Claims

1. A method of determining a psychological state of a counselling recipient: receiving, by a user terminal, a psychological test start input with respect to a counselling recipient; setting, by the user terminal, an area to be drawn in by the counselling recipient, in response to the psychological test start input; extracting at least one identity-invariant feature of an object depicted in drawing; generating, by a first neural network engine, a reference training data set based on the identity-invariant features; utilizing a second neural network to identify one or more pieces of instruction information in an order of the counselling recipient drawing the area; and determining a psychological state of the counselling recipient through an artificial intelligence based technique.

2. The method of claim 1, wherein it further includes the step of the user terminal transmitting analysis comments to a management server regarding the psychological counselling expert.

3. The method of claim 1, wherein there are a plurality of pause positions with respect to the zone to be drawn in by the counselling recipient, at a time of receiving the psychological test start input.

4. The method of claim 1, further comprising providing an improvisation feedback to the recipient based on determined psychological state.

5. The method of claim 1, wherein the improvisation feedback includes reading of book, yoga, socialization activity, and combination thereof.

A system for determining a psychological state of a counselling recipient: comprising: receive, by a user terminal, a psychological test start input with respect to a counselling recipient; set, by the user terminal, an area to be drawn in by the counselling recipient, in response to the psychological test start input; extract at least one identity-invariant feature of an object depicted in drawing; generate, by a first neural network engine, a reference training data set based on the identity-invariant features; utilize a second neural network to identify one or more pieces of instruction information in an order of the counselling recipient drawing the area; and determine a psychological state of the counselling recipient through an artificial intelligence based technique.

7. The system of claim 6, wherein it further includes the step of the user terminal transmitting analysis comments to a management server regarding the psychological counselling expert.

8. The system of claim 6, wherein there are a plurality of pause positions with respect to the zone to be drawn in by the counselling recipient, at a time of receiving the psychological test start input.

9. The system of claim 6, further comprising providing an improvisation feedback to the recipient based on determined psychological state.

Scalable mental health interventions must be put in place immediately to ease this burden given the vast number of people in need and the humanitarian duty to lessen suffering. Although the first line of treatment for mental problems is pharmacological, many antipsychotics have detrimental side effects that have a negative impact on quality of life. In order to address patients' health requirements more than 50 years ago, professionals began to use complementary therapies like art therapy.

Patients who are facing various health challenges, such as chronic illness, disability, or mental health disorders, often require counselling to help them cope with their conditions. The focus of counselling is not only on the patient's symptoms but also on their overall psychological state. The psychological state of a patient can influence their response to treatment, their ability to cope with their condition, and their overall quality of life.

For example, patients with chronic illnesses who experience depression or anxiety may have difficulty adhering to their treatment regimens or managing their symptoms effectively. As a result, counselling patients based on their psychological state can be an effective way to improve their overall health outcomes.

More specifically, to a system and method to determine a psychological state of a counselling recipient. The present disclosure illustrates that counselling patients based on their psychological state can improve their overall health outcomes. For example, studies have shown that counselling patients with depression can improve their adherence to treatment, reduce their symptoms, and improve their overall quality of life. Additionally, counselling patients with anxiety can help them manage their symptoms and improve their ability to cope with their condition.

A method of determining a psychological state of a counselling recipient: receiving, by a user terminal, a psychological test start input with respect to a counselling recipient; setting, by the user terminal, an area to be drawn in by the counselling recipient, in response to the psychological test start input; extracting at least one identity-invariant feature of an object depicted in drawing; generating, by a first neural network engine, a reference training data set based on the identity-invariant features; utilizing a second neural network to identify one or more pieces of instruction information in an order of the counselling recipient drawing the area; and determining a psychological state of the counselling recipient through an artificial intelligence based technique.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein it further includes the step of the user terminal transmitting analysis comments to a management server regarding the psychological counselling expert.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein there are a plurality of pause positions with respect to the zone to be drawn in by the counselling recipient, at a time of receiving the psychological test start input.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising providing an improvisation feedback to the recipient based on determined psychological state.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the improvisation feedback includes reading of book, yoga, socialization activity, and combination thereof.
6. A system for determining a psychological state of a counselling recipient: comprising:
receive, by a user terminal, a psychological test start input with respect to a counselling recipient;
set, by the user terminal, an area to be drawn in by the counselling recipient, in response to the psychological test start input;
extract at least one identity-invariant feature of an object depicted in drawing;
generate, by a first neural network engine, a reference training data set based on the identity-invariant features;
utilize a second neural network to identify one or more pieces of instruction information in an order of the counselling recipient drawing the area; and
determine a psychological state of the counselling recipient through an artificial intelligence based technique.
7. The system of claim 6, wherein it further includes the step of the user terminal transmitting analysis comments to a management server regarding the psychological counselling expert.

8. The system of claim 6, wherein there are a plurality of pause positions with respect to the zone to be drawn in by the counselling recipient, at a time of receiving the psychological test start input.
9. The system of claim 6, further comprising providing an improvisation feedback to the recipient based on determined psychological state.
10. The system of claim 6, wherein the improvisation feedback includes reading of book, yoga, socialization activity, and combination thereof.
