200 comprises target area data 201, POI data 203, priority data 205, site determination data 207 and other data 209. The target area data 201 comprises information about the area received from the plurality of service providers 103. The target area data 201 comprises information about multiple locations in the target area where the financial transaction terminal may be located. Further, the target area data 201 comprises information about the pre-defined parameters including, but not limited to, demographic data, financial transaction terminal data of plurality of service providers 103, transaction type data and transaction data of the plurality of service providers 103. The demographic data comprises census details, Human Development Index (HDI) details, literacy rate, demographic preferences, preferences and lifestyle of population around the target area and banking population around the target area. The transaction data of the plurality of service providers 103 comprises information about transaction details for each user associated with a service provider of the plurality of the service providers 103, in the target area. The transaction type data comprises information about at least one of withdrawal transactions, digital transfer of payments, cash deposits, utility bills payment, passbook printing, deposit transactions and the like associated with a service provider of the plurality of service providers 103 in the target area. A person skilled in the art would understand that any other type of transaction type which are not mentioned explicitly may also be used in the present disclosure. The financial transaction terminal data of plurality of service providers 103 comprises location details and number of the financial transaction terminals in the target area. In some embodiments, the financial transaction terminal in the target area may be of the same service provider or of other service providers, which may be a competitor of the service provider. The POI data 203 comprises information about the plurality of POI associated with the received target area. The POI information comprises location coordinates of the POI, location type of the POI and the type of the POI. The location type of the plurality of POI may include, but is not limited to, landmark location, traffic signal junction and an intersection point The POI type may include establishment such as, temples, shops, schools, stations, restaurant, malls and the like. In some embodiments, the POI data 203 may be stored in the database 105. The priority data 205 comprises information about the priority assigned to the plurality of POI associated with the target area/target location. The priority is assigned to the plurality of POI based on the POI data 203 and the pre-determined parameters. The site data 207 comprises information about the one or more sites selected for locating the financial transaction terminal. In some embodiments, the site data 207 may include, but is not limited to, information about operation cost, estimated transaction volume etc., for the one or more site selected. The other data 209 may store data, including temporary data and temporary files, generated by modules for performing the various functions of the location determination system 101. In an embodiment, the data 200 in the memory 111 are processed by the one or more modules 211 of the location determination system 101. As used herein, the term module refers to an application specific integrated circuit (ASIC), an electronic circuit, a field-programmable gate arrays (FPGA), Programmable System-on-Chip (PSoC), a combinational logic circuit, and/or other suitable components that provide the described functionality. The said modules when configured with the functionality defined in the present disclosure will result in a novel hardware. In one implementation, the one or more modules 211 may include, but are not limited to, a receiving module 213, a POI extracting module 215, a priority assigning module 217 and a location determination module 219. The one or more modules 211 may also comprise other modules 221 to perform various miscellaneous functionalities of the location determination system 101. It will be appreciated that such modules may be represented as a single module or a combination of different modules. The receiving module 213 receives the target area from the plurality of service providers 103. In some embodiments, the plurality of service providers 103 may also provide the target location for locating the financial transaction terminal. In some embodiments, the receiving module 213 may receive information about the pre-defined parameters from the database 105. The POI extracting module 215 extracts the information of the plurality of POI associated with the target area. The information of the plurality of POI is extracted from the database 105. The information of the plurality of POI comprises location coordinates of the POI, type of POI and the location type for the POI. In some embodiments, the plurality of POI is already mapped for each target area and stored in the database 105. The priority assigning module 217 assigns a priority to each of the plurality of POI associated with the target area. The priority assigning module 217 assigns the priority based on the information of the plurality of POI and the pre-defined parameters such as demographic data, financial transaction terminal data of plurality of service providers 103, transaction type data and the transaction data of the plurality of service providers 103 associated with the target area. In some embodiments, the information of the plurality of POI comprises at least one of location type, location coordinates and type of each of the plurality of POI. Fig.3 shows an exemplary representation of selection of POI based on location type of the POI in accordance with some embodiments of the present disclosure.Fig.3, comprises a map area 301 which comprises a target area 303 identified based on a target location 305 provided by a user. The target area 303 is represented by a dotted circle. The target area 303 comprises POI’s associated with the target location 305 as shown in fig.3. The POI’s in the target location 305 are represented by a square. The POI ‘s in the target 303 area are selected without considering the location type. Further, the map area 301 also comprises a target area 307 which is identified based on the location type near the target location 305. The target area 307 is represented by a highlighted circle. The target area 307 comprises the target location 305 and the identified POI’s for the target location 305. The target area 307 comprises five POI’s represented by a highlighted square. The POI’s in the target area 307 are identified such that the POI’s are present near a road intersection 309 point as shown in fig.3. The selection of the POI’s in such case leads to optimized location for locating the financial transaction terminal. In some embodiments, the selection of the POI’s is made such that the POI’s are located at the intersections or any important landmark where the transactions will be comparatively more than the POI’s located in some small street. Since the POI’s in the target area 303are randomly selected without considering the location type, such selection may not lead to optimized location for locating the financial transaction terminal. Further, the priority assigning module 217 assigns priority to the plurality of POI based on the demographic data which comprises census details, Human Development Index (HDI) details, literacy rate, demographic preferences, preferences and lifestyle of population around the target area and banking population around the target area. For example, details regarding the type of population in the target area. The target area which has more youth population may tend to use the financial transaction terminal in greater potential than elderly population. The priority is assigned based