The present invention is related to a method for providing on-demand labour services through use of portable computing devices. The present invention is more particularly related to completion of demand of particular skill persons done through using a portable computing device. BACKGROUND & PRIOR ART
The Indian economy is characterized by the existence of a vast majority of informal or unorganized labour . employment. In India, the terms 'unorganized sector' and 'informal sector' are used interchangeably. The term 'unorganized sector' is used commonly in all official records and analysis. Amongst the characteristic features of this sector are ease of entry, smaller scale of operation, local ownership, uncertain legal status, labour-intensive and operating using lower technology based methods, flexible pricing, less sophisticated packing, absence of a brand name, unavailability of good storage facilities and an effective distribution network, inadequate access to government schemes, finance and government aid, lower entry barriers for employees, a higher proportion of migrants with a lower rate of compensation. Employees of enterprises belonging to the unorganized sector have lower job security and poorer chances of growth, and no leave or paid

holidays, they have lower protection against employers indulging in unfair or illegal practices.
Problems in the unorginsed sectors are very high. The unorganized labour is overwhelming in terms of its number and range and therefore, they are omnipresent throughout India. As the unorganized sector suffers from cycles of excessive seasonality of employment, majority of the workers does not have stable and durable avenues of employment. As the work place is scattered and fragmented, the workers do the same kind of jobs in different habitations and may not work and live together in compact geographical areas. There is no formal employer-employee relationship existing in the unorganized sector.. In rural areas, the unorganized labour force is highly stratified on caste and community considerations while in urban areas, such considerations are much less because bulk of them are basically migrant workers. . The workers are subject to severe exploitation by the rest of the society. They work under poor working conditions, get wage much below than in the formal sector and even for closely comparable jobs where labour productivity is not different. The work status is of inferior quality in terms of both remuneration and employment. Primitive production technologies and feudal production relations are rampant in the unorganized sector and they do not permit or encourage the workers to imbibe and assimilate higher technologies and better production relations. Large scale ignorance and illiteracy are also responsible for such poor absorption.
On the other hand, labour providers have had a problem that they could not use their irregular or unscheduled spare time efficiently; and they could not transform their current location into monetary value. Also, they sometimes have desired a shot-term trial before registering as a part-timer on a medium- or long-term basis.
In this present disclosure the unorganized labour, or the labour means but not limited to landless agricultural labourers, fishermen, leather workers, weavers, artisans, those engaged in animal husbandry, beedi rolling, labeling and

packing, building and construction, brick kilns and stone quarries, sawmills, oil mills. Agricultural labourers, bonded labourers, migrant workers, contract and casual labourers. Toddy tappers, scavengers, carriers of head loads, drivers of animal, driven vehicles, loaders and unloaders, Midwives, domestic workers, fishermen and women, barbers, vegetable and fruit vendors, newspaper vendors, etc.
So it is become necessary to organize the unorganized sector manpower power by using technology, ICT and communication tool.

OBJECTIVE OF THE INVENTION
It is an object of the present invention to produce a method for an online labour market whereby a labour provider who happens to be nearby can be hired on-the-spot by using the all information of the labour and using computing device and communication channel. Another objective of the present invention is to present method for providing on-demand labor services for matching supply and demand on a labour market of unorganized labor, with overcome the drawbacks of the prior art and to provide a virtual job market place for superior to existing methods and technologies.
SUMMARY
A method for requesting an on-demand labour service by a computing device (106) is provided. One or more processors determine the current location, Skill, working history, past work feedback of the labors, which information is restored in a database (103) manually or by software. A multistate selection feature of a plurality of service options for providing the on-demand service is presented on the display of the computing device. The multistate selection feature enables an employer to select a service option that is available within a region that

includes the current location to provide the on-demand service. In response to the employer selecting one of the plurality of service options, a summary employer interface is presented on the display to provide region-specific information about the on-demand labour service based on the selected labour service option.

Labour and employer can feed the feedback for each other after completion of a work assigned by the employer to the labour. A Method for providing on-demand labor services for matching supply
and demand on a labour market, comprising,
Storing (21) a general information of the labour on a database (103) of a
computer readable system (100);
Determining (22) a current location of a computing device (106) of an
employer;
presenting (23), on a display of the computing device (106) of the
employer, a multistate selection feature (24) of a plurality of labour service
options for providing the on-demand service, the selection feature enabling
the employer to select the labour service option that is available within a
region that includes the current location of the computing device (106) of
the employer to provide the on-demand labour service;
in response to the employer selecting one of the plurality of labour service,
presenting (25) the general information of the labours on the employer
interface on the display, the summary employer interface providing
region-specific information about the on-demand labour service based on
the selected labour service option;
Contacting (26) the selected labour by using a communication channel
(104) on the computing device (106) of the employer.

comprises photograph. Name, gender, address, skills, work experience,
police verification detail, identification document, feedback from the past
employer and availability. ,

data entry or by automatic storage of the data from an external storage.
