TITLE
Method and system for open photography camera
FIELD OF THE INVENTION AND USE OF INVENTION
The present invention is made in the field of electronics engineering and the computer sciences more particularly a system to click widescreen images by controlling it using a computing device is created.
Here a system is designed where a wireless camera-based assembly is made capable of being installed in open and closed places by controlling it using a computing device. The camera installed is capable of being angled in position as per the requirement of the user utilizing the controls in the computing device and a wide-angle image can be obtained by utilizing the system. It can be utilized in any place reducing the utilization of personal phones and enhancing the possibility of obtaining a high definition wide range image by any user at the public place by connecting oneself to the system using authentication.
PRIOR ART AND PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED
People use cameras to capture pictures in public or tourist locations in order to save moments of their trips to such locations. People also use cameras to capture memorable events, such as graduations, weddings, business meetings, conferences, etc. Often, a camera owner would like to capture a picture of an entire group, such as of a family, a group of friends, a group of business colleagues, and others. In such a scenario, the camera owner has a limited number of options to get the entire group in the picture. One option is to hand the camera to a stranger to take the picture. However, the ability of the stranger to take a good picture is not guaranteed, because the stranger may not have an aptitude for taking pictures, may not be able to accurately operate the user's camera, or may not be advantageously positioned with respect to the group and the surrounding scenery in order to a capture a compelling picture. In some situations, the stranger may damage or even steal the camera. Another option is

for a camera owner to use the camera in an automatic timed-picture mode. The camera may be placed at a location where it will take an automatic picture at the end of a countdown sequence. The timed-mode approach to group picture taking is cumbersome, however, because it is often difficult for the user to find a good location to place the camera to capture the entire group. Additionally, the user must physically operate the camera to start the count-down sequence and rush back to the group before the end of the countdown sequence. During this process, the camera may shift, or other people may walk into the field of the picture. As a last resort, of course, the camera owner may take a picture of the group. Unfortunately, when the camera owner takes the picture, the owner is excluded from the picture. There are also many scenarios where people are forced into accidents due to the crazy of selfies and prohibited area photography and the drone-based photography is not an economical option for all so apart from utilizing one's camera in varied position no reasonable solution has yet been made available.
This invention provides a system where a wireless camera can be controlled remotely utilizing computing device of any user who is interested in clicking a wide range picture, where the camera has been installed. The camera system can be installed in any location and it is possible to connect with it using an authenticated communication medium and the user is allowed to position it in the angle which seems suitable by controlling it using one's computing device consisting of a mobile phone, iPad and others. Multiple users can connect to the image sensor assembly and the system provides permission in a first come first like sequence for a predefined time. Once the time has lapsed the user automatically signs out of the system. So, this ensures security and provides a flexible source of photography in populated and famous areas of the visit.
THE OBJECTIVE OF THE INVENTION:
In this new era, the technology has been developing in a vivid pace. No field has been left unturned and with the craze of increase photography and a trend of capturing every moment and endorsing oneself on social media people today are

not hesitant to cross a line. People today have been losing life over selfies and daring to picture oneself in prohibited zones. Technologies have tried to simplify it, but the solutions today are not reducing or addressing the problems in an economical way.
It has already been proposed, where, drone-based systems have been proposed for easy and wide range photos, but the drone-based system is not economically and affordable by all. Secondly, the places open for tourism are usually a no-fly zone so the drone system cannot be utilized at all the places. So, a mechanism is required which is safe, economical and fulfils all the required purpose of the user.
The principal objective of the system is a wireless camera-based system which can be controlled using a computing device by connecting to the camera based using a wireless communication medium by authenticating one's identity at the time of connecting to the system,
Another objective of the system is that multiple users can connect to the camera based system at a time for its utilization using personalized computing system including phone, laptop, iPad and others, but the request is managed in a queue in the system where the first person to connect is provided with the permission to utilized the camera system and once the user logs out the next person is indicated onto the computing device and is allowed to connect.
The further objective is that the user is permitted to control various operation of the camera system to obtain a wide range picture utilizing the camera. The user is permitted to angle the camera with the utilization of the proprietary computing device and to even zoom in and zoom out the image as per the requirement.
The Further objective of the invention is that the system has an inbuilt timer which permits the user to connect only for a predefined time to ensure security and to permit multiple users to use it in a timely and organized manner. Once the user is connecting a timer is notified to the user and as soon as the timer has

expired the user is automatically logged out of the system. Within the timeframe, the user is required to make the necessary arrangement to the camera system and to click the images.
The further objective of the invention is that the clicked images are sent to the computing device connected to the camera-based system. It will also be sent as a mail or image transfer to the email Id submitted at the time of registering to the system. Varied other image transfer method can also be programmed into the system to ensure the safe transfer of images.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
Today it is common to position a camera at a particular location and focus the camera on a certain field of view. The problem with these systems is that the camera is pre-framed on a certain field of view and unless the desired subject is within that field of view the resulting picture will not necessarily capture the proper subject. Digital photography uses digital technology to take images of subjects that can be displayed, printed, stored, manipulated, transmitted, and archived using digital and computer techniques. The public has embraced this technology thanks in part to the many technological advances that have occurred and continues to occur. However, digital photography, with all its advances, continues to face obstacles. For example, it is often difficult or practically impossible to take an image of the subject in certain settings, such as museums, which often prohibit the taken of photos and videos; water parks, when the subject is sliding in a water slide; or in ski resorts, where a skier is seated in a lift chair or suspended in the air during a jump. Other examples include, difficult to reach spots or spots from unusual perspectives. Another common problem arises when, for example, a person is unaccompanied or when a group of persons want to capture a photograph of the group. In these situations, it is necessary to use a tripod or asking a bystander for help since current devices are designed to be manually operated with a user behind the camera device. These systems permit no input from the customer as to the characteristics of the image. That is, the customer has no control over the capturing of the image. The present disclosure is directed to an image management system and method to control the