on the transaction data of the plurality of service providers 103 which comprises information about transaction details for each user associated with a service provider of the plurality of the service providers 103, in the target area. For example, using the transaction details, the spending capacity of the user is identified. In some embodiments, a POI having users with a greater spending capacity are given higher priority when compared with users in other POI in the target area. Further, the priority is assigned based on the transaction type data which comprises information about at least one of withdrawal transactions and deposit transactions associated with a service provider of the plurality of the service providers 103 in the target area. This is one of the important information for assigning priority to the plurality of POI. The priority is assigned to the plurality of POI based on the withdrawal needs of the users in the target area. In some embodiments, the withdraw needs for a given target area may be determined based on transaction details of the users in the target area. In addition to the withdrawal need, the priority assigning module 217 also checks for the deposit trend of the users in the target area. In some embodiments, high deposit transactions are ideal for faster return of investment to the plurality of service providers 103. The priority assigning module 217 assigns priority based on the financial transaction terminal data of plurality of service providers 103 which comprises location details and number of the financial transaction terminal in the target area. Fig.4 shows an exemplary representation of selection of POI based on details of plurality of financial transaction terminals in accordance with some embodiments of the present disclosure. As shown, fig.4 comprises a map area 401 which comprises a target area 403 identified based on a target location 405 provided by a user. The target area 403 is represented by a dotted circle. The target area 403 comprises a target location 405 and four financial transaction terminals of other service providers. The financial transaction terminals of other service providers are represented by dotted triangle. The target location 405 in the target area 403 is selected without considering the financial transaction terminal details of other service providers. Further, the map area 401 also comprises a target area 407 which comprises a target location 409 which is identified based on the financial transaction terminal details of other service providers. The target area 407 is represented by a highlighted circle and the target location 409 is represented by a highlighted triangle. As shown in fig 4, the target location 407 for locating the financial transaction terminal is selected away from the financial transaction terminals of other service providers. The target location 407 which is away from the financial transaction terminal of other service providers is given more priority when compared to the target location 405. The target location 405 is surrounded by the financial transaction terminals of other service providers, which may be for example, competitor banks for the bank which requires the financial transaction terminal setup. In addition, the target location 405 may not be an accurate location for locating the financial transaction terminal, since the target location already comprises adequate financial transaction terminals which may satisfy user requirement. Returning to fig.2, the location determination module 219 determines one or more sites for locating the financial transaction terminal. The location determination module 219 determines the one or more sites based on the priority assigned to the plurality of POI in the target area provided by the plurality of service providers 103. In some embodiments, the location determination module 219 provides a map view to the plurality of service providers 103 to view the selection of the one or more sites for locating the financial transaction terminal. Fig.5 shows an exemplary representation of user interface for locating a financial transaction terminal in accordance with some embodiments of the present disclosure. As shown in fig.5, the user interface comprises a map area 501 with the selected target area 503 represented by an elliptical. Further, the user interface comprises an input field 505 which contains function to input target area and required number of recommended financial transaction terminals in the area. In some embodiments, the target area may be chosen using co-ordinates of a geographic system or it can be chosen through a drag box (of any shape) on the map area 501. Further, the target area may also be chosen by providing financial transaction terminal details of plurality of service providers 103. Further, the user interface comprises a configuration of POI type field 507, where the users can input multiple target POI type and financial transaction terminal and type. The location determination system 101 may then fetch the locations of financial transaction terminal of plurality of the service providers 103 from the database 105 or a run-time operation may be performed for finding the locations using a map-based system. The user interface also comprises a POI priority window 509. The POI priority window 509 comprises the priority information of plurality of POI. The priority is assigned by the location determination system 101 based on the pre-defined parameters and location information of the plurality of POI. Further, the user interface comprises a density distribution window 511 which provides a distribution of the priority assigned POI as a function of distance. This allows the user to visually input different priorities and see the change with respect to each distribution. The distribution of the priority of POI as a function of distance is shown in the fig.5 in form of one or more graphs for each of the plurality of POI type. The POI types are represented as POI type I, POI type II, POI type II. The graphs represent distance of the POI from the target area and provides the density distributed information of the plurality of POI. Further, the map area 501 allows the users to see the recommended location, financial transaction terminal of plurality of the service providers 103and the identified POI of any one type at a time. In fig.5, the recommended location is represented by a highlighted triangle, the financial transaction terminals of plurality of the service providers 103 are represented by a triangle with slant lines, and the POI with highest priority is represented by a square. In some embodiments, the user interface may provide the estimated operation cost, transactions and return of investment for each recommended location. Fig.6 illustrates a flowchart showing a method for determining at least one site for locating a financial transaction terminal in accordance with some embodiments of present disclosure. As illustrated in Fig.6, the method 600 comprises one or more blocks determining at least one site for locating a financial transaction terminal. The method 600 may be described in the general context of computer executable instructions. Generally, computer executable instructions can include routines, programs, objects, components, data structures, procedures, modules, and functions, which perform particular functions or implement particular abstract data types. The order in which the method 600 is described is not intended to be construed as a limitation, and any number of the described method blocks can be combined in any order to implement the method. Additionally, individual blocks may be deleted from the methods without departing from the spirit and scope of the subject matter described herein. Furthermore, the method can be implemented in any suitable hardware, software, firmware, or combination thereof. At block 601, the location determination system 101 receives a target area for locating a financial