Method For Evaluating Fiber Products
Abstract: The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for quantitatively evaluating the amount of fiber scraps produced for a fiber product. This method for evaluating fiber products involves: laundering at least one sheet of a fiber product using a washing machine and laundering conditions stipulated in ISO 6330 (2012); collecting the fiber scraps discharged from the washing machine wastewater port with a collector with 5-20 µm mesh openings; and measuring the weight thereof.
