Method And System For Managing Production Of Ferro Alloys
Abstract: The invention provides a method and system for managing production of ferro alloys. The method includes reducing viscosity of slag formed as result of production of ferro alloys by maintaining basicity of the slag in a range of about 1.2 to 1.8. The decreased viscosity of the slag enables the slag to be tapped out.
