Abstract: Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are directed towards a method and platform for receiving customer requirements and providing services to a customer in a real estate ecosystem. The method includes enabling a customer to initially contact a predetermined communication number of a real estate service providing platform to provide a required personal credentials and personalized real estate based requirements, conducting a customized search based on the personalized real estate based requirements received from the user for transmitting a set of initial search results assigned with a text code to a contact number of a portable computing device provided by the customer, enabling the customer to transmit a search query using the text code assigned to for dynamically receiving refined search results associated with a text code from the real estate service providing platform and providing a feedback to the real estate service providing platform for the received search results by transmitting a feedback message comprising service rating representations.

Technical Field
[001] The present disclosure relates to the field of systems and methods for providing services to the users of a real ecosystem. More particularly, the present disclosure relates method and system for receiving customer requirements and providing services to a customer in a real estate ecosystem.
Background
[002] The real estate sector is growing by leaps and bounds and has become highly competitive with a wide range of choices for buyers, sellers with the emergence of several major players. Realty marketers are increasingly resorting to newer, faster, and efficient ways to market their services to a larger audience base. The traditional channels available for marketing like television and print are becoming more expensive and less effective. On the other marketing through social media, online marketing, and referral programs are becoming more would reach only to a restricted group of people who are educated. Though the existing online real estate platforms provide complete information but fail to understand and analyze the requirements of common people who do not have knowledge on the internet browsing and the available online platforms.
[003] The real estate business facing long time challenges to bridge the gap between common people, buyers and sellers. The real estate agents would always prefer affordable and enhanced solutions to be implemented to buy or sell or rent the real estate properties. The buyers prefer to have instant access to information about properties and to collect information of the available properties along with the details like type of property, location of the property and the financial credentials related to the property.
[004] In the light of aforementioned discussion there exists a need for a system and method for receiving customer requirements and providing services to a customer in a real estate ecosystem.

[007] According to a first aspect, the method includes enabling a customer to initially contact a predetermined communication number of a real estate service providing platform to provide a required personal credentials and one or more personalized real estate based requirements.
[008] According to the first aspect, the method includes conducting a customized search based on the one or more personalized real estate based requirements received from the user for transmitting a set of initial search results assigned with a text code to a contact number of a portable computing device provided by the customer, whereby the contact number customer of the customer and the one or more personalized real estate requirements based requirements along with the set of initially transmitted search results stored in a database unit.
[009] According to the first aspect, the method includes enabling the customer to transmit a search query using the text code assigned to for dynamically receiving refined search results associated with a text code from the real estate service providing platform, whereby the refined search results are different from the initially received search results.

According to a non limiting exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the portable computing devices 102a, 102b and 102c of customers/real estate property owners may contact the real estate service providing platform 106 including a search engine unit 108, a text coding unit 110, a customer and results comparing unit 112, a database unit 114, a real estate categorizing unit 116 and a feedback receiving unit through a communication interface 104.
[0027] According to a non limiting exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, customers may contact the real estate service providing platform 104 through predetermined communication number assigned to the real estate service providing platform 106 through the respective portable computing devices 102a, 102b and 102c and provides personal credentials and personalized real estate based requirements. The required personal credentials may include but not limited to customer name, contact number, email id and the like. The personal real estate based requirements may include but not limited to buying a property, selling a property, properties available for rent, preferred locations of the property, price range/budget of the property and the like. The customer may contact the real estate service providing platform 106 by contacting an executive through voice call or by composing a message in a predefined format and transmitting to the real estate service providing platform 106 using the communication interface 104.
[0028] In accordance with non limiting exemplary aspect of the present disclosure, the details of the real estate property may be collected by representatives or executives of the real estate service providing platform 106 or the owners of the real estate property may provide the property details by contacting the real estate service providing platform 106. The real estate categorization unit 116 is used to categorize the collected real estate property details in to one or more predefined categories. The predefined categories may include but not limited to property for selling, properties available for rent, locations of the property, price range/budget of the property and the like. The properties are further assigned with text codes by a text coding unit 110 based on the location of the property, type of the property, pricing of the property and the like.
[0029] According to a non limiting exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, on receiving the customer requirements through a voice call or as a text message a customized search may be conducted by an executive or dynamically by the platform 106 using the search engine unit 108 to retrieve customized search results suitable to the personalized real estate based requirements of the customer. The customized search results may include location of a property, type of property, contact number of the owner, pricing of the property and the like. These results are transmitted as initial results along with the text codes to the portable computing device of the customer and stored in the database unit 114 along with the contact number of the customer.
[0030] According to a non limiting exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, if the received search results are not sufficient or not satisfactory or if the customer requires details of the few more properties, the customer retransmits a search query using the initially received text codes to the real estate service providing platform 106. The search engine unit 108 conducts search and retransmits refined search results which are different from the initially transmitted search results to the portable computing device of the customer.
[0031] According to a non limiting exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the customer and results comparison unit 112 is used to determine whether the customer has previously contacted the real estate service providing platform by dynamically searching the customer details in a database unit 114 and to make sure the search results sent to the same customer are different for different queries. If the details of the customer are found to be unavailable in the database unit 114 then the search engine unit 108 obtains the property details required by the customer and transmits the obtained property details to the contact number of the portable computing device along with the text code as a text message. Further, if the details of the customer are found to be in the database unit 114, the search engine unit 108 in communication with the customer and results comparison unit 112 retrieves the results which are different from the initially transmitted results and transmits to the portable computing device of the customer through the communication interface.

