Abstract: Disclosed herein is method and system for evaluating performance of a teacher. In an embodiment, the method includes retrieving a historical user satisfaction score and computing evaluation scores, comprising values of evaluation parameters, based on corresponding parameters retrieved from an evaluation database. Thereafter, the method includes creating a satisfaction score regression model for determining relationship between the historical user satisfaction score and the evaluation scores. Subsequently, the method includes simulating the satisfaction score regression model with respect to an expected satisfaction score for the determining modelled values of the evaluation parameters. Finally, the method includes notifying the modelled values, thereby indicating extent of changes required in each of the evaluation parameters. FIG. 1