transaction terminal from a user. At block 603, the location determination system 101 extracts information of a plurality of Point of Interest (POI) associated with the target area from a database 105. At block 605, the location determination system 101 assigns a priority for each of the plurality of POI based on the information and pre-determined parameters comprising demographic data, financial transaction terminal data of plurality of service providers, transaction type data and transaction data of the plurality of service providers 103. At block 607, the location determination system 101 determines at least one site for locating the financial transaction terminal based on the priority. Computing System Figure 7 illustrates a block diagram of an exemplary computer system 700 for implementing embodiments consistent with the present disclosure. In an embodiment, the computer system 700 is used to implement the location determination system 101. The computer system 700 may comprise a central processing unit (“CPU” or “processor”) 702. The processor 702 may comprise at least one data processor for determining at least one site for locating a financial transaction terminal. The processor 702 may include specialized processing units such as integrated system (bus) controllers, memory management control units, floating point units, graphics processing units, digital signal processing units, etc. The processor 702 may be disposed in communication with one or more input/output (I/O) devices (not shown) via I/O interface 701. The I/O interface 701 may employ communication protocols/methods such as, without limitation, audio, analog, digital, monoaural, RCA, stereo, IEEE-1394, serial bus, universal serial bus (USB), infrared, PS/2, BNC, coaxial, component, composite, digital visual interface (DVI), high-definition multimedia interface (HDMI), RF antennas, S-Video, VGA, IEEE 802.n /b/g/n/x, Bluetooth, cellular (e.g., code-division multiple access (CDMA), high-speed packet access (HSPA+), global system for mobile communications (GSM), long-term evolution (LTE), WiMax, or the like), etc. Using the I/O interface 701, the computer system 700 may communicate with one or more I/O devices. For example, the input device may be an antenna, keyboard, mouse, joystick, (infrared) remote control, camera, card reader, fax machine, dongle, biometric reader, microphone, touch screen, touchpad, trackball, stylus, scanner, storage device, transceiver, video device/source, etc. The output device may be a printer, fax machine, video display (e.g., cathode ray tube (CRT), liquid crystal display (LCD), light-emitting diode (LED), plasma, Plasma display panel (PDP), Organic light-emitting diode display (OLED) or the like), audio speaker, etc. In some embodiments, the computer system 700 consists of a location determination system 101. The processor 702 may be disposed in communication with the communication network 709 via a network interface 703. The network interface 703 may communicate with the communication network 709. The network interface 703 may employ connection protocols including, without limitation, direct connect, Ethernet (e.g., twisted pair 10/100/1000 Base T), transmission control protocol/internet protocol (TCP/IP), token ring, IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n/x, etc. The communication network 709 may include, without limitation, a direct interconnection, local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), wireless network (e.g., using Wireless Application Protocol), the Internet, etc. Using the network interface 703 and the communication network 709, the computer system 700 may communicate with a database 716 and a service provider 7151, a service provider 7152, ………………….and a service provider 715N ( collectively referred as plurality of service providers 715). The network interface 703 may employ connection protocols include, but not limited to, direct connect, Ethernet (e.g., twisted pair 10/100/1000 Base T), transmission control protocol/internet protocol (TCP/IP), token ring, IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n/x, etc. The communication network 709 includes, but is not limited to, a direct interconnection, an e-commerce network, a peer to peer (P2P) network, local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), wireless network (e.g., using Wireless Application Protocol), the Internet, Wi-Fi and such. The described operations may be implemented as code maintained in a “non-transitory computer readable medium”, where a processor may read and execute the code from the computer readable medium. The processor is at least one of a microprocessor and a processor capable of processing and executing the queries. Claims:We claim:
1. A method for determining at least one site for locating a financial transaction terminal, the method comprising:
receiving, by a location determination system (101), a target area for locating a financial transaction terminal from a user;
extracting, by the location determination system, (101) information of a plurality of Point of Interest (POI) associated with the target area from a database;
assigning, by the location determination system (101), a priority for each of the plurality of POI based on the information and pre-determined parameters comprising demographic data, financial transaction terminal transaction data of plurality of service providers, transaction type data and transaction data of the plurality of service providers; and
determining, by the location determination system (101), at least one site for locating the financial transaction terminal based on the priority.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the information of the plurality of POI comprises at least one of location type, location coordinates and type of each of the plurality of POI.
3. The method as claimed in claim 2, wherein the location type comprises at least one of a landmark location, traffic signal junction and an intersection point.
4. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the demographic data comprises census details, Human Development Index (HDI) details, literacy rate, demographic preferences, preferences and lifestyle of population around the target area and banking population around the target area.
5. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the transaction data of the plurality of service providers comprises information about transaction details for each user associated with a service provider of the plurality of service providers, in the target area.
6. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the transaction type data comprises information about at least one of withdrawal transactions and deposit transactions associated with a service provider of the plurality of service providers in the target area.
7. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the financial transaction terminal data of the plurality of service providers comprises location details and number of the financial transaction terminal in the target area.
8. A location determination system (101) for determining at least one site for locating a financial transaction terminal, comprising:
a processor (113); and
a memory (111) communicatively coupled to the processor (113), wherein the memory (111) stores processor instructions, which, on execution, causes the processor (113) to:
receive a target area for locating a financial transaction terminal from a user;
extract information of a plurality of Point of Interest (POI) associated with the target area from a database (105);
assign a priority for each of the plurality of POI based on the information and pre-determined parameters comprising demographic data, financial transaction terminal transaction data of plurality of service providers, transaction type data and transaction data of the plurality of service providers; and
determine at least one site for locating the financial transaction terminal based on the priority.
