Method And System For Pipe Insert Structure

Abstract: In an embodiment of the present disclosure, a pipe insert structure for increasing the strength of a tap is disclosed. The device includes a tap body, a disc for decoration fitting and at least one spindle cover. The device further includes a tap handle, at least one ceramic disc and a metal pipe portion that fits inside the body of the tap. It is further disclosed that the metal pipe portion is inserted inside the body of the tap when the injection-molded body of the tap is hot.

Specification

Claims:
1. A pipe insert structure for increasing the strength of a tap, comprising:
a tap body;
a disc for decoration fitting;
at least one spindle cover;
a tap handle;
at least one ceramic disc;
a metal pipe portion that fits inside the body of the tap,
wherein the first metal pipe portion is inserted inside the body of the tap when the injection-molded body of the tap is hot.

2. The pipe insert structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the metal pipe portion is inserted using force.

3. The pipe insert structure as claimed in claim 1,the plastic body of the tapshrinks and adjust with metal pipe, making the metal pipe fit in place

4. The pipe insert structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the metal pipe portion is cylindrical in shape.

5. The pipe insert structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein an outer diameter of the metal pipe portion and an outer diameter of the body of the tap are different from each other.

6. A method for increasing the strength of a tap, comprising:
a tap body;
a disc for decoration fitting;
at least one spindle cover;
a tap handle;
at least one ceramic disc;
a metal pipe portion that fits inside the pipe of the tap,
wherein the metal pipe portion is inserted inside the body of the tap when the injection-molded body of the tap is hot to touch and is soft.

7. The method as claimed in claim 6, wherein the metal pipe portion is inserted using force.

8. The method as claimed in claim 6, the plastic body of the tapshrinks and adjust with metal pipe, making the metal pipe fit in place.

9. The method as claimed in claim 6, wherein the metal pipe portion is cylindrical in shape.

10. The method as claimed in claim 6, wherein an outer diameter of the first metal pipe portion and an outer diameter of the body of the tap of the tap are different from each other.

Description:FIELD OF THE INVENTION

[0001] The present disclosure generally relates to relates to method and system for pipe insert structure for increasing the strength of the tap.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0002] As is generally known, there are many different types taps and faucets that are used today to draw water from storage tank or any other supply source. Various types of taps are offered in plumbing systems for different objectives and functions. They are made up of different materials like copper, iron, brass, Plastic, etc. Currently, it is desirable that the tap should be designed to meet the force and movement requirement to adjust a safe operation. When we consider thePlastic taps,it should also be noted that the Plastic taps already available in the market is not good and reliable. The plastic taps are known to break if force is applied like by hanging a bucket full of water on it. hence, there lies a long-felt need to overcome the problems already existing in the plastic tap.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0004] The present invention generally comprises identifying the element names within a patent document and modifying patent drawing sheets to include element names and figure descriptions.

[0005] There has thus been outlined, rather broadly, the more important features of the invention in order that the detailed description thereof may be better understood, and in order that the present contribution to the art may be better appreciated. There are additional features of the invention that will be described hereinafter and that will form the subject matter of the claims appended hereto.

[0006] In an embodiment of the present disclosure, ametal pipe portion for increasing the strength of a tapis disclosed. The deviceincludesdisc for decoration a tap body, a fitting, and at least one spindle cover. The device further includes a tap handle, at least one ceramic disc, and a metal pipe portion that fits inside the body of the tap. It is further disclosed thatfirst metal pipe portion is inserted inside the body of the tap when the injection-molded body of the tap is hot. In an embodiment, it is further disclosed that themetal pipe portion is inserted using force and the plastic body of the tapshrinksand adjust with metal pipe, making the metal pipe fit in place. It should be noted that the metal pipe portion is cylindrical in shape and an outer diameter of the metal pipe portion and the outer diameter of the body of the tap are different from each other.

[0007] In yet another embodiment of the present disclosure, a method for increasing the strength of a tap is disclosed. The method includes a tap body, a disc for decoration fitting, and at least one spindle cover. It is further disclosed that the metal pipe portion is inserted inside the body of the tap when the injection-molded body of the tap is hot. In an embodiment, it is further disclosed that the metal pipe portion is inserted using force and the plastic body of the tap shrinks and adjust with metal pipe, making the metal pipe fit in place. It should be noted that the metal pipe portion is cylindrical in shape and an outer diameter of the first metal pipe portion and the outer diameter of the body of the tap are different from each other.

[0022] The present disclosure provides a pipe insert structure for increasing the strength of body of a tap. The device has the advantage in the form that it comprises a tap body, a disc for decoration fitting, at least one spindle cover, a tap handle, at least one ceramic disc, a metal pipe portion that fits inside the body of the tap. Further, it should be noted that the metal pipe portion is inserted inside the body of the tap when the injection-moulded body of the tap is hot.

[0023] In an embodiment, it is further disclosed that the metal pipe portion is inserted using force and the plastic body of the tapshrinks and adjust with metal pipe, making the metal pipe fit in place. It can be further mentioned that themetal pipe portion is cylindrical in shape. However, it should be noted that an outer diameter of the first metal pipe portion and the outer diameter of the body of the tap are different from each other.

[0024] Further, it can be enumerated that the present invention has been made by inserting the metal pipe at the end of the tap to increase its strength. The pipe is inserted when the injection-moulded piece is hot to touch and is soft. Further, the metal pipe is inserted using force, when the plastic body piece cools down, the plastic piece shrinks, making the pipe fit in place, giving new strength to the tap.

Figure 2 illustrates a further embodiment of the device for pipe insert structure for increasing the strength of a tap, in accordance with another embodiment of the present disclosure. Figure 3 illustrates a tap structure, in accordance with another embodiment of the present disclosure. In order to avoid duplicity of information, the description of Figure 1, Figure 2, and Figure 3 are explained in conjunction with each other.

[0026] Referring to Figure 1, Figure 2, and Figure 3, themetal pipe inserted inside the tap is disclosed. The device includes a simple structure that can be cylindrical in nature. The same is inserted inside the tap and the tap’s strength increases more over this metal pipe insert does not cause any leaks.As can be seen, the design is easy to handle and can be done by any person skilled in the art. Also, the device includes an adjustable attachment configured to change the angle for different functions, a body that is adapted to elevate the device to a different functional height, houses pumps and water tank, and a plurality of valves.