The feedback receiving unit generates service rating representations and these service rating representations are transmitted to the portable computing device of the customer along with the search results transmitted to the customer. The user may select one of the representations to provide a feedback for the services provided by the real estate service providing platform.

According to a non limiting exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the method starts at step 202 by enabling the customer to initially contact a predetermined communication number of a real estate service providing platform for providing required credentials and one or more personalized real estate based requirements. The customer may dial an executive of the real estate service providing platform or may compose a message in a predetermined format and transmit to real estate service providing platform. The real estate based requirements which may include but not limited to buying a property, selling a property, looking for properties available for rent. The type of property may include but not limited to a residential property, a commercial property and the like. At step 204, a customized search is conducted by utilizing a search engine based on the personalized real estate based on the requirements provided by the customer at step 202. The customized search includes location of the property, pricing/budget credentials provided by the customer and the type of property requirement of the customer. Further at step 206 the search engine retrieves a set of initial search results assigned with text codes and transmits the results to the contact number of the portable computing device of the customer. The text codes which may be include but not limited to the short code, a long code, a generic assigned identification code and the like.
[0034] In accordance with non limiting exemplary aspect of the present disclosure, if the results are not satisfactory or if the customer requires details of more real estate properties then at step 208 the customer re-transmits a search query using the text code assigned for receiving the refined search results from the real estate service providing platform and these refined search results are different from the initially received search results previously received at step 206. Finally, at step 210 the customer provides a feedback to the real estate service providing platform for the received search results which are transmitted by the real estate service providing platform along with one or more service rating representations. The service rating representations may include but not limited to a thumbnail, smiles, rating stars, icons and the like. The customer is allowed to choose one or more service rating representations and transmit to the real estate service providing platform.
[0035] Referring to FIG3 is a flow diagram 300 depicting a method for determining whether the customer has previously contacted the real estate service providing platform to provide refined search results. According to a non limiting exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the method starts at step 302 by establishing a voice call by the customer with an executive of the real estate service providing platform. At step 304 the executive answers the call and collects the required personal credentials and personalized real estate based requirements of the customer. The required personal credentials may include but not limited to the customer name, required location, type of real estate property, price range, current location, address, property identification code, contact number and the like.
[0036] According to a non limiting exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the search engine is used to conduct the search for the properties in the database of the real estate service providing platform based on the one or more personalized real estate based requirements received from the customer at step 306. Next at step 308 the real estate service providing platform determines whether the customer has previously received property details or not by searching the customer details in the database. If the details of the customer are not found in the database then the real estate service providing platform obtains the property details required for the customer at step 308a and the required real estate property details are transmitted to the contact number of the portable computing device along with the text code as a text message at step 308b. If the details of the customer are found to be in database at step 308 then the real estate service providing platform searches for the previously sent property details at step 308c and then transmits the property details different from the previously sent property details to the portable computing device of the customer at step 308d.
[0037] Referring to FIG4 is a flow diagram 400 depicting a method for assigning the text codes to the real estate property for receiving refined user requirements. According to a non limiting exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the method starts at step 402 by collecting the property details from the owner by the real estate service providing platform executive. The real estate property details which may include but not limited the sell/rent property, property location, and price range to sell/rent and the like. At step 404 the real estate property is categorized based on the owner requirements. The categories may include but not limited to property location, sell/rent price range, commercial property, residential property and the like. Next at step 406 the real estate service providing platform assigns the text codes to the real estate property based on the requirements of the owner and the real estate property location. Further at step 408 the real estate property details along with the text codes are transmitted to the portable computing device of the owner as a text message.
[0038] Referring to FIG. 5 is a flow diagram 500 depicting a method for receiving and evaluating feedback of the customer for the services provided through the real estate service providing platform. According to a non limiting exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the method starts at step 502 by transmitting the real estate property details to the customer along with the service rating representations from the real estate service providing platform. The service rating representations may include but not limited to an image thumbnail, smiles, rating stars, icons and the like. At step 504 the customer selects the service rating representations rate the service of the real estate service providing platform. Further at step 506 the selected service rating representation is transmitted to the real estate service providing platform by the customer. Next at step 508 the real estate service providing platform receives the text message included with the service rating representation from the customer. Last at step 510 the feedback is evaluated based on the received service rating representation.
[0039] Referring to FIG.6 is a diagram 600 depicting a sign board used for providing available real estate property details to the customer. The sign board includes a space 602 for displaying property identification number and a space 604 for displaying a contact number of the real estate service providing platform. The real estate service providing platform assigns an identification code to the property based on the real estate based requirements of the property owner. The real estate based requirements of the owner may include but not limited to the buy, sell, rent, commercial property, residential property, location of the property and the like. The customers may enquire the property details for dialing to the contact number of the real estate service providing platform or by transmitting a message to the real estate service providing platform.