9. The location determination system as claimed in claim 8, wherein the information of the plurality of POI comprises at least one of location type, location coordinates and type of each of the plurality of POI.
10. The location determination system as claimed in claim 9, wherein the location type comprises at least one of a landmark location, traffic signal junction and an intersection point.
11. The location determination system as claimed in claim 8, wherein the demographic data comprises census details, Human Development Index (HDI) details, literacy rate, demographic preferences, preferences and lifestyle of population around the target area and banking population around the target area.
12. The location determination system as claimed in claim 8, wherein the transaction data of the plurality of service providers comprises information about transaction details for each user associated with a service provider of the plurality of service providers, in the target area.
13. The location determination system as claimed in claim 8, wherein the transaction type data comprises information about at least one of withdrawal transactions and deposit transactions associated with a service provider of the plurality of service providers in the target area.

TECHNICAL FIELD
The present subject matter is related in general to site determination and more particularly, but not exclusively to a method and system for determining at least one site for locating a financial transaction terminal.
BACKGROUND
Over the years, the financial and other banking sectors have seen a great amount of competition in terms of gaining popularity and expanding business. One of the important aspects of gaining popularity in these sectors is by having a hold on potential customers and by providing user-friendly and market driven services. In addition, one of the crucial aspect is identifying a customer centric potential site for providing services. With ever-increasing business and strong competition around each corner, selection of a potential site for setting up any financial transaction terminal is very crucial.
Existing techniques determine location for setting the financial transaction terminal mainly based on withdrawal trends of the users and limited factors which influences these trends. At present, functionalities of the financial terminals have increased from making digital transfer of payments, cash deposits, paying utility bills and the like. Considering such varied usage of the financial terminals, the existing techniques do not consider factors which may influence such kinds of usage for locating the financial terminals. In addition, existing techniques assess sites for locating financial transaction terminal based on limited factors. Thus, in the existing techniques, providing a location without deposit transaction data of the location and considering only limited factors may not lead to accurate outcomes in determining sites for setting financial transaction terminals.

SUMMARY
In an embodiment, the present disclosure relates to a method and system for determining at least one site for locating a financial transaction terminal. The method comprises receiving a target area for locating a financial transaction terminal from a user, extracting, information of a plurality of Point of Interest (POI) associated with the target area from a database, assigning a priority for each of the plurality of POI based on the information and pre-determined parameters comprising demographic data, financial transaction terminal data of plurality of service providers, transaction type data and transaction data of plurality of the service providers and determining at least one site for locating the financial transaction terminal based on the priority.
In an embodiment, the present disclosure relates to a location determination system for determining at least one site for locating a financial transaction terminal. The location determination system comprises a processor and a memory communicatively coupled to the processor, wherein the memory stores processor executable instructions, which, on execution, may cause the location determination system to receive a target area for locating a financial transaction terminal from a user, extract information of a plurality of Point of Interest (POI) associated with the target area from a database, assign a priority for each of the plurality of POI based on the information and pre-determined parameters comprising demographic data, financial transaction terminal data of plurality of service providers, transaction type data and transaction data of plurality of the service providers and determine at least one site for locating the financial transaction terminal based on the priority.

The present disclosure relates to a method and location determination system for determining at least one site for locating a financial transaction terminal. In some embodiments, the present disclosure relates and covers all services related to financial transaction. In order to select a site for locating the financial transaction terminal, optimized selection of a Point of Interest (POI) around a target area is performed. In some embodiments, the POI are geographic points around the chosen target area, derived from a database. The selected POI is assigned with a priority based on several pre-defined parameters. The selected POI in series of highest priority are provided to users for locating the financial transaction terminal. Prioritization of the POI increases accuracy and speed of computation in locating site for financial transaction terminal.
Fig.1 illustrates an exemplary environment for determining at least one site for locating a financial transaction terminal in accordance with some embodiments of the present disclosure.
