Method For Manufacturing Grain Oriented Electrical Steel Sheet
Abstract: A method for manufacturing a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: manufacturing a steel slab comprising at least one of 2-7 wt% of Si 0.03-0.10 wt% of Sn and 0.01-0.05 wt% of Sb; manufacturing a hot-rolled sheet by hot-rolling the steel slab; manufacturing a cold-rolled sheet by cold-rolling the hot-rolled sheet; primarily recrystallizing and annealing the cold-rolled sheet; applying an annealing separator to the cold-rolled sheet primarily recrystallized and annealed and drying the same; and secondarily recrystallizing and annealing the cold-rolled sheet on which the annealing separator has been applied. Primary recrystallizing and annealing are performed such that an oxidized layer formed on the surface of the cold-rolled sheet has a thickness of 0.5-2.5 µm and an oxygen amount of 600 ppm or more after primary recrystallizing and annealing. In the secondary recrystallizing and annealing step a forsterite (Mg2SiO4) coating film can be removed.