capturing of an image via a mobile computing device. The system includes a mobile computing device and an image taking system which is capable of being connected using any mode of communication including WIFI, Bluetooth and other. The system includes an image capturing device oriented towards the user and the background and the image capturing device has a plurality of control functions. The mobile computing device which connects to the system takes control and the system transfers the control functions to the mobile computing device for controlling operation of the image capturing device, where the mobile computing device operates the image capturing device to capture an image. The user is authenticated and is connected using a timer-based system. Once the timer expires the user is logged out from the system and the control from the system is lost.

The present invention is directed to a system and method which allows a camera to be propositioned at a given location and the field of view adjusted as each picture is taken using a computing device controlling, so that the subject of the picture is centred within the field of view and such that the focal length of the camera lens is optimal for the particular picture.
Here in the system is illustrated surrounding of the open photography camera. FIG. 1 discloses an actual scenario of the camera system. A camera (1) is included all components like processor, camera sensor, WI-FI module and having lens, optional flash element. The size and shape of the camera can be any type of. The lens is designed to have its focal length and its f-stop changed by signals coming from a processor unit of the system. The rotor (2) has both kinds of movement vertically as well as horizontally. This rotor helps to move or tilt the camera for a proper angle with respect to the user or controller. The only single user has rotor control, in which the system allows for the particular time period. Here the rotor part also has a camera stand or supporter which holds the rotor with the camera on pole or wall or fixed structure or dynamic structure.

In operation, a remote device, such as device is activated by a user from any location where an image is desired to be captured. The device sends a signal, (IR, RF, or otherwise) which is captured by sensors. The direction to point lens can be calculated in terms of left/right, up/down. In addition to activating and guiding the directional orientation of the camera, the trigger signal sent by the remote control could also be used to adjust the framing or field of view of an image. (This would be accomplished in coordination with the camera's auto-focus algorithms.) One method would be for the camera to identify the location of the sensor and adjust the orientation. Upon completion of this task, the camera would conduct an auto-exposure and auto-focus routine. When the subject distance was determined, the camera zoom (optical or digital) would be employed to adjust the effective field of view. Such adjustment would allow the user to take full advantage of the imaging sensor's resolution by avoiding image capture of none-valued peripheral scenery.
A power cable (3) which is connected is powered by the power source. Pole or wall or fixed structure or dynamic structure (4) plays the major role to handle the camera at an adequate height to capture wide-angle images. Here in place of pole or wall or fixed structure or dynamic structure can be used to hold the camera at height. Notice Board (5) is used to denote the open photography camera system. It may contain text and/or symbolic content.
Users(6) are the main part of the whole camera system, in which the users standing in front of a camera system with a background of famous open or closed places and the only person who has control over camera system will have the opportunity to utilize the image sensor system. Here the person holds the device by which he controls and does all the operation for photography purpose. Here the person has a Smart Phone or tablet, or wearable device can be alone or with a group of people. All the photography related operation to capture image or video must be done with the person which holds camera control within the timeline.
When device is activated by the user (assuming that it is not always being activated which is possible if the user desires the camera to follow him/her

where ever he/she walks) a signal, which preferably is RF, but could be IR or any other signal type, the signals are picked up by the sensors on camera and, the process of orienting the camera begins. The user using the computing device can position and click the image in the oriented direction using the smartphone.
A Smart Phone or tablet or wearable device(7) is a device by in which user could connect with a wireless network of the camera system. When it connects with camera system it may show the waiting time to get control over the camera for photography. When the connected user gets notified via message or audio ringtone or vibration, then user get control over the camera for photography purpose. At that moment, automatically a webpage will be open in the smartphone or tablet or wearable device to show the live camera stream. Here it provides the facilities like, camera tilt, zoom in/out, image filter, capture and download image or video button. Here, the webpage also contents some text or symbolic information for advertisement purpose.
Background (12) is very important for camera location. The camera has to install near or in front of the famous open or close places. Another user (8) and (10), are the next users which are in the queue to get control over the camera system. The other user can be connecting anytime with the camera system, but they only get control camera when camera system allows. This user also can see the remaining time to get control over the camera. The waiting time duration is depending on the number of users in the queue.
Smartphone or tablet or wearable device(9) and (11) are the devices of other users, in which another user can use the photography system.
So here in the system initiates the computing device using any communication medium tries to establish a connection with the image capturing device which has an inbuilt CPU and it authenticated the user based on the details provided and generates an access code which can be later utilized to access the images stored into the system. The users are stored in a queue with a first-in basis and a timer is set based on which the user is permitted to utilize the system . Once the

timer expires the user is logged out and the next user is queue is notified and as soon as the person in front of the user logs out the timer for the next person begins once the user permits the computing device to establish connection. The user is permitted to adjust the frame and to zoom in and out of the frame using a computing device. The image capturing system can be commanded to obtain the images which have been clicked using the device. Once the authentication is validated the images are transferred using medium inclusive of email or image transfer application to the computing device of the user.
The computing device may also contain communication connections that allow the computing device to communicate with other computing devices, such as over a network which may include one or more wired networks as well as wireless networks. Communication connections are some examples of communication media. Communication media may typically be embodied by computer readable instructions, data structures, program modules, and others.