As shown in Fig.1, the environment 100 comprises a location determination system 101 connected through a communication network 107 to a service provider 1031, a service provider 1032, …………………………and a service provider 103N (collectively referred as plurality of service providers 103). The location determination system 101 is also connected to a database 105. In some embodiments, the database 105 may be connected to the location determination system 101 through the communication network 107. In some embodiments, the database 105 may be configured within the location determination system 101. In some embodiment, the plurality of service providers 103 may include, but are not limited to, banks, financial institutions and other financial service providers. The plurality of service providers 103 provide services associated with financial transactions. The location determination system 101 determines sites for locating a financial transaction terminal. In some embodiments, the location determination system 101 determines location for relocating existing financial transaction. In some embodiment, the financial transaction terminal may include, but is not limited to, a mobile and portable Automated Teller Machine (ATM), and kiosk, Standalone ATMs, Point of Sale (POS), e-payments, mobile banking solutions etc. In an embodiment, the financial transaction terminals may also include smart card readers and smart card kiosk which may be used for providing payment solutions for any financial transactions. A person skilled in the art would understand that any other type of financial transaction terminal which are not mentioned explicitly may also be used in the present disclosure. In some embodiments, the location determination system 101 may include, but are not limited to, a laptop, a desktop computer, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), a notebook, a smartphone, a tablet and any other computing devices. To locate a site for financial transaction terminal, the location determination system 101 receives a target area from a service provider of the plurality of service providers 103. In some embodiments, the target area comprises multiple locations for locating the financial transaction terminal. In some embodiments, the service provider of the plurality of services providers 103 may provide exact target location within a target area. The database 105 comprises information about a plurality of pre-determined Point of Interest (POI) associated with every target area. On receiving the target area, the information of the plurality of POI associated with the target area is extracted from the database 105. In some embodiments, the information of the plurality of POI comprises location type, location coordinates and POI type. The location type for the POI comprises at least one of a landmark location, traffic signal junction and an intersection point etc. A person skilled in the art would understand that any other location type, where the probability of identifying presence of users is more may also be used in the present invention. In some embodiments, the POI type may include, but is not limited to, shops, malls, theatres, schools etc. A person skilled in the art would understand that the POI type may also include any other type of establishments for the present disclosure. The location determination system 101 determines at least one site for locating the financial transaction terminal based on a priority assigned for the plurality of POI. The plurality of POI is prioritized based on the location coordinates, location type and the type for the plurality of POI and pre-determined parameters. The pre-defined parameters comprise demographic data, financial transaction terminal data of plurality of service providers 103, transaction type data and transaction data of the plurality of the service providers 103. The information associated with the pre-defined parameters are stored in the database 105. In some embodiments, the data stored in the database 105 may be stored in the memory of the location determination system 101.
The location determination system 101 comprises an I/O Interface 109, a memory 111 and a processing unit 113. The I/O interface 109 may be configured to receive the target area from the plurality of service providers 103.
The received information from the I/O interface 109 is stored in the memory 111. The memory 111 is communicatively coupled to the processing unit 113 of the location determination system 101. The memory 111 also stores processor instructions which cause the processing unit 113 to execute the instructions for determining at least one site for locating a financial transaction terminal.
Fig.2 shows a detailed block diagram of a location determination system in accordance with some embodiments of the present disclosure.
Data 200 and one or more modules 211 of the location determination system 101 are described herein in detail. In an embodiment, the data 200 comprises target area data 201, POI data 203, priority data 205, site determination data 207 and other data 209.
The target area data 201 comprises information about the area received from the plurality of service providers 103. The target area data 201 comprises information about multiple locations in the target area where the financial transaction terminal may be located. Further, the target area data 201 comprises information about the pre-defined parameters including, but not limited to, demographic data, financial transaction terminal data of plurality of service providers 103, transaction type data and transaction data of the plurality of service providers 103. The demographic data comprises census details, Human Development Index (HDI) details, literacy rate, demographic preferences, preferences and lifestyle of population around the target area and banking population around the target area. The transaction data of the plurality of service providers 103 comprises information about transaction details for each user associated with a service provider of the plurality of the service providers 103, in the target area. The transaction type data comprises information about at least one of withdrawal transactions, digital transfer of payments, cash deposits, utility bills payment, passbook printing, deposit transactions and the like associated with a service provider of the plurality of service providers 103 in the target area. A person skilled in the art would understand that any other type of transaction type which are not mentioned explicitly may also be used in the present disclosure. The financial transaction terminal data of plurality of service providers 103 comprises location details and number of the financial transaction terminals in the target area. In some embodiments, the financial transaction terminal in the target area may be of the same service provider or of other service providers, which may be a competitor of the service provider.
The POI data 203 comprises information about the plurality of POI associated with the received target area. The POI information comprises location coordinates of the POI, location type of the POI and the type of the POI. The location type of the plurality of POI may include, but is not limited to, landmark location, traffic signal junction and an intersection point The POI type may include establishment such as, temples, shops, schools, stations, restaurant, malls and the like. In some embodiments, the POI data 203 may be stored in the database 105.
The priority data 205 comprises information about the priority assigned to the plurality of POI associated with the target area/target location. The priority is assigned to the plurality of POI based on the POI data 203 and the pre-determined parameters.
The site data 207 comprises information about the one or more sites selected for locating the financial transaction terminal. In some embodiments, the site data 207 may include, but is not limited to, information about operation cost, estimated transaction volume etc., for the one or more site selected.
The other data 209 may store data, including temporary data and temporary files, generated by modules for performing the various functions of the location determination system 101.
In an embodiment, the data 200 in the memory 111 are processed by the one or more modules 211 of the location determination system 101. As used herein, the term module refers to an application specific integrated circuit (ASIC), an electronic circuit, a field-programmable gate arrays (FPGA), Programmable System-on-Chip (PSoC), a combinational logic circuit, and/or other suitable components that provide the described functionality. The said modules when configured with the functionality defined in the present disclosure will result in a novel hardware.
In one implementation, the one or more modules 211 may include, but are not limited to, a receiving module 213, a POI extracting module 215, a priority assigning module 217 and a location determination module 219. The one or more modules 211 may also comprise other modules 221 to perform various miscellaneous functionalities of the location determination system 101. It will be appreciated that such modules may be represented as a single module or a combination of different modules.
The receiving module 213 receives the target area from the plurality of service providers 103. In some embodiments, the plurality of service providers 103 may also provide the target location for locating the financial transaction terminal. In some embodiments, the receiving module 213 may receive information about the pre-defined parameters from the database 105.
