This facility enables access and transactions anytime anywhere on real-time basis. The USP of PAYSKP is that it shortens the time taken to complete an AEPS transaction.
PAYSKP brings with itself a 3-way mechanism –
1. Information sharing using merchant dynamic QR (Both merchant and buyer have smartphone). In this case both buyer & the merchant/seller have to download the app first. The seller, generates a dynamic QR by entering Amount and description (optional) using the Payskp app. The Buyer scans the merchant QR through his Payskp app. After buyer initiates payment request, the customer Aadhaar & linked Bank information is pushed to the buyer smartphone. After confirmation by the buyer of payment receipt request, buyer biometric is captured in the device connected with merchant smartphone and AEPS transaction request is sent to NPCI from merchant device. The transaction gets completed once the biometric verification process is approved by UIDAI and notification is sent to both merchant and buyer.
2. Information sharing using merchant static QR (Both merchant and buyer have smartphone). Sticker is distributed to merchant /seller beforehand to complete the transaction procedures. The Buyer scans the merchant static QR through his Payskp app. Buyer manually enters the amount and initiate payment request, the customer Aadhaar & linked Bank information is pushed to the buyer smartphone. After confirmation by buyer of payment receive request, buyer biometric is captured in the device connected with merchant smartphone and AEPS transaction request is sent to NPCI from merchant device. The transaction gets completed once the biometric verification process is approved by UIDAI and notification is sent to both merchant and buyer.
3. Information sharing using buyer static QR (buyer do not have phone). In this case a buyer is issued with a QR printed on low cost PVC card for long lasting purpose. Buyer QR is linked wih his Aadhaar number and linked bank. Merchant scans the buyer QR and retrieve the Aadhaar number and linked bank details. Merchant enters the amount and captures buyer biometric in the device connected with merchant smartphone. AEPS transaction request is sent to NPCI from merchant device. The transaction gets completed

once the biometric verification process is approved by UIDAI and notification is sent to both merchant and buyer.
PAYSKP comprises two mobile apps designed and developed in house keeping in mind both the seller and the buyer end app controls. The KRA (Key Result Area) about this mobile app is its availability for customers who have internet access as well as people who do not have such access.

Figure 7 gives an overview of the activities (7) performed by both the customer and the seller through the dedicated app PAYSKP as described above.
Near Me
The same app PAYSKP offers another useful feature which has been named ‘NearMe’ (10) in this description. The “Near Me” feature is used here to find out the seller’s location. After feeding the IP, latitude, longitude and range (say 5 Km.), the buyer first checks whether the “location” is on or off in his/her mobile. When “location” is on then the IP, latitude, longitude and distance (say 5 Km.) are sent to the server as a request.
The server then checks the following:
? The identity of the user’s current position.
? Calculating all the points of sale within the radius of distance range (in Km).
After that the server gives the feedback to the buyer with response status, response code, Array of latitude, array of longitude, array of id, array of business category and array of seller’s business name and category. If clicking on the description gets a new server, the user must again call the server and send latitude, longitude and id. The new server then provides a response to the user with the seller’s phone no., address, business address, latitude, longitude, business name and category, business logo image, business banner image, name etc.

Next, the buyer can filter the points of the sellers and three buttons appear. The three buttons are;
? Call: Call by phone.
? Navigate: G map is open and user can see the location of seller.
? Share: The information of business seller can be shared with another buyer.
Figure 8 gives the flow chart of the above feature of the app.
Figure 9 details the activity (9) diagram of the NearMe feature (8) of the app according to the present invention.
Referring to figure 10, the “GPS Setting Page” (10) is used for checking whether GPS is active or not in mobile. After that it goes to “Near Me All Page” (not shown).
Now coming to figure 11, the scenario of the merchant’s operation (11) in the case when the buyer does not have a smart phone is depicted.
Figure 12 shows the buyer’s activity (12) when the buyer has a smart phone.
