Specification
0001]The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a press molded article formed of a steel plate.
BACKGROUND
[0002]The automobile frame parts, the press-molded product having a hat-shaped or groove-shaped cross-section are frequently used. As the press molded article, the top plate, and comprises two vertical wall portion. Strictly speaking, the press molded product of hat-shaped cross-section further comprises two flange portions. Shape of the press-molded product is different. The complex shape of the press-molded product, there is a press-molded article top plate is undulated in the longitudinal direction. In its press-top plate has a recessed area which is curved inwardly in a side view, and a convex region which is curved outwardly in a side view, as continuous in the longitudinal direction.
[0003]
When producing such a complicated shape of the press-molded product, conventionally, as a blank, mild steel plate or 440MPa grade high-tensile steel plate (hereinafter collectively referred to as "low-strength steel sheet") may use the it is the mainstream. The tensile strength of 440MPa class high-tension steel plate (TS) is greater than or equal to 440MPa, the yield strength (YP) is about 350MPa or more. When forming a complex shape of the press-molded product from the blank of low strength steel sheet by press molding, wrinkles are concerned. Therefore, subject of the conventional press forming is drawing (see, e.g., International Publication WO2014 / 042067 pamphlet (Patent Document 1)). In draw forming, since the molding while tension is applied to the blank progresses, because the generation of wrinkles can be suppressed. Finally, bending for shape freezing is performed.
[0004]
In recent years, the automobile, improvement of fuel consumption can be determined from the point of view of global environmental conservation. Therefore, the frame parts lighter of an automobile has been promoted. By this background, as a press-molded product of the blank to be applied to the frame part, the plate thickness thin 590MPa grade high-tensile steel plate (hereinafter, also referred to as "medium-strength steel sheet") tends to be used. Further, as a blank, the thickness of thinner 980MPa grade high-tensile steel plate (hereinafter, also referred to as "high-strength steel sheet") it tends to be used. The tensile strength of 590MPa class high-tension steel plate (TS) is greater than or equal to 590MPa, the yield strength (YP) is about 400MPa or more. The tensile strength of 980MPa-class high-tensile steel plate (TS) is greater than or equal to 980MPa, the yield strength (YP) is about 600MPa or more.
[0005]
However, when forming a complex shape of the press-molded product from medium strength steel sheet blank by press molding, the main press molding as described above is a draw forming, between the convex region and the vertical wall portion of the top plate portion there is a case where excessive tension occurs in the ridge line near existing between. Therefore, the thickness of the blank is reduced in the ridge line vicinity may lead to fracture. Further, the concave region of the top plate, the longitudinal direction of the compressive stress of the blank is loaded. Therefore, the material of the concave region near the top plate portion is gathered, wrinkling.
[0006]
If, subject of press forming is replaced with one bending with pads, excessive thickness reduction of the ridge line near adjacent to the convex area of the top plate portion is suppressed. However, (part of the vertical wall portion) protruding corresponding longitudinal wall area extending from the convex area of the top plate portion and the recessed area of the top plate, wrinkling. If hat shaped in the press-molded product, and further, the convex corresponding flange region extending from the convex corresponding vertical wall region (a part of the flange portion), wrinkling. Press forming, the material of the vertical wall portion not constrained by the mold and the flange portion is from coming closer to the convex region side.
[0007]
That is, in a general drawing and bending, molding of the press-molded product having a complicated shape is difficult. Such a situation, when using high strength steel plate as a blank occurs more pronounced. This is because the lower than ductility ductility medium strength steel sheet of a high strength steel sheet.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0013]
Method for producing a press-molded product according to an embodiment of the present invention, and two ridge lines, and the top plate is applied and two vertical wall portions, the production of the press-molded product having a. Top plate is sandwiched between two edge lines. Two of the vertical wall portion extends through the edge line from the top plate portion. The two ridge includes a concave edge line curved convexly toward the inside of the vertical wall portion, respectively, and the convex ridge which curves convexly toward the outside of the vertical wall portion. In other words, the press-molded product manufactured by the manufacturing method of this embodiment, the top plate portion has a hat-shaped cross section or interposition cross section is undulating in the longitudinal direction. The longitudinal direction means the direction of a straight line connecting the centers of both ends without ridges of the top plate portion side. Strictly speaking, the press molded product of hat-shaped cross section, further comprises two flanges extending from each longitudinal wall. Such complex shape of the press-molded product, for example an automobile frame parts (e.g. front side member rear, the rear side member, the cross member, the upper member, B-pillar) is used as a.
