"Method Of Granulating Sintering Feed Using X Ray Ct"
Abstract: A method of granulating a sintering feed using an X-ray CT includes a granulation process of adding moisture and granulating a sintering feed; a granule measurement process of measuring a weight M of the granule and obtaining the volume V of the granule from the CT cross-sectional image; a dried material measurement process of drying the granule after the granule measurement process, and measuring the weight m of the dried granule and the true density ρ0 of the dried granule; and a moisture control process of obtaining a moisture saturation degree S from the weight M, the volume V, the weight m, and the true density po and adjusting the quantity of moisture added to the sintering feed so that the moisture saturation degree S is within a range of 0.9 to 1.05.
