Abstract: In the current invention, the utilization of smart materials (waste plastics, fly ashes, and sands) in the covering slab. Mould processing should indeed be carried out in accordance with the design. To create the covering blocks, the wasted plastics, fly ashes, as well as sands must be mixed in the appropriate proportions. This method will result in an affordable and long-lasting covering block. This method will be the simplest and least expensive way to combine the covering blocks. Its use saves a lot of time. It demonstrates a smart approach for ensuring the right strength properties of the covering slab. This approach may be used to produce covering slabs in less period and with less expense. The steel support must be properly positioned, and the cover must be kept in accordance with strength required, in order for the material to be enduring.