The POI extracting module 215 extracts the information of the plurality of POI associated with the target area. The information of the plurality of POI is extracted from the database 105. The information of the plurality of POI comprises location coordinates of the POI, type of POI and the location type for the POI. In some embodiments, the plurality of POI is already mapped for each target area and stored in the database 105.
The priority assigning module 217 assigns a priority to each of the plurality of POI associated with the target area. The priority assigning module 217 assigns the priority based on the information of the plurality of POI and the pre-defined parameters such as demographic data, financial transaction terminal data of plurality of service providers 103, transaction type data and the transaction data of the plurality of service providers 103 associated with the target area. In some embodiments, the information of the plurality of POI comprises at least one of location type, location coordinates and type of each of the plurality of POI. Fig.3 shows an exemplary representation of selection of POI based on location type of the POI in accordance with some embodiments of the present disclosure.Fig.3, comprises a map area 301 which comprises a target area 303 identified based on a target location 305 provided by a user. The target area 303 is represented by a dotted circle. The target area 303 comprises POI’s associated with the target location 305 as shown in fig.3. The POI’s in the target location 305 are represented by a square. The POI ‘s in the target 303 area are selected without considering the location type. Further, the map area 301 also comprises a target area 307 which is identified based on the location type near the target location 305. The target area 307 is represented by a highlighted circle. The target area 307 comprises the target location 305 and the identified POI’s for the target location 305. The target area 307 comprises five POI’s represented by a highlighted square. The POI’s in the target area 307 are identified such that the POI’s are present near a road intersection 309 point as shown in fig.3. The selection of the POI’s in such case leads to optimized location for locating the financial transaction terminal. In some embodiments, the selection of the POI’s is made such that the POI’s are located at the intersections or any important landmark where the transactions will be comparatively more than the POI’s located in some small street. Since the POI’s in the target area 303are randomly selected without considering the location type, such selection may not lead to optimized location for locating the financial transaction terminal. Further, the priority assigning module 217 assigns priority to the plurality of POI based on the demographic data which comprises census details, Human Development Index (HDI) details, literacy rate, demographic preferences, preferences and lifestyle of population around the target area and banking population around the target area. For example, details regarding the type of population in the target area. The target area which has more youth population may tend to use the financial transaction terminal in greater potential than elderly population. The priority is assigned based on the transaction data of the plurality of service providers 103 which comprises information about transaction details for each user associated with a service provider of the plurality of the service providers 103, in the target area. For example, using the transaction details, the spending capacity of the user is identified. In some embodiments, a POI having users with a greater spending capacity are given higher priority when compared with users in other POI in the target area. Further, the priority is assigned based on the transaction type data which comprises information about at least one of withdrawal transactions and deposit transactions associated with a service provider of the plurality of the service providers 103 in the target area. This is one of the important information for assigning priority to the plurality of POI. The priority is assigned to the plurality of POI based on the withdrawal needs of the users in the target area. In some embodiments, the withdraw needs for a given target area may be determined based on transaction details of the users in the target area. In addition to the withdrawal need, the priority assigning module 217 also checks for the deposit trend of the users in the target area. In some embodiments, high deposit transactions are ideal for faster return of investment to the plurality of service providers 103. The priority assigning module 217 assigns priority based on the financial transaction terminal data of plurality of service providers 103 which comprises location details and number of the financial transaction terminal in the target area. Fig.4 shows an exemplary representation of selection of POI based on details of plurality of financial transaction terminals in accordance with some embodiments of the present disclosure. As shown, fig.4 comprises a map area 401 which comprises a target area 403 identified based on a target location 405 provided by a user. The target area 403 is represented by a dotted circle. The target area 403 comprises a target location 405 and four financial transaction terminals of other service providers. The financial transaction terminals of other service providers are represented by dotted triangle. The target location 405 in the target area 403 is selected without considering the financial transaction terminal details of other service providers. Further, the map area 401 also comprises a target area 407 which comprises a target location 409 which is identified based on the financial transaction terminal details of other service providers. The target area 407 is represented by a highlighted circle and the target location 409 is represented by a highlighted triangle. As shown in fig 4, the target location 407 for locating the financial transaction terminal is selected away from the financial transaction terminals of other service providers. The target location 407 which is away from the financial transaction terminal of other service providers is given more priority when compared to the target location 405. The target location 405 is surrounded by the financial transaction terminals of other service providers, which may be for example, competitor banks for the bank which requires the financial transaction terminal setup. In addition, the target location 405 may not be an accurate location for locating the financial transaction terminal, since the target location already comprises adequate financial transaction terminals which may satisfy user requirement.
Returning to fig.2, the location determination module 219 determines one or more sites for locating the financial transaction terminal. The location determination module 219 determines the one or more sites based on the priority assigned to the plurality of POI in the target area provided by the plurality of service providers 103. In some embodiments, the location determination module 219 provides a map view to the plurality of service providers 103 to view the selection of the one or more sites for locating the financial transaction terminal.
