Abstract: METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR PROCESSING DATA TO FACILITATE CANDIDATE SECLECTION DURING AUTOMATED RECRUITMENT PROCESS ABSTRACT [0090] The present disclosure discloses a method and system for processing data to facilitate candidate selection during automated recruitment process. The method (1100) comprises generating a job specification file (205) related to one or more available positions in an organization (113) and receiving a plurality of candidate profiles (111) corresponding to a plurality of candidates (109) for the one or more available positions. Further the method comprises processing the generated job specification file and the plurality of candidate profiles to identify a first set of candidates from the plurality of candidates (109). Furthermore, the method comprises selecting one or more candidates from the first set of candidates based on preliminary qualifier assessment test. Finally, the method comprises selecting at least one matching candidate among the one or more candidates based on results of the post-interview analysis of the one or more candidates. Figure 1
