Method For Manufacturing Three Dimensionally Shaped Article Using Resin Granular Material, Three Dimensionally Shaped Article, And Resin Granular Material

Abstract: Provided is a method for manufacturing a three-dimensionally shaped article by a powder bed fusion method using a resin granular material, in which the resin granular material comprises a resin powder (A) and a flow aid (B), the resin powder (A) has a true sphericity degree of 80 to 100 inclusive, the resin powder (A) has a D80 grain diameter of 60 µm or less and a D20 grain diameter of 1 µm or more, the flow aid (B) is contained in an amount of 0.01 to 5 parts by mass exclusive relative to 100 parts by mass of the resin powder (A), and the following steps (a) to (c) are performed in this order repeatedly. (a) The stage of a vessel in which the three-dimensionally shaped article is to be formed is lowered by a degree falling within the range of 0.01 mm or more and less than 0.10 mm. (b) The resin granular material is supplied to the vessel in which the three-dimensionally shaped article is to be formed to layer the resin granular material. (c) A heat energy is applied to the resin granular material to selectively melt and sinter the resin granular material. In the three-dimensional shaping, it is possible to manufacture a shaped article in which each of the surface roughness in a planer direction in which the resin granular material is layered and the surface roughness in a height direction in which the resin granular material is layered is small.