Fig.5 shows an exemplary representation of user interface for locating a financial transaction terminal in accordance with some embodiments of the present disclosure. As shown in fig.5, the user interface comprises a map area 501 with the selected target area 503 represented by an elliptical. Further, the user interface comprises an input field 505 which contains function to input target area and required number of recommended financial transaction terminals in the area. In some embodiments, the target area may be chosen using co-ordinates of a geographic system or it can be chosen through a drag box (of any shape) on the map area 501. Further, the target area may also be chosen by providing financial transaction terminal details of plurality of service providers 103. Further, the user interface comprises a configuration of POI type field 507, where the users can input multiple target POI type and financial transaction terminal and type. The location determination system 101 may then fetch the locations of financial transaction terminal of plurality of the service providers 103 from the database 105 or a run-time operation may be performed for finding the locations using a map-based system. The user interface also comprises a POI priority window 509. The POI priority window 509 comprises the priority information of plurality of POI. The priority is assigned by the location determination system 101 based on the pre-defined parameters and location information of the plurality of POI. Further, the user interface comprises a density distribution window 511 which provides a distribution of the priority assigned POI as a function of distance. This allows the user to visually input different priorities and see the change with respect to each distribution. The distribution of the priority of POI as a function of distance is shown in the fig.5 in form of one or more graphs for each of the plurality of POI type. The POI types are represented as POI type I, POI type II, POI type II. The graphs represent distance of the POI from the target area and provides the density distributed information of the plurality of POI. Further, the map area 501 allows the users to see the recommended location, financial transaction terminal of plurality of the service providers 103and the identified POI of any one type at a time. In fig.5, the recommended location is represented by a highlighted triangle, the financial transaction terminals of plurality of the service providers 103 are represented by a triangle with slant lines, and the POI with highest priority is represented by a square. In some embodiments, the user interface may provide the estimated operation cost, transactions and return of investment for each recommended location.
Fig.6 illustrates a flowchart showing a method for determining at least one site for locating a financial transaction terminal in accordance with some embodiments of present disclosure.
As illustrated in Fig.6, the method 600 comprises one or more blocks determining at least one site for locating a financial transaction terminal. The method 600 may be described in the general context of computer executable instructions. Generally, computer executable instructions can include routines, programs, objects, components, data structures, procedures, modules, and functions, which perform particular functions or implement particular abstract data types.
The order in which the method 600 is described is not intended to be construed as a limitation, and any number of the described method blocks can be combined in any order to implement the method. Additionally, individual blocks may be deleted from the methods without departing from the spirit and scope of the subject matter described herein. Furthermore, the method can be implemented in any suitable hardware, software, firmware, or combination thereof.
At block 601, the location determination system 101 receives a target area for locating a financial transaction terminal from a user.
At block 603, the location determination system 101 extracts information of a plurality of Point of Interest (POI) associated with the target area from a database 105.
At block 605, the location determination system 101 assigns a priority for each of the plurality of POI based on the information and pre-determined parameters comprising demographic data, financial transaction terminal data of plurality of service providers, transaction type data and transaction data of the plurality of service providers 103.
At block 607, the location determination system 101 determines at least one site for locating the financial transaction terminal based on the priority.
Computing System
Figure 7 illustrates a block diagram of an exemplary computer system 700 for implementing embodiments consistent with the present disclosure. In an embodiment, the computer system 700 is used to implement the location determination system 101. The computer system 700 may comprise a central processing unit (“CPU” or “processor”) 702. The processor 702 may comprise at least one data processor for determining at least one site for locating a financial transaction terminal. The processor 702 may include specialized processing units such as integrated system (bus) controllers, memory management control units, floating point units, graphics processing units, digital signal processing units, etc.
The processor 702 may be disposed in communication with one or more input/output (I/O) devices (not shown) via I/O interface 701. The I/O interface 701 may employ communication protocols/methods such as, without limitation, audio, analog, digital, monoaural, RCA, stereo, IEEE-1394, serial bus, universal serial bus (USB), infrared, PS/2, BNC, coaxial, component, composite, digital visual interface (DVI), high-definition multimedia interface (HDMI), RF antennas, S-Video, VGA, IEEE 802.n /b/g/n/x, Bluetooth, cellular (e.g., code-division multiple access (CDMA), high-speed packet access (HSPA+), global system for mobile communications (GSM), long-term evolution (LTE), WiMax, or the like), etc.
Using the I/O interface 701, the computer system 700 may communicate with one or more I/O devices. For example, the input device may be an antenna, keyboard, mouse, joystick, (infrared) remote control, camera, card reader, fax machine, dongle, biometric reader, microphone, touch screen, touchpad, trackball, stylus, scanner, storage device, transceiver, video device/source, etc. The output device may be a printer, fax machine, video display (e.g., cathode ray tube (CRT), liquid crystal display (LCD), light-emitting diode (LED), plasma, Plasma display panel (PDP), Organic light-emitting diode display (OLED) or the like), audio speaker, etc.
In some embodiments, the computer system 700 consists of a location determination system 101. The processor 702 may be disposed in communication with the communication network 709 via a network interface 703. The network interface 703 may communicate with the communication network 709. The network interface 703 may employ connection protocols including, without limitation, direct connect, Ethernet (e.g., twisted pair 10/100/1000 Base T), transmission control protocol/internet protocol (TCP/IP), token ring, IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n/x, etc. The communication network 709 may include, without limitation, a direct interconnection, local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), wireless network (e.g., using Wireless Application Protocol), the Internet, etc. Using the network interface 703 and the communication network 709, the computer system 700 may communicate with a database 716 and a service provider 7151, a service provider 7152, ………………….and a service provider 715N ( collectively referred as plurality of service providers 715). The network interface 703 may employ connection protocols include, but not limited to, direct connect, Ethernet (e.g., twisted pair 10/100/1000 Base T), transmission control protocol/internet protocol (TCP/IP), token ring, IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n/x, etc.