CLAIMS:
1. A method for receiving customer requirements and providing services to a customer in a real estate
ecosystem, the method comprising:
enabling a customer to initially contact a predetermined communication number of a real estate service providing platform to provide a required personal credentials and one or more personalized real estate based requirements;
conducting a customized search based on the one or more personalized real estate based requirements received from the user for transmitting a set of initial search results assigned with a text code to a contact number of a portable computing device provided by the customer, whereby the contact number customer of the customer and the one or more personalized real estate requirements based requirements along with the set of initially transmitted search results stored in a database unit;
enabling the customer to transmit a search query using the text code assigned to for dynamically receiving refined search results associated with a text code from the real estate service providing platform, whereby the refined search results are different from the initially received search results; and
providing a feedback to the real estate service providing platform for the received search results by transmitting a feedback message comprising one or more service rating representations, whereby the search results transmitted to the customer comprising the one or more service rating representations for receiving the feedback from the customer.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of storing the contact number customer of the customer and the one or more personalized real estate requirements based requirements eliminates a transmission of duplicate search results to the customer.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the customer communicates the real estate service providing platform by at least one of: establishing a voice call to the predetermined communication number of the real estate service providing platform; and transmitting a message to the predetermined communication number of the real estate service providing platform.
4. The method of claim 1 further comprising a step of listing one or more real estate property of an owner in the real estate service providing platform for populating the database unit.
5. The method of claim 1 further comprising a step of transmitting communication details of the owner to the customer along with the customized search results.
6. The method of claim 1 further comprising a step of categorizing the property of the owner into one or more categories for listing in the real estate service providing platform.
7. The method of claim 1 further comprising a step of assigning an identification code to a real estate property of the owner listed in the real estate service providing platform.
8. A real estate service providing platform for receiving customer requirements and providing services to a customer in a real estate ecosystem, the platform comprising:
a real estate categorizing unit for enabling to categorize a real estate property of a owner in to one or more predetermined categories based on a location and a type of real estate property for listing in the real estate service providing platform, whereby the real estate service providing platform assigned with a predetermined contact number for enabling a customer to provide search query and to receive one or more initial search results corresponding to a real estate property of the owner;
a text coding unit for assigning text codes to the real estate property of a owner based on the location of the real estate property based on a location of the property and the type of real estate property for enabling the customer to retransmit a search query to receive refined search results, whereby the refined search results transmitted to a portable computing device of the customer are different from the initial search results;
a search engine unit for enabling to conduct a customized search on receiving search query from the customer and transmitting the search results to a portable computing device of the customer through a communication interface;
a customer and results comparing unit in communication with the search engine unit for identifying a contact number of a portable computing device of a customer and initially transmitted search results associated with the portable computing device of the customer for transmitting refined search results different from the initially transmitted search results; and
a feedback receiving unit for generating service rating representations and receiving feedback of the customer for the provided services, whereby the service rating representations transmitted to the portable computing device of the customer along with the search results for enabling the customer to select at least one service rating representation to provide the feedback; and
a database unit for storing real estate property details of a owner, the contact number of the portable computing device of the customer, search results transmitted to the customer and feedback received from the customer.
