Claims:We Claim:
1. A method for processing email and instant messaging service through a web search engine comprising of:
a. sending a login request by the user, to the web search engine from the user terminal which contains the specified website registered user name and password;
b. identification of the details furnished by the user, by the web search engine and creation of a One Time Password which is sent to the user’s contact number for further authentication;
c. furnishing the One Time Password to the web search engine by the user for successful authentication; and
d. providing access to the users for sending emails and instant messaging service through the web search engine.
2. A method as claimed in claim 1 wherein, the user terminal is accessed by the user from where the user can provide the login credentials to the web search engine.
3. A method as claimed in claim 1 wherein, the server holds the user’s registration details which contains a user identification name and the password which has to be furnished by the user each time they try to log in to the system.
4. A method as claimed in claim 1 wherein, the server creates a one-time password which is unique and specific for a particular transaction, which has to be furnished to the web search engine for successful user authentication.
5. A method for accessing the instant messaging services by the third party providers through the web search engine comprising of:
a. Users successfully logging in into their account of the web search engine;
b. Users sending a login request to the instant messaging service provider through the web search engine from the user terminal which contains the specified website registered user name and password;
c. Identification of the details furnished by the user, by the instant messaging service;
d. Authentication of the user if the provided log in details are correct; and
e. Providing access to the users for using instant messaging service for sending business related promotional messages to the potential customers.

A method as claimed in claim 5 wherein, the user can gain access to all the instant messaging service which are a partner with the web search engine, through which business related promotional messages can be sent to the potential customer’s electronic device including mobile phones and smartphones, which is a simpler way to promote and expand business.

The present application generally relates to the field of instant messaging and email in the field of communication technology, particularly to a processing method of the instant messaging service and email service.
Background of the Invention
With the development of networking to meet the needs of network instant messaging, instant messaging services appeared to provide user-oriented network technology. Correspondingly, there has been a growing number of email and instant messaging software.
The email and instant messaging service is typically processing system consists of two parts: one for the server which is responsible for verification of the identity of the user, providing storage for the data, forwarding services, and user terminal for log creation by the user and so forth, and another part is responsible for delivering the emails and instant messages, editing the emails and instant messages, sending service and receiving service, notification creation, and display services.
The existing email and instant messaging technology, requires the users to register themselves with the website and through instant messaging and email users terminal installed chat site offers business customers end to enjoy instant messaging and email service. However, when a large number of registered users of the website exchange numerous emails and instant messages for various purposes, there is a need to store the data of large number of registered users which can include the user information, user authentication data, messages and emails of the users in their accounts, which requires high memory and processing resources and a high performance server.
In addition to these requirements, there is a need for a superior processing system which can provide instant messaging and email services for its customers, which can provide uninterrupted business services, which is usually not seen the systems which are in use currently.
Therefore there is a need for a system which can enable the users to send emails and instant messages on an internet based platform which is fast, along with an authentication system and a storage system to authenticate the user when they log into the system and to store the authentication data and the user’s data which can be retrieved at any time.
Summary of the Invention
The present invention provides a system for processing the email and instant messages created and exchanged by a user, for reducing the storage requirements of the data created along with the resources required for the same. The present invention discloses an internet based platform or a web search engine which offers the features of instant messaging and email communication, which can be used for various purposes including businesses. The web search engine comprises of the instant messaging service and email service to provide the users with a service, reducing the investment required for the development of resources, and provide other business services to reduce the occupancy of the site's web server processing resources for users, thereby enhancing the site to provide users with other business services.

Detailed Description of the Invention
The present invention discloses an internet based platform or a web search engine which offers the features of instant messaging and email communication that can be used the users for various purposes.

a. Users sending a login request to the web search engine from the user terminal which contains the specified website registered user name and password;
b. Identification of the details furnished by the user, by the web search engine and creation of a One Time Password which is sent to the user’s contact number for further authentication;
c. Furnishing the One Time Password to the web search engine by the user for successful authentication; and
d. Providing access to the users for sending emails and instant messaging service through the web search engine.
The present invention provides a method for processing emails and instant messages made through the web search engine comprising: a server which receives the login request sent by the user terminal, where the login request includes the user identification and password set by the user while registering with the web search engine. The web search engine identifies the user login credentials which are provided by the user, and the user authentication is carried out. The users are sent an authentication request which requires the users to provide the One Time Password which is sent to their contact number given at the time of registration. According to the present invention, the web server returns the result of the request for authentication of the user by verifying the identity of the user to determine whether the login request is genuine.
On successful authentication of the user, the user can access their account and can send emails or instant messages through the web search engine, which are stored in the cloud.
FIG 2 discloses the method used to access the instant messaging service from third parties by the users. Referring to FIG 2, the steps to gain access comprises of:
a. Users successfully logging in into their account of the web search engine;
b. Users sending a login request to the instant messaging service provider through the web search engine from the user terminal which contains the specified website registered user name and password;
c. Identification of the details furnished by the user, by the instant messaging service;
d. Authentication of the user if the provided log in details are correct; and
e. Providing access to the users for using instant messaging service for sending business related promotional messages to the potential customers.
The present invention further provides a method for processing emails and instant messaging service through the web search engine comprising: receiving authentication request by the server from the users comprising of user’s registered identification name and corresponding user password; authentication of the user by the server; and users accessing the web search engine to access their emails and instant messages.
The users can use the web search engine for scheduling the emails and instant messages for the recipients, promote business, manage business relationship through communication and so forth.
The present invention discloses the web search engine, in which the authentication unit of the system is used to authenticate the users based on the log in credentials and the One-time password provided by them. The authentication unit for verifying the user name and password of the user carried in the request, the identity of the user is verified, to obtain a verification result; the transmitting unit transmits the data to the web search engine about successful authentication, which allows access to the user’s account to further gain access to the instant messaging service and email service.
Alternatively, in order to help the users whose main purpose of using the web search engine is to expand their business, the web search engine also offers the users to use various online instant messaging services which are available, through which promotional messages can be sent to the customers, which can contain various offers and vouchers and so forth.
The users can make use of all the available instant messaging services which can be accessed online, through which potential consumers who can be registered users can be identified and the messages can be sent to them regarding business. In order to provide instant messaging services to their users, the web search engine can send an advance request to the related instant messaging servers to provide instant messaging service to specified users correspondingly, and when the user authentication process for instant messaging business for a user-specified site login request is completed, the login request is sent to the user’s terminal, where the users would have to furnish the log in details to the server, which contains the user name of the user registered in the designated site and the corresponding user password. The third part website which provides the instant messaging service identifies the specified site after receiving the login request, and then authorizes the user after successful authentication to freely access all the instant messaging services.
Also, when a website offers instant messaging services to their customers, there is no additional resource required to process and maintain the data of the users in their websites, which makes the processing of the data simpler. This system reduces the investment required for development resources and provides a reduced occupancy due to the instant messaging service and other business services to provide the site's web server processing resources for users, thereby improving the processing efficiency.