[0014]
Top plate includes a recessed area sandwiched concave ridge, a convex region between the convex ridge, the. In a typical example of the top plate of the press molded product of the present embodiment, concave regions and convex regions are provided one by one. Further, as long as the concave region and a convex region contiguous with the smooth, concave regions and convex regions it does not have to be contiguous. For example, between the concave region and a convex region, there may be a longitudinal direction of the short flat region lengths. However, the linear distance between the center of the central portion and the convex ridge concave ridge is within 15 times of the two ridge spacing. Further, it may be a flat region is provided at an end portion of the top plate. The width of the top plate may not be constant. For example, the width of the top plate portion may vary slowly.
[0015]
Vertical wall portion includes a concave corresponding vertical wall region adjacent to the concave edge line, and a convex corresponding vertical wall region adjacent to the convex ridge, the. In a typical example of a vertical wall portion of the press-molded product of the present embodiment, the height of the vertical wall portion (the size of the vertical wall portion in the direction perpendicular to the top plate) is constant over the entire region. However, the height of the vertical wall portion may not be constant. For example, the height of the vertical wall portion may vary slowly. In a typical example of the flange portion in the press-molded product of the present embodiment, the width of the flange portion is constant over the entire region. However, the width of the flange portion may not be constant. For example, the width of the flange portion may vary slowly.
[0016]
Manufacturing method of the present embodiment includes a placement step, a first pressing step, a second pressing step. In the arrangement step, placing the blank of metal plate protrudes from both sides of the top of the first punch.
[0017]
In the first pressing step, subjected to bending in the blank with the first punch, a pad and a first die. Thus, at least a concave ridge, and recessed regions, intermediate molded article is obtained having a region adjacent to the concave edge line of the concave corresponding vertical wall region. Furthermore, the intermediate molded article, irregular shape of the convex area of the top plate up to the recessed area is also formed. When producing a hat-shaped cross-section of the press-molded product is further shaped concave corresponding flange region extending from the concave corresponding longitudinal wall area of the areas of the flange portion. In the second pressing step, a second punch, using a second die and blank holder, to draw forming the resulting intermediate product by the first pressing step. Accordingly, a convex ridge, the convex region, the region adjacent to the convex ridge of the convex corresponding vertical wall region, is formed. When producing the press molded product of hat-shaped cross section, further, forming a convex corresponding flange region extending from the convex corresponding longitudinal wall area of the areas of the flange portion.
[0018]
In the production method of the present embodiment, the press-classified into concave corresponding vertical wall and protruding corresponding vertical wall. If there is a flange press-molded product are collectively concave corresponding vertical wall and concave corresponding flange region referred to as the "concave corresponding region" are collectively convex corresponding vertical wall and protruding corresponding flange region of "convex corresponding region". First a region leading to the concave region from the convex area of the top plate portion in the first pressing step, by forming a concave corresponding vertical wall or concave corresponding region, and the convex region of the top plate portion at the second pressing step then, convex corresponding forming a vertical wall or convex corresponding region.
[0019]
According to this manufacturing method, first press step performed first is because a bending with pads, wrinkles does not occur in recessed regions and concave corresponding region of the top plate portion. At this time, the region corresponding to the convex corresponding region is smoothly connected with the convex area. Therefore, no wrinkles occur in a region corresponding to the convex corresponding region. The second pressing step to do next is, since a drawing to be conducted while applying a tension to the blank, wrinkles are not generated in the convex corresponding region. In this case, concave corresponding regions have already been formed by the first pressing step preceding. Therefore, do not wrinkle is generated in the concave corresponding region. Therefore, in the manufacturing method of the present embodiment, when the top plate to produce a press-molded article having a hat-shaped cross section or interposition cross section is undulating in the longitudinal direction, the occurrence of wrinkles can be suppressed. Why the order of the steps wrinkle occurs in the opposite case it will be described later.