The communication network 709 includes, but is not limited to, a direct interconnection, an e-commerce network, a peer to peer (P2P) network, local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), wireless network (e.g., using Wireless Application Protocol), the Internet, Wi-Fi and such. The first network and the second network may either be a dedicated network or a shared network, which represents an association of the different types of networks that use a variety of protocols, for example, Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP), Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP), Wireless Application Protocol (WAP), etc., to communicate with each other. Further, the first network and the second network may include a variety of network devices, including routers, bridges, servers, computing devices, storage devices, etc.
In some embodiments, the processor 702 may be disposed in communication with a memory 705 (e.g., RAM, ROM, etc. not shown in figure 6) via a storage interface 704. The storage interface 704 may connect to memory 705 including, without limitation, memory drives, removable disc drives, etc., employing connection protocols such as serial advanced technology attachment (SATA), Integrated Drive Electronics (IDE), IEEE-1394, Universal Serial Bus (USB), fiber channel, Small Computer Systems Interface (SCSI), etc. The memory drives may further include a drum, magnetic disc drive, magneto-optical drive, optical drive, Redundant Array of Independent Discs (RAID), solid-state memory devices, solid-state drives, etc.
The memory 705 may store a collection of program or database components, including, without limitation, user interface 706, an operating system 707, web server 708 etc. In some embodiments, computer system 700 may store user/application data 706, such as the data, variables, records, etc. as described in this disclosure. Such databases may be implemented as fault-tolerant, relational, scalable, secure databases such as Oracle or Sybase.
The operating system 707 may facilitate resource management and operation of the computer system 700. Examples of operating systems include, without limitation, Apple Macintosh OS X, Unix, Unix-like system distributions (e.g., Berkeley Software Distribution (BSD), FreeBSD, NetBSD, OpenBSD, etc.), Linux distributions (e.g., Red Hat, Ubuntu, Kubuntu, etc.), IBM OS/2, Microsoft Windows (XP, Vista/7/8, etc.), Apple iOS, Google Android, Blackberry OS, or the like.
In some embodiments, the computer system 700 may implement a web browser 708 stored program component. The web browser 708 may be a hypertext viewing application, such as Microsoft Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, etc. Secure web browsing may be provided using Secure Hypertext Transport Protocol (HTTPS), Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), Transport Layer Security (TLS), etc. Web browsers 708 may utilize facilities such as AJAX, DHTML, Adobe Flash, JavaScript, Java, Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), etc. In some embodiments, the computer system 700 may implement a mail server stored program component. The mail server may be an Internet mail server such as Microsoft Exchange, or the like. The mail server may utilize facilities such as ASP, ActiveX, ANSI C++/C#, Microsoft .NET, CGI scripts, Java, JavaScript, PERL, PHP, Python, WebObjects, etc. The mail server may utilize communication protocols such as Internet Message Access Protocol (IMAP), Messaging Application Programming Interface (MAPI), Microsoft Exchange, Post Office Protocol (POP), Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP), or the like. In some embodiments, the computer system 700 may implement a mail client stored program component. The mail client may be a mail viewing application, such as Apple Mail, Microsoft Entourage, Microsoft Outlook, Mozilla Thunderbird, etc.
Furthermore, one or more computer-readable storage media may be utilized in implementing embodiments consistent with the present disclosure. A computer-readable storage medium refers to any type of physical memory on which information or data readable by a processor may be stored. Thus, a computer-readable storage medium may store instructions for execution by one or more processors, including instructions for causing the processor(s) to perform steps or stages consistent with the embodiments described herein. The term “computer-readable medium” should be understood to include tangible items and exclude carrier waves and transient signals, i.e., be non-transitory. Examples include Random Access Memory (RAM), Read-Only Memory (ROM), volatile memory, non-volatile memory, hard drives, CD ROMs, DVDs, flash drives, disks, and any other known physical storage media.
An embodiment of the present disclosure provides one or more optimized sites for locating financial transaction terminal.
In one embodiment, the present disclosure enhances user satisfaction by providing efficient estimation for selecting and locating financial transaction terminal.
The present disclosure provides optimized selection of location for existing financial transaction terminals.
The described operations may be implemented as a method, system or article of manufacture using standard programming and/or engineering techniques to produce software, firmware, hardware, or any combination thereof. The described operations may be implemented as code maintained in a “non-transitory computer readable medium”, where a processor may read and execute the code from the computer readable medium. The processor is at least one of a microprocessor and a processor capable of processing and executing the queries. Still further, the code implementing the described operations may be implemented in “transmission signals”, where transmission signals may propagate through space or through a transmission media, such as an optical fiber, copper wire, etc. The transmission signals in which the code or logic is encoded may further comprise a wireless signal, satellite transmission, radio waves, infrared signals, Bluetooth, etc. The transmission signals in which the code or logic is encoded is capable of being transmitted by a transmitting station and received by a receiving station, where the code or logic encoded in the transmission signal may be decoded and stored in hardware or a non-transitory computer readable medium at the receiving and transmitting stations or devices. An “article of manufacture” comprises non-transitory computer readable medium, hardware logic, and/or transmission signals in which code may be implemented. A device in which the code implementing the described embodiments of operations is encoded may comprise a computer readable medium or hardware logic.
