Method Of Manufacturing A Sprocket With Boss And Its Teeth Profile

Abstract: The present invention is related to a new method of manufacturing Sprocket with the boss and teeth profile, which is preferably to be used in motorcycles, engaging its circumferential teeth profile with a roller chain of matching perforations thereof. The proposed method preferably involves separate production of Boss section and the teethed Sprocket wheel section, followed by welding/fixing/integrating them together.
