Method For Forecasting Sharp Drop Of Pressure Of Melter Gasifier And Method For Controlling The Pressure In Ironmaking Process
Abstract: Provided are a method for forecasting a sharp drop of a pressure of a melter-gasifier and a method for controlling the pressure in an ironmaking process using non-coking coals and fine iron ores which can previously forecast the sharp drop of the pressure of the melter-gasifier to stably maintain an operation of the melter-gasifier. The method for forecasting the sharp drop of the pressure of the melter-gasifier in the ironmaking process includes forecasting the sharp drop of the internal pressure of the melter-gasifier when an internal pressure of a gas storage tank recovering and storing an excess gas generated in the melter-gasifier sharply drops. In the ironmaking process, a sharp drop of a pressure of a gas storage tank for recovering an excess gas discharged in the melter-gasifier is detected, and the sharp pressure drop of the melter-gasifier is forecasted to previously adjust a flow amount of gas (reduction gas) supplied to a reduction furnace, thereby stably maintaining the internal pressure of the melter-gasifier.
